A/C inspection / tune-up appointment. Technician [redacted] was professional, courteous, and thorough.

[redacted] was fast, efficient, helpful and professional.

I liked how knowledgable they were. Install on my complete hvac system took one day. They were very professional and cleaned up when finished.

I wanted to give a shout out to Service Champion Sacramento techs that did my annual checkup to my AC unit. [redacted] handled himself professionally with explaining details of the routine inspection. He had asked if there was anything else - I told him and his trainee, [redacted], if they could help paint a room. Just kidding around, they were willing to assist. I think that epitomizes why your company is "Serice Champion" is not for heating/AC service. Service Champion has always been reliable over the many number of years.

He attended to his job with method and was most available to explain what he found and what remedy were advised and necessary for the purpose of restoring the service of air conditioning for which he was called.
Although his task was diagnose the problem and identify the remedy, which he did, [redacted] explained and planned the subsequent repair action.

[redacted] arrived at our scheduled appointment time and prior to starting his work went over what he was going to do. He disassembled the heaters, evaluated the components for wear, cleaned all parts, reassembled and tested the units to ensure they were running properly. Once completed with the heaters he serviced the air conditioning units. During his service call he showed me the units, when disassembled, to show me the positive things and the items that needed watching. After completion [redacted] went over everything he did and made the appropriate recommendations. I highly recommend [redacted] for any heater/air conditioning needs.

I have dealt with them many times and every time they were courteous, helpful, honest. Today I had an annual furnace checkup done by [redacted] and he taught me all the parts of the furnace and explained how the furnace works. He found minor problems but did not immediately recommend an expensive fix. he was honest about my furnace which is in pretty good shape. I will definitely use them again.
