Service Champions

[redacted] recently did our annual Fall tune up and an energy audit. He was on time, friendly and did a very thorough job. I would be happy to have him provide service again in the future.

Did a 6 month checkup. They were amazing once again. Found a problem and no charge to fix.

[redacted], the technician for Service Champions came to perform my semi-annual tune-up/service this afternoon and did an awesome job. He was very informative, never pushy, listened to all my concerns and addressed each one of them.

I've been with this company for over 10 years and every technician that has come to my house seems to very knowledgeable and they all have great customer service. It's as though they are required to go through extensive training before going out into the field.

This is a great company and the people are all very nice.

The staff at Service Champion are all kind and very customer focused. The technicions are knowledgable and very professional. They installed a brand new furnace, A/C unit and new ducts and vents. All of the service calls have been positive. The workers are always on time and are very neat. It is great that they clean up after they complete the job. I have referred them to my friend who also installed a new furnace and A/C unit.

This was the most comprehensive service call that I have received and I have been doing business with this company for MANY years. The technicians were clean, well-mannered, very outgoing and efficient.

[redacted] and one other gentleman came to the house and installed the new heater and air conditioner. They did a terrific job and finished way before I thought they would. They had to move shelving and were able to put everything back exactly where it came from. They explained how everything worked and were very helpful.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from service pro [redacted]. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and solved the problem quickly.

[redacted] was very professional, informative, and courteous. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my air conditioner and heater. He was patient and understanding and I will recommend him anytime I need work done on my system. I am very pleased with the performance of [redacted] and the work of service champions!

This was a first visit for diagnosing repair needed to our AC unit. [redacted] O was our technician. He was very pleasant and professional. The VIP service plan seemed like an excellent value in comparison to the cost of service other companies have charged me in the past.

This company gets 2 thumbs up from me. The techs are knowledgeable, thorough and courteous, I will recommend them to anyone at anytime.

[redacted] did a great job of putting in our new a/c. He was very professional during the whole job. He made sure that the area was kept clean before, during and after the job. He explained what he needed to do at every step of the way. [redacted] assisted [redacted] with the project, and they worked great as a team. [redacted] is very knowledgeable in all areas of the job. He answered all questions, explained the system and the programmable thermostat for us before he and [redacted] left. My wife and I were very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely use Service Champions again. [redacted] and [redacted] are shining examples of employees that make a company a great one.

I recently had a very positive experience with Service Champions. I had a heater and ac check-up on Thursday. The technician was on time, very professional, explained the service, provided results and provided options. With my decision to replace the +20 year old equipment. On a next day appointment, the service advisor, provided me the equipment and program options and knowledgeable on the differences between the options. Very fact based, not a negative high pressure sales. Signed contract and utilized the PACE program. Equipment installed yesterday on Tuesday. The installers were excellent. Again, on time, professional, explained the equipment and the process. I am impressed that took the time to access the property and do the job right and provided me a custom installation in 1 (full) day. Also, I contracted for their maintenance contract.

[redacted] was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Every tech they have sent out is great. Very happy with Service Champs!!
