Service Champions

I have experienced three appointments with Service Champions Sacramento and I have been very pleased and impressed with their service. Today, I met [redacted] who inspected my furnace and air conditioner and Hot water heater. [redacted] was very thorough and very professional. I really enjoy doing business with Service Champions Sacramento.

Technician [redacted] did an excellent job examining my AC system and identifying potential problems with my 16 year old system. He explained the details of their annual maintenance package and any discounts for repairs made while under the maintenance package.

When my furnace failed to start Service Champions were responsive to my call and set up an on site visit for the following day. They kept me informed of the technician's ETA and he arrived promptly. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and thorough and was able to troubleshoot and fixed all the issues (which included a burned out circuit board). He also checked all the ducting and offered some valuable tips on insulation and energy use. Good value and great service. I recommend Service Champions.

[redacted] was here yesterday. He showed me pictures of my attic. Nobody has ever done that before. He is a keeper!!

[redacted] did a great job of assessing our HVAC unit's issues and made sure it was back up and running in no time.

A very friendly, professional no pressure company. My issues and concerns were addressed quickly. I was given different options for solving my problem. The ball was definitely in my court the whole time. All my questions were answered completely with no hesitation. After I saw my options, I chose to completely replace my heater. I felt very good about my decision.
Everyone that I had contact with was very honest. I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of. Being a woman I can completely appreciate that.

[redacted] was very professional and personable. He explained the services I received, his expert opinion on what some next steps might be to further enhance the efficiency of our system, and the programs available through Service Champions without making me feel like I was being up-sold.

I was impressed by several things. Scheduling service was easy & quick. Service arrived promptly & I got a call before arrival. Best of all was our service man, Marc DePretis. Very friendly, thorough, clean, explained things clearly and was so helpful. We could not have asked for a better person to do the job. We will ask for him by name in the future.

[redacted] was fantastic! He is very informative on what is going on with our heating furnace and how we can fix it. He went over the options very clearly so we understood exactly what was going to happen next.

[redacted] conducted a most thorough Home Perfomance Test. He was very professional and explained the science of the tests and outcomes in a straightforward manner. I greatly appreciated his attention to details and the friendly way he worked through the various aspects of the tests. What a nice guy! Thank you, Service Champions!

I want to thank service champion for sending such a polite young man to. check our heater. He also suggested we have our air duck checked and that was just what was needed.

[redacted] of Service Champions - Sacramento, CA came out for a tune-up on my heater, he was professional, knowledgeable, explained the tune-up process, respected my home and myself, did a great job, made a few recommendations. I would recommend [redacted] of Service Champions - I called on a Thu they arrived on-time the next day - on time, excellent service. Again, I would recommend based on my experience with [redacted].

[redacted] from Service Champions came to my house to tune up my furnace. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his work. He did an excellent job in tuning up my furnace and provided complete report and recommended what needs to be changed and provided all the options. He answered all my questions very patiently. I recommend him 100% for any of your furnace issues. Thanks [redacted] and Service Champions for taking care.

Technician was extremely friendly, introduced himself immediately and kept me well informed during his visit.
