In general, I am very happy with Service Champions. I signed up with them after getting frustrated with my previous company and things have been great ever since. My A/C has been on its death bed for a while now and Service Champions has helped me keep it going. They've always been on-time, friendly, respectful and very clear on what needs to be done and how much it will cost. [redacted] K. was here today after my Disconnect Box fried (and fortunately didn't start a fire!). He had all the parts, was clear on the minimum that needed to be done vs. the recommendations of what should be done. He took the time to answer my questions and was super helpful. This is a quality company and I'm happy to do business with them.

The Service Champions team of [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job. Professional, courteous, and most importantly got the job done in a high quality and timely manner!!

[redacted] is very detailed in his work and ensures top quality service to the customer. He ensures that all questions are adressed properly and that the customer is satisfied before leaving their house. He provides information on the work that he performed and goes over the tune up results. I will always request for [redacted] to come perform all services and tune ups at my house!!!

Service Champions are great in general, concerned about clients (their warmth, in our case). Today [redacted] B. came out and solved our problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, neat, and sympathetic. I have typically had good experiences with them, as I have a regular service agreement with them. Thank you, [redacted]!

[redacted], Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning Service Representative was so clear in introducing himself and what each detail he was reviewing was and why it had to be covered. He showed me results and explained reason for such result, also how to correct it if it needed to be done or not.

I want to thank service champion for sending such a polite young man to. check our heater. He also suggested we have our air duck checked and that was just what was needed.

[redacted] did a great job of assessing our HVAC unit's issues and made sure it was back up and running in no time.

[redacted] conducted a most thorough Home Perfomance Test. He was very professional and explained the science of the tests and outcomes in a straightforward manner. I greatly appreciated his attention to details and the friendly way he worked through the various aspects of the tests. What a nice guy! Thank you, Service Champions!

[redacted] was fantastic! He is very informative on what is going on with our heating furnace and how we can fix it. He went over the options very clearly so we understood exactly what was going to happen next.

I was impressed by several things. Scheduling service was easy & quick. Service arrived promptly & I got a call before arrival. Best of all was our service man, Marc DePretis. Very friendly, thorough, clean, explained things clearly and was so helpful. We could not have asked for a better person to do the job. We will ask for him by name in the future.

Because our thermostat was "out of order" & the AC/Heating unit was running constantly, I called Service Champions, who'd installed the equipment originally.

A very friendly, professional no pressure company. My issues and concerns were addressed quickly. I was given different options for solving my problem. The ball was definitely in my court the whole time. All my questions were answered completely with no hesitation. After I saw my options, I chose to completely replace my heater. I felt very good about my decision.

We had our annual maintenance performed today. As always, we received excellent service. Technician, Juan Solis, performed a thorough 2 hour inspection of our furnace, AC, the attic to check insulation & ductwork, air filter & air flow. Juan was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very helpful. After a review, he made some recommendations & suggestions that we have every intention of following through with. We have used Service Champions in the past and will continue to use their services as we are very satisfied costumers.
