From the initial meetings with Caesar L. our sales rep, thru the site survey, permits, installation and final approval, the project manager and his crew were the absolute best.
We've been considering solar for several years. After a number of interviews with different companies, Semper was by far the BEST.
I look forward every day to coming home and seeing how each panel performed during the day.

We contracted with Semper Solaris to install a solar system at our home. The service company was passed on to SunPower. Their system failed and we went without the use of the solar system for a few months. Finally. they came out to fix the inverters. They replaced 31 non-working inverters. The replacement was sometime in September. In the mean time, we had a "true-up" bill from SDG&E of $524.42. We should have received credit for the overuse of electricity to be either paid to us or forwarded on as a credit on our bill. No credit has been issued. We call and call with no return calls as promised. Mabel Castro from Sunpower promised to call us back with the result and credit for the $524.42. Never called. We call and call with a promise to call and never get anywhere. Finally we spoke to Whendell Ramos who said he would have a call to us no later than Friday, November 16, 2018. NO call and no credit yet. This company has been well known for unhappy clients! Semper Solaris sold us the system and they CHOSE SunPower to service the system. We did not sign a contract with SunPower, we paid thousands and thousands of dollars for our system with SEMPE SOLARIS, NOT SUNPOWER! We call the Service Department at Semper Solaris and all we got was a full voice mail that could not take calls. WE are outraged at the treatment here and they owe us $524.42 for their failed equipment. SEMPER SOLARIS will not stand behind the product they sell. They have since changed companies away from Sun Power. Mike B, our salesperson claims they have nothing to do with it now and our fight is with SunPower. Really? They were so happy to sell us a system, but can't stand behind our system. Shameful. My husband is over 80 and can't keep fighting with them. I feel this is elder abuse to a retired Police Officer and Military serviceman. Shame on them! Here they want to serve the Military and they are suppose to be Military. Really, this is how they treat their "brother?" We can't afford $524.42

Semper Solaris did an awesome job of installing our solar power. The whole system only took two days to install and looks fantastic! Dan Hawley did us right on the price too, The installers were professional and Serine in customer service is a true asset to you all. 2 Thumbs up! GO MARINES!

We had Mark I come out and give us a quote for our condo. He was Very Punctual, Informative, and Knowledgeable about the product and service as well as tax laws/benefits on the product. He took his time and answered any all questions we had. Sadly, we found out we were not eligible to purchase solar since we live in a condo and "don't own our roof"! Mark was very polite and even though we were not able to do business with Semper Solaris this time, we will definitely be calling them back when we purchase our new home.

Rhami was professional, answered all related questions about solar panels, and provided me the best pricing based on my income. Highly recommended.

All around great experience from Genevieve J’s sale to the final install. Ultimately I went with Semper over 2 other companies because they offered the best product with the best warranty, and I like supporting the military while I’m at it!

Semper Solaris helped me get solar for my house. I had a lot of questions, but I felt Caesar answered them best for me, and he even told me things than no-one else had. Price was good and it made sense. Still, I’m skeptical so I was still worried how the process would be. You know, after everything, I didn’t really do much and everything turned out great. I wanted to thank solar Solaris for completing my solar system in a very neat and timely manner. The installers were very fast and cleaned up after there work. We have the Powerwall II as part of our system and I would recommend a battery for any new system being installed today.

Solar panels continue to go off-line and are not generating electricity. I have spoken numerous times to the contractor who make promises and then never follow through on them.

When we moved into our new house, we knew we wanted solar. Brandon, estimated our likely usage and set us up with 20 panels in the hopes of offsetting 100% of our electric bill.

Well, we just finished our first HOT summer and we are as pleased as ever! We ran our air conditioning non-stop from July-September and not only did our panels cover 100% of our usage, but it looks like we will be getting a check from Edison at the end of the year :-)

It took probably about 2 months from the signing of our contract to the installation of our system. Semper installed our system quickly, and without any issues. Initially, right after installation, I noticed some silver conduit running along the side of a portion of our house. It wasn't awful or anything, but...when I told Brandon about it, Semper sent guys out right away to paint it to match the color of the house, so now it blends in perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about solar in general, and Semper. Thanks guys!

I know more about solar usage from Raedene S"s presentation. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and showing me all the alternatives with purchasing and leasing the solar system. She should receive seven stars.

Great company. All of the work was completed on time. Mike W, was super helpful, throughout the process. He explained everything in detail to my husband and I. We love how the system looks on our house, and the electrical savings we are enjoying. We could not be happier!

I didn’t know that it could be so easy, but Caesar L answered all of my questions and made it make so much sense. I can’t believe I hadn’t done this before! If you're thinking about solar I highly recommend Semper Solaris. Our salesperson Anela was professional, pleasant, and honest. I bought from her because she was the only salesperson I talked to who was honest and gave me a good price. Then the installers and project managers were just as good. They did what they said and said what they would do from start to finish. There are not many solar contractors like this. My finished system looks great and works great.

Absolutely trustworthy business! We worked with Nicole L and she kept us well informed of our options and each step. The price was excellent and we sped through the process even faster than we imagined. We've talked to other people who had to pay a lot more for lesser quality panels. It's so nice not having to pay SDG&E another dime! I would highly recommend Semper Solaris to anyone even thinking of getting solar.

I entered into a signed contract agreement with Semper Solaris. After not hearing from them for three weeks I called them regarding the progress of the project. My phone call was not returned so after five days I emailed them and after three days of no response I called again requesting a supervisor. I finally got a call back but was then informed they wanted to add a solar panel and the conditions of the contract would be different and the cost would be more. The biggest problem I find with this is in their unethical sales practice. They quote you one price, lowballing their competitors and then after you’re into the process for over a couple of months change the price and conditions on you. The last time I spoke with them they said they were going to address the discrepancies and get right back to me. I haven’t heard from them in a week now. It has been over three MONTHS since this process started. I was told the panels would be installed in three weeks originally.
