Semper Solaris completed installation of my 6.54 Kw residential solar system in 6 weeks.
They did a great job, very professional, Their whole team was great, Sales Person Mark Albano was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. John Renteria my Customer Care Officer always kept me advised on current progress and what was to happen next. Project Manager Mark Kravchak was professional and kept to the schedule. Mike Lunde handled the tech support, he explained the monitoring system.

Recently, our family had a solar project installed by sempersolaris. Once the system was installed, the project manager did a walk through with myself and spouse. He demonstrated how the system operates, provides a system manuel, and sent photos of the roof and solar panels on top of the roof. He answered any questions and concerns.

I searched about 5 companies before going with Sempra Solaris. All seemed like good companies but they just stood out with the knowledge and expertise. I couldn't be happier. Everyone from the sales person to the installers were easy to work with and very professional. Their pricing is as good if not better than competitors but with a great product as well. They truly go above and beyond. Being veteran owned with over half their work force being veterans is always nice to see.

It’s only my first day and I’m already making more electricity than I use! I have been contemplating going solar for a few years now. I’m already paying Edison every month and I’m sure electricity isn’t going to get cheaper. Why not buy my own system? I interviewed four companies to bid my solar system. What stood out to me was the customer service reviews on Yelp. They got great reviews for always letting the customer know what’s going on, following up and quickly responding to questions. It was only a few hundred dollars more than the lowest bid I got, and I’d rather pay a bit more for better service and a company that’s been around a long time. The process was seamless, easy and an overall pleasure. The only delays were for stuff that was beyond their control, like waiting for Edison to come check my meter and of course the city inspectors. Start to finish (signing contract and system up and running) was only eight weeks.
Today is my first day of having my system on. As of 1pm today, I’ve used 7.8kWh of power but I have made 9.7kWh! Meaning I’m sending power back to the grid!
If you are on the fence like I was, just do it! You won’t regret it. I figured out that my system will pay for itself in less than 8 years (if you factor in the federal tax incentive).
Let me tell you, when you go with Semper Solaris, you get a team of wonderful people who help you every step of the way. I was concerned about not being home and not wanting to leave my dog inside all day. When the Semper Solaris install crew called and I told them I had a dog, he said “cool, I love dogs!” So it was great to be able to leave my four legged friend free reign to run in and out and the guys were great about keeping my gate closed. (The city inspector & Edison would not come out unless my dog was inside the house! So it was nice to know Semper is dog friendly!)
I also want to thank Anthony M, Operations Manager, who walked me through my system and got me set up with access so I can see my system online and on my phone. Finally, another thanks to Jim S, my sales guy, who called when everything was done to thank me and make sure I had no concerns.

Had been thinking about going solar for a while now so I called up several solar companies and Semper solaris was one of them, all were okay but at the end I decided to go with Semper Soalris because they were the better company all around. Bob K was my sales sales consultant and he explained everything in full detail, he is very knowledgeable and very good at his job, there needs to be more people like him because he actually knows what hes talking about, he will make sure you understand everything and anything that has to do with solar panels and how they work, he takes his job very serious. My customer care representative and point of contact was Veronica M, by far she has been the best customer service representative that I have ever delt with, she answered all and any questions or concerns that I had from beginning to end of the whole project. during the installation process there were a couple of issues with the installation crew but after speaking with Bob and Veronica about it they were able to correct and resolve the problem, so all in all I would definately recommend Semper Solaris to friends, family, and anyone for that matter that's looking to go solar, Semper Solaris is the go to company along with Bob K and Veronica M, they will treat you right!!!

We had a solar system installed in our home one month ago. We are happy with the outcome and in particular, extremely satisfied with the attention and service we received from VERONICA ***. She was our contact person and go to person when any problem needed to be resolved before, during and after the installation process was completed. Veronica is a very competent and professional representative for Semper Solaris. She was always timely and efficient when we had questions and always provided the right answers. Besides being excellent at her job, Veronica is pleasant, respectful and very patient which makes her an exemplary employee at Semper Solaris. .We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her during our solar installation process.

Semper Solaris installed 5 kw of ground ground mounted power on our slope. The company was highly professional and Laura ***, Execuitive Customer Care representative was extremely responsive and professional and acted quickly to find out information or resolve any issues.

Ok, so its been a couple weeks and the solar system installed by Semper is performing beautifully. Through the whole process John R kept us in the loop of all the stages and helped with any questions we had. Alex and the rest of the install team was professional and courteous even helping us map out our roofing studs for another project planned. Josh A inspected the system before the county came out to make sure everything was in order, we passed. The time to install from signing the contract was maybe two weeks and we were up and running in less than a month. Thanks to everyone at Semper for a job well done at the best price!

I have been fence sitting for more than a year about going Solar due to numerous horror stories that I hear and read. After extensive research and comparison I finally took the plunge and went with Semper Solaris. And let me tell you they did not DISAPPOINT and sure glad I chose them over the competition!!! First of all, I was contacted by their sales associate Rhami H. Rhami showed up in time as discussed and went right to work with his presentation. I can tell he was well versed in his job and the product. I did not feel pressured at any time during the presentation and he went over everything about my project design in details and was thorough. After showing him my previous electric bills he made sure the design and setup was for my best interest and fit to accomodate our household based on usage history. Very impressive sales rep.
A few days later I was contacted by John R to go over the details of what's coming down the road. After a few conversation he mentioned that he used to be in the Navy and come to find out he served in the same squadron I was in! I told him that I'm a retired Navy Chief and from that point forward he insisted on addressing me as Chief even though I told him to just call me Jake. And that my friends is a testimony of how this veteran owned company cares about other vets. I'm sure they care about all their customers regardless if you're a vet or not.
The project was supposed to start that Saturday and I get a phone call from the install team lead Alex saying they want to get a head start and will start on Friday at 0800. Again, right on the dot they showed up the following morning. Without wasting time they get right to work. During the installation Alex made a suggestion to change the original layout of the panels to make it look more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and clean looking in which I completely bought off on. The original design was laid out kind of weird due to some pipe sticking out on the roof and it would interfere with the panel so Alex rerouted the pipe just so a panel could be placed and it was a good call!! Next their electrician George showed me the placement of the inverter and showed how he planned on running the conduit. I made a request to run the conduit the way I wanted it just so it is less visible from the street and he did just that! The install took all day and was to return the next morning to finish it off. Before leaving they cleaned up the project area and made sure it was the same condition as before they started.
The following morning the team came back on time and got right to work. It wasn't long before they buttoned up everything and the install was complete. Alex once again explained what the next step is and to call with any questions. A few days later I get a call to inform me of the city inspection. Although the inspection failed for minor infraction, Josh A assured me that everything will be corrected in a timely manner and they did. Alex and his team came back to fix the infraction and even painted the conduit to match the exterior paint perfectly!!! The reinspecrion took place without a hitch and a few days later I was granted the power to operate! The PTO didn't go as planned as the inverter was receiving some kind of error. But the technical team was on it right away and helped me troubleshoot. It didn't take long until the issue was resolved and I was up and running!!
In summary, Semper Solaris is committed to their customers and you will not be disappointed. Look to no other company besides Semper Solaris if you are looking to go solar!!!
