Service Champions

[redacted] arrived on time. He covered his shoes to protect my carpet. He was very professional and checked my air conditioning, provided me with his report and suggestions.

We had our annual maintenance performed today. As always, we received excellent service. Technician, Juan Solis, performed a thorough 2 hour inspection of our furnace, AC, the attic to check insulation & ductwork, air filter & air flow. Juan was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very helpful. After a review, he made some recommendations & suggestions that we have every intention of following through with. We have used Service Champions in the past and will continue to use their services as we are very satisfied costumers.

I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to have [redacted] service our system! He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and explained everything in a way that I could completely understand. He even showed us how to save a ton of money by signing up for the yearly maintenance plan and the savings was astounding!! [redacted] will be the only person we have service our system from now on. This really was 'As good as it gets!" [redacted] should definitely get a raise and promotion, but we still want him to service us!! I am going to post this review on [redacted] and [redacted] too!

I have used their services a number of years and am quite happy with them. I recently had them replace a water heater and when that proved defective, apparently a problem with a manufacturer's design change to increase the heater efficiency they replaced it with no hassle. Fidel handled this exchange curtusly and efficiently I was quite impressed.
