One thing I have to say is, these guys really know what they are doing, I will recommend them to anyone, as a hard and shop around customer, they really competed on prices and services, my salesman was Mark ***, he is very knowledgeable, and professional to deal with, even I was in the ingrid business for a while, but I was surprised how knowledgeable he was, also they really went out of his way to help me try to setup my loan with Mosiac (didn't really work out), and panels, but thanks to them, pretty soon I will say good bye to my electric company, so you can pretty much kiss me goodbye with your increase rates!!!!

After interviewing three other solar companies I had Joshua come out .Joshua walked the property with me and we discussed my options. I didn't want the panels on the house roof .I wanted them on my barn.Joshua was the only salesman that said it was possible.I heard everything I wanted to hear. I was kept in the loop ,by Billie Jean *** and Jim *** ,right down to the moment I was able to see my system producing on my laptop. We had a great experience with Rhami *** and Semper Solaris. We did a lot of research and asking around prior to choosing a company. At Semper Solaris, all the panels are made in America, it is a veteran owned company and aesthetically the Sunpower panels looked the best on the roof of our Tuscan style home in Poway. We have one number to call if/when any issues arise over the course of the warranty. Rhami was able to walk us through each step of the process. The guys doing the install were professional, clean and respectful of our home. Following the install, we didn't like how several of the panels were placed and Rhami made it right by having the guys come back out and correct those panels. They did what they said they were going to do and we are happy customers! This company earned our business and we have already recommended them to several of our friends - definitely give Rhami a call!

Wow, I am impressed with my representative consultant Rhami with Semper Solaris.
I've interviewed many companies for the solar on my property in Fallbrook CA. He is honest, takes time to explain and responds to questions I've had about other Solar companies in a sincere way, never putting other companies down. He just mentioned the American made panels, high end capacity, high energy output with Sun Power and I was sold. Also, he was the only rep who suggested a different and better position for panels. I'm thrilled and the system will be installed soon. Just saying how pleased I am so far with great customer service!

Not quite a year before I got my system from Semper Solaris, I had gotten a quote from a Pretty Darn Rotten & Slimey competitor, supposedly something like "best ever, never before, never again" limited time pricing. Semper beat that price by nearly $2k, and IMHO, with better panels, if you look at *** panel degradation warranty, vs ***, and nearly all other firms. After dealing with that other company's baloney sandwiches I learned I need to read between advertising/sales pitch lines better, a "best" offer or effort for one company can still be pretty pathetic in comparison to real class operations like Semper. Never before never again limited time pricing is still technically true even if prices keep going down, it's never going to be that high again! I've gotten so good at reading through the BS, I can create my own... "Every other quote I got beat that BS advertiser's price! (nevermind that I only got one other quote, although even that's still not a good sign, either I'm extremely lucky, or their "best" price is not hard to beat) Just take your time, do your own research to your satisfaction, shop around (don't believe the hype "we're the best" "lowest prices", blah blah blah, at least get 1! other quote) and don't let anyone rush you, if they really want your business you should be able to get an equal or better deal a week or month later. Semper was a little slow getting final permitting done and permission to operate from the utility, but rather than passing blame and making excuses, they cut the balance due on my system to cover the utility bill for the ~2 months extra! Now that's customer service! When I look at the current Revdex.com profiles, 100+ positive reviews & 3 complaints for Semper, vs 5 positive reviews and 43 complaints for that competitor, I realized that ultimately I made the right choice. Both are supposedly Revdex.com A+ but when you look closer, it's like day and night, dark and light, wrong and right.

We were finally looking for a local solar company (end of Nov 2017) due to the high prices of electricity. We got recommended to Semper Solaris and I cannot stop talking good thinks about this company. Since the first meeting with Genevieve, Senior consultant explaining the entire process and understanding and analyzing our solar needs to actually getting the job coordinated with Michael ***. Everything went lightning speed. Michael was always in contact with us and always informing us about each step of the way, every conversation, meeting and discussion was handled professionally.
We are truly satisfied with the quality work and follow up efforts that Michael and his team have provided us throughout the entire process.
My family and I would certainly recommend Semper Solaris to any of our family, friends and colleagues. Michael is honest, sincere and can be depended on. Our system was professionally installed and up and running the first week of January 2018 and is operating flawlessly. No surprises were entertained and their workmanship is greatly appreciated.

I am grateful for the help that Genevieve *** and project coordinator John gave me. The detailed the organization of install and all were efficient from start to finish and always ahead of schedule. Got me saving money on my energy use right away. Thankful for the price and finished product.

My husband and I did a lot of research on solar companies before making the jump to purchasing solar. We chose Semper Solaris for the panels they use and for the system technology.
The process took much longer than we expected because there are so many departments/people involved. I spoke with at least four different people on some days when trying to resolve some of the issues and have our questions answered. I would have liked more continuity.
Our customer service rep was John Renteria and I was very thankful for his service in resolving some issues that came up. We are happy with the system installed and when we did finally get in touch with the correct people they were courteous.
Several things didn't go right but John did everything in his power to make things right and so his service is what makes me give this company a 5 star review.

Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable team. The experience was great and all the stages of the project were completed on time. Michael *** was very responsive to all my questions and concerns during the installation process.

I had solar installed by semper solaris. I started the process and worked with Genevieve *** in Nov of 2017. It has been up and running since February. I interviewed several companies and there is no one who knows more about solar and how it works then Genevieve. The sunpower panels appear to have one of the best ratings and most importantly work independently per solar. Is the winter and I won't know the true effects solar and the company I chose until the end of the year. I can say without hesitation the company is top notch they have the most knowledgeable sales team and I would honestly highly recommend this company and the sunpower solar panel.

Doing Solar plus battery has been a game changer for making my home green. Semper Solaris was a great choice because they are veteran owned, and really know the SunPower Product. I was impressed by the information I received from Anela on Sales, and Mark K on after Sale support. The install team was courteous and professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Im looking forward to completing the battery install which will help my save money and work essentially off the Grid and not rely on SDGE.

Great company. A friend of mine had a solar system installed by Semper Solaris and was very satisfied with the process and results. I have an older house and it was time for a re-roof especially after last year's unusually heavy Cali rains, anyway Semper Solaris had the resources to complete a re-roof. I had a quote just for the re-roof from a different contractor at a comparable price, but the underlayment used was a less than superior product compared to the owen corning product used by Semper Solaris w/a 50 year warranty. I figured I'd ask about their solar system when the gave me a quote for the re-roof...I was impressed with the presentation and technological analysis Mark Ivory w/Semper Solaris presented at the time of visit. I was sold, Semper Solaris was the right company for my needs, they use quality state of the art technology, materials and products at competitive pricing...and if you and/or spouse are veterans, well the incentives are even better and if you need financing they can assist with that as well. Once we decided to go with Semper Solaris, Michael Cognetti was assigned to be our project manager...and he was with us every step of the way, and remains as our rep for any future questions or issues. The entire project went relatively smooth The re-roof was led by Robert Narcy, his crew did a great job they completed the re-roof in 3-4 days and ensured the area was clean and free of debris at the end of each work day. A few weeks later the installation of the solar system began and was also quick, Josh Anthony and his crew completed in two days. Overall, we have be extremely happy with our decision to use Semper Solaris...if you're looking for a re-roof and/or solar, I would highly recommend them...the entire team is very professional, friendly and responsive...in my opinion an A+++ company. The one thing I would recommend is begin the process early in the year if there are tax advantages you're trying to enjoy...many at the end of the year (Nov/Dec) are trying to do the same and weather may not always cooperate...just considerations to keep in mind.

I would like to share a positive review for our recently purchase of Solar system from Semper Solaris. Having recently relocated to the Escondido California area, having solar panels installed on our house is a top priority. After searching many solar companies and talking to as many people as we did. We chose Semper Solaris for our solar panels installation. Our project coordinator Michael walked us through every step of the process. He and his team were extremely helpful in making sure our concerns were answered. I did not have to call Michael to get updates, he called me. Yes, they still exists, as Semper Solaris is a company that cares about their customers. Michael is our main point of contact. Talking about customer service. Our purchase is almost completed, and my Wife and I are so very happy customers. Just the other day Michael called and ensured me that he will be our personal project coordinator for the full warranty of the system. Did I mention Semper Solaris has a 25-year warranty? A real 25-year warranty covering all parts and labor. If you do not have solar panels and you own a home it is worth considering solar panels as your power energy source. You're going to pay your electricity any way, why not pay yourself. Semper Solaris is the company that well provide you with great service and a piece of mine. I thank Semper Solaris and the entire staff for being a great company and providing the service that people can still Trust. I highly recommend Semper Solaris for your solar project. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Semper Solaris. From the first point of contact with Mark I and all the way through the project with Michael C, their responsiveness, customer service and pricing was absolutely superior. I know we had contact with some other members, who's names I failed to get, but they were all fantastic! We would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Semper came through on every promise made throughout the entire process, from estimating through completion. They were quick to address every question and concern I had as installation proceeded, and I had several as I am a very hands on customer. I also had some extra requests with ventilation that they took care of at no charge. When work was complete they made sure I was absolutely satisfied with everything and took care of every item on my punch list in a very timely manner and with no push back. My project coordinator Laura Vargas was exceptional. She always picked up the phone and made it happen when I called.

I’ve been a business person my whole life, working with a variety of businesses both professionally and at home through many renovations and improvements. Of all the businesses I’ve worked with over the years,
very few of them were what I would consider
truly a 5 star business. Semper Solaris, on the other hand, is that rare gem. I believe that a company’s employees are who make a business, and this is where Semper Solaris shines. Every single employee I dealt with from my salesperson, Genevieve J, to my project manager, Anthony Z and even the people who came out to install a very large solar system on my brand new roof, were personable, sweet, caring, and made sure I was satisfied with the location of every piece of conduit and wire. Every single employee from this company who worked on my project was this way. They were so efficient, that I was given the okay to turn the system on in under 24 hours of it being installed!
Both my project manager, Anthony Z and Mark K from the office sent me emails telling me I could turn on my solar the following day. Anthony even called my house and left a message, and Mark sent me video instructions as well. Even after all the work was completed, I called Genevieve J, my salesperson with a few questions and she was prompt in getting back to me and is the sweetest most helpful salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. No one left me hanging at anytime. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I would recommend this company to my family and friends as a trustworthy, reliable and professional business. I’ve already recommended them to my own parents and they are now in the process of getting solar through Semper Solaris as well.

After doing my research and meeting with a few different solar companies, I decided to go with Semper Solaris for 3 main reasons:
1) They only offer Sunpower panels and inventory was readily available
2) Everything was handled in-house; no subcontractors
3) Most importantly, I had several references to specifically work with Genevieve Johnson. Genevieve has been in the solar industry for many years and is not only super knowledgeable but she is quick to respond, patient and can help explain the process, equipment and solar/power delivery in layman’s terms. I trusted her and ultimately signed on the dotted line because I knew she believed in her product and that it was going to be a good investment for me now and in the future!
Although Genevieve was there any time I needed her, I also had John R as my customer care contact. He did a great job of keeping me informed along the way and was prompt in responding to my questions.
I also want to give a shout out to my electrician, John, who worked onsite during installation. He was GREAT! Very informative and respectful. He even had the inside scoop when it came to passing inspections in my town, La Mesa. La Mesa is notorious for having extremely high expectations and he knew exactly what to do to make sure there were no glitches. We passed with flying colors thanks to him! The job was finished in 2-3 days and my system was on roughly 5 days after that.
So far, I am very happy with my system that has been on for just over a month. I LOVE the App that shows me every day how much power I am producing. So far, so good!
