[redacted] did an excellent job servicing my furnace. He also found some corrosion on my water heater which I was unaware of. Appreciate the heads up.

He did an excellent job in tuning up my furnace and provided complete report and recommended what needs to be changed and provided all the options. He answered all my questions very patiently. [redacted]. from Service Champions came to do a semi-annual check-up and maintenance on my HVAC system. He arrived on time, introduced himself and was very courteous and personable. He inspected my system, cleaned sensors, filters and all internal parts. He tested all systems for proper operation with specified manufactures limits and kept me advise throughout the entire process.
I am very please with the quality and professionalism of the Service Champions staff and would recommend them to any looking for a professional organization to install and maintain your HVAC system.

I have used their services a number of years and am quite happy with them. I recently had them replace a water heater and when that proved defective, apparently a problem with a manufacturer's design change to increase the heater efficiency they replaced it with no hassle. Fidel handled this exchange curtusly and efficiently I was quite impressed.
