hired semper Solaris to install a new roof and solar panels on 2-19-18 when I sign the contract I gave $1,000 to sales rep- Joshua ***, he told me that they where going to take care of everything, on 3-12-18 I had surgery I was out for about 2 weeks with med-, on 3-10-18,,sent check with crew,I ask Rafael another rep-for semper Solaris-to please send me copies of the checks I had given them ,but to my surprise he said in a text that I been put on a mechanic lien on the house for none payment ,the thing is a had this deal SEMPER SOLARIS put on web site saying O DOWN & O PAYMENTS UNTIL 2019 ,,I GAVE THEM THE $5,000 TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS LOWER, I have copies of the specials they had on line ,if you need them just ask me where to send them ,,..When I was doing the contract with Joshua he gave me the web site to apply for the loan balance later they send me a email saying that I was approve but that's when I had surgery , I did not open the full web site until it was to late they still needed some more info- from me .so weeks later I fix everything with the lender ,my thing is if I was not approve all the way why did they start the job in the first place. There has been 4 times that people from semper Polaris ,Come to do a job to the house and they ask me they need to pick up a check,. But I all ready paid them I tell them .just today 6-7-18 I been harassed by another rep-name ELEANA saying that I owe them $4,445 ,I told her to contact RAFAEL and get the receipts from him because I never got them. The inspector came to do the final inspection on 6-1-18 and it did not pass ,its been a nightmare ,I have to be in the house many times waiting for them ,and I thought it was going to be easy, I will never recommend to no one

I had shopped 4 or 5 different solar companies and ended up using Semper Solaris. My sales representative, Genevieve Johnson, made everything very easy to understand from the start and gave me that no BS feeling. Very happy with the process from start to finish.

I had a FANTASTIC experience from start to finish with Semper Solaris. They were able to provide me with a great product and price in the allotted time frame I required. After thorough research and quotes from other big industry companies I made my decision to choose Semper Solaris as my solar Installer. I wanted a company that could offer a great product, handle all the work in house (no subcontracting) and had experience in roofing if there was any repairs needed to be done.
I had already done extensive research on products, warranties and prices however my sales rep Genevieve Johnson really helped in sealing the deal with Semper Solaris. Her extensive knowledge of the programs and products not only from her company but others as well made me put faith in the Semper Solaris brand as being top solar provider.
One of the main concerns I had with my installation was the timeframe. I was trying to meet the SDGE cutoff date so the time frame for Design Plans, installation and PTO was very short however from the very beginning, my account manager John Renteria was phenomenal the customer service throughout the process was exceptional. I had my systems up and running in around 5 weeks. The installers, went beyond their job description to help me with understanding the product/system, and painting the components to match the side of my home (they managed to match my custom paint).

I'm really pleased with their service and products and would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a great solar company!

Over the last few years, I was told by four different solar companies that my roof design would not allow me to receive more than 50% return on my electric use. Semper Solaris installed 17 Sun Power panels which will supply 108% of my electrical use. Semper did an excellent job. They were very fast and clean in their installation. I want to thank the installation team, my Project coordinator,Veronica, and of course Genevieve Johnson who explained everything in detail and found the right panels to produce my energy.

Sempar Solaris did an excellent job from start to finish. We knew our roof needed replacing because it was 30 years old and we were considering solar. ***, the senior energy and roof consultant, was a pleasure to work with. She was experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and explained our roofing and solar options to us in layman's terms. The roofing experience was also great. Our roofing crew (***, ***, *** and ***) were polite, hard workers, and very considerate in keeping our property clean and neat. There was some minor damage to our porch cover during the roofing installation, and it was resolved immediately. The solar crew did not disappoint either. *** K. (foreman), *** Y. (roof lead), ***, *** and *** were equally as professional as the roofing crew. *** went the extra mile and painted the metal rod running down the side of house to match the paint of our exterior. We could not have been happier with all of these employees of Semper Solaris and would highly recommend this company for your roofing and solar needs. Their prices were also extremely competitive. I have already recommended them to our neighbors who are considering solar.

We had a wonderful time working with Semper Solaris! Genevieve was our sale rep. She was very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and spent a lot of time with my wife and myself. She explained everything so that we could fully understand what we were purchasing. We had met with a few other companies and Genevieve gave us very good pricing and they had better products and warranties then the other companies. Working with the project coordinator and project maker was nice. They communicated frequently. They even installed the inverter at the back of my house where I wanted. Make it look very clean and nice looking! The whole Semper team worked very well together and very efficient, installed faster than I excepted I will be referring business to work with Genevieve and Semper Solaris for their solar project! Everyone at Semper Solaris are incredible! My neighbor referred me to them. They are very professional and responsive. I loved their pricing and their financing options. I decided to pay out of pocket and I will see my ROI in 4 to 5 years. Billie was my project manager she kept me informed along the process and was very helpful. She was always there to answer all my questions and explained everything really well. The system looks great, excellent construction, installation and general appearance are impeccable. The entire process was impressive and so was the installation crew supervisor. I interviewed a lot of company's and I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We shopped around for a solar system and Semper solaris appeared to us to be the best deal. What made the experience even better was our dealings with our customer care officer Billie ***. I'd like to commend her. She was extremely responsive to our concerns and took care of them in an extremely timely fashion. She was very friendly yet professional she has a wealth of knowledge that she readily shared. We were so impressed with how much we learned from here in a span of 10 minutes over the uphone. Salesman Rhami *** was on time courteous and very knowledgeable . His honesty was refreshing as he told me it was not going to be cost effective for me to do what I had in mind. He spent a lot of time educating me for no sale.

We are very pleased with our Semper Solaris installation. We had put off the solar decision for several years, believing the cost of panels would continue to come down and the experience of companies installing would go up, and I think that was a valid decision. On the basis of reviews, analysis and pricing, we narrowed our choice to three companies we felt we could trust to do the best job at a fair price. The final decision came down to the people we’d be working with and Genevieve Johnson was clearly the hardest working and most responsive sales person of the three. Trusting that she might represent the attitude of others at Semper, we jumped on board. It turned out to be true. Genevieve and John Renteria,our project manager, were on top of every detail, responding quickly and accurately to our many questions, before, during and after installation. We were also particular about how the panels would fit on our roof and Semper was professional and flexible in giving us alternative design options to finalize the best plan. During the installation, we provided coffee and donuts to the crew each day and got to know them, and they, too were all courteous and professional. After 6 weeks of operations, the system has been flawless in operation and we received credits in March, even when we were supposed to be a net user. We highly recommend Semper Solaris.

I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and the patience of Anela ***, my sales consultant. We've been working together since 2016 and I've interviewed many companies and was put off by the hard sale tactics from some of the other companies that I interviewed. Great attention to customer service. Every time I called they were able to answer my question immediately or connect me to who could. The sales team was very professional and very informative. The install went seamlessly, even matching the color of my stucco was amazing. I would definitely use them again.

Mission Accomplished Semper Solaris! I was on the fence about going solar. We met with a couple companies and got bids. We were thinking we might do it sometime in the future. Then we met with Genevieve ***. She represented a quality product made in the USA with such pride and educated us that if we didn’t act soon we would miss out on locking in the SDGE standard tier rates. With time running out we pulled the trigger. We had only a 47 day window to get a new roof, solar, and the city to sign off weather permitting.
Sean O’Connor and the Semper roof crew got us scheduled, did a complete roof tear off, and installed an energy efficient cool roof with quickness. Look’s great!
Mark *** got his Semper solar crew out right after and installed our sun power generating system. The entire process was quick and pain less. One week before the deadline we got permission to turn the system on and our now looking forward to many years of going green and saving green. Can’t wait for those rebates!

I had a friend who sells solar (business to business) advise me on what questions to ask and gave me three companies to choose from (that he recommended). He was really focused on the product Sun Power, which one of the companies I interviewed didn't even have access to. He just liked the warranty (he as in my friend who was advising me), the product itself and just thought it was superior to everything out there, so I was focused on a company that could get me that. My friend also wanted me to make sure that I went with a company that didn't subcontract out the work, and that fully warrantied the roof, solar and everything else I got! AND...finally, he thought it was important that I work with a company that was also a roofing company which they are.
When I met my sales rep, Genevieve ***, she really blew me away with her extensive knowledge of the programs, products and other companies out there. She really knew her stuff and was honestly the primary reason that I went with this company and I'm soooooo glad that I did! She had her competition on lock down but at the same time she was NOT pushy! She just KNEW what she was talking about and made it a no brainer as to why I would work with Semper Solaris over the competition!
