Service tech ([redacted]) arrived btwn the time quoted by the service scheduler, great. Brian was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions to help me me understand what he was doing and what needed to be done. Thanks. [redacted]

Arrived promptly when promised. Company called about 45 minutes before arrival. Pleasant and friendly individual. Performed service in a professional, competent manner. No problems. Cost was $78.

[redacted] is a very friendly and competent individual. He came in told us what he was going to be doing. He explained some problems we had but did not pressure us to repair them.

We had our annual service today, and as usual received excellent service from this company - specifically [redacted].
He kept us informed in advance re: arrival window and confirmed the same day. He was professional, polite, and reviewed everything that was needed. He checked everything inside and outside the house, and gave us a suggestion about something that might be needed for the air conditioner in the future.

[redacted] worked on our air conditioning today. Sucess! He showed up on time [as advertised] explained what he was going to do and what our options were. Then he did the work and now we're cool again. My wife had a lot of questions and Brandon patiently answered them all to her satisfaction. Much more patience than I have. [redacted] came to provide annual service inspection for the heating furnace. He clearly explained what he is going to do, did his job professionally and did not leave any debris in the house. He also helped me sign up for annual membership for service contract.

He was extremely friendly and came on time, along with the one he was training too. He was very kind and was very informative when it came to issues with our water heater. I requested a technician from Service Champions to come clean, inspect and tune up my air conditioner. [redacted] is the technician who arrived at my home. Not only is he very polite, he was extremely professional at all times. He answered all my questions and talked to me in terms I could understand. He never made me feel pressured, just gave me my options. If he is a representative of who Service Champions is, then I feel very confident having them provide a continued maintenance program for my air conditioning and heating units.

[redacted] came to my house and serviced my heater and inspected the water heater. He was very competent, courteous and explained what was needed in a way that was understandable to me. I highly recommend him.

We have been doing business with Service Champions for over 12 years now and have always had excellent service with their company. We are part of their annual maintenance service plan, so someone comes out from the company once a year and performs a tuneup on our furnace and air conditioner[redacted] has been out at least twice, and he is always polite, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

He provided great customer serivice and gave us detailed exp,lanations duiring the entire process. He was thorough, professional and kept a very neat work environment. Mr [redacted] was very helpful & thorough in his eval, I also apprecaited his offer to do any very minor home repairs while he was here unrelated to AC & heating issues.

[redacted] just left our house, he was great, he showed us how to work our air cleaner (we didn't know we had one or forgot). He checked our ducts and adjusted our gas flow and showed my wife how to shut off the gas when we go on vacation. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why.

I had a very enjoyable and knowledgeable experience with [redacted]. He explained each step that he was going to do and why. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and when he had completed the work he sat with me and gave me a complete verbal and written explanation. My wife was real please with him as he wore his shoe covers and was completed free from any dirt even after he went in the attic and under the house. We were completely satisfied with [redacted]. I'm very impressed with the way the HVAC inspection was done. [redacted] explained in great detail what he was doing. I'll definitely recommend Service Champion to family and friends.
