The work was Fall furnace checkup and investigation of a problem with the air conditioner tripping the breaker over the September hot spells. Technician was on time, thorough, kept me updated as he ran across inspection issues and checked with a more experienced technician by phone when troubleshooting the AC. They were not able to solve the issue, will need to wait for hotter weather and see if it recurs.

[redacted] performed an annual check on our heating system. [redacted] was very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable.

[redacted] is a total professional. He first checked our old heating system and explained what could be done to replace it, along with a new coil to transition to a new AC. He detailed the benefits of several choices and listened to what we were looking for in a system. We were given generous time to ask any and every question we had. He suggested ways to make the system as quiet and efficient as possible, and enabled a re-route of a freon line that was very important to our remodeling project. He was able to offer next-day service which we really appreciated, and his team of installers, [redacted] and [redacted] got the job completed in one day! We also were gratified that he offered the use of a space heater, that he returned our phone call immediately, and that he made the whole process understandable. We are completely satisfied customers.

We could not have been happier as they were not only professional, but also friendly and great guys. The job they did is first-rate and we are completely satisfied customers. They did a great job keeping our flooring protected while they were working, and cleaned up after the job beautifully. [redacted] arrived exactly when expected the day following my call - no long wait to be sure - and he exceeded our expectations in doing such a thorough and detailed job. I'd like to recognize [redacted] at the Service Champions of Concord. [redacted] was very thorough with the servicing of my heater/AC. He adjusted my Hi/Lo gas pressure because it was too high.
