I really liked [redacted] sincere and thorough inspection. He gave us options and solutions that other companies didn't. I am glad I found Service Champions.

Service technician was punctual, friendly, efficient and thorough. Recommendations for additional service were adequately explained and were made without undue pressure.

For 7 years I have had the pleasure of having the cooling and heating of my house supported by Service Champions. They installed a new unit. Tested and put into service that unit. **d have continued to service that heating and cooling unit. I am so satisfied with the unit and back up service. My house is cool in the summer, including the upstairs, and warm in the winter. **ong with the insulation and dual pane windows I enjoy sub-100. elecric bills all year long unless we forget to reset the temp. control which we do ocasionally. My service tech [redacted] is a knowledgeable tech who is courteous and respectful, as well as, a skillful, competent journeyman. I will continue to allow Service Champions to work on my climate control equiptment.

We had Service Champions come out twice in the past week for two different reasons. First, [redacted] came out to inspect our ducts and do a complete home performance test. [redacted] was very professional and competent in what he was doing. He took his time and was very thorough. Afterwards, he spent as much time as needed to explain his findings. At no time did we feel like he was trying to "sell" something.
Second, [redacted] came out to do our annual service. He also was very thorough in his inspection. He performed all the tests and made sure everything was working properly. Again, he spent as much time as was needed to explain his findings. The only recommendation was to keep an eye on the dual capacitor which showed signs of leaking, but didn't need immediate attention.
Both technicians that came out provided outstanding service.

[redacted] made a service call for my daughter's furnace. He was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He was professional and quite personal, a fine representative for your company.

Technician arrived when he said he would. Dressed professionally. Introduced himself and put on protective coverings over shoes. Thorough evaluation of problem and solution. Pricing and cost to repair explained.

Very happy with the service we received from [redacted] of Service Champions Sacramento. Extremely professional and courteous.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to speak with our Concord General Manager in regards to your concerns. From a previous conversation you had with one of our representatives, as well as information provided to the Revdex.com on 09/16/2015, you had stated that you did not want to continue service at your Concord location. We do apologize if there was any change in that decision that was not communicated properly.
We do understand that our tenant and landlord guidelines are creating some difficulty with scheduling appointments for your rental home in Concord, where you [redacted]-son currently resides. Our General Manager has gone over these guidelines we have in an effort to protect our homeowners.
We send our apologies for any and all misunderstandings that have arisen from this situation and thank you again for all of your time and understanding in this matter.

I will make it clear. I never said I did not want service at my Concord House. I chose not to pay for a service plan after Service Champions gave me a quote that was several thousand dollars over Service Masters, who were able to fix my AC issue in Brentwood in August-September of 2015
The Concord House was a new install by Service Champions in 2008. I had regular service for heating and AC.............at the Concord House.
The Revdex.com issue from Sep of 2015 was regarding the Brentwood House.
In November of 2015 my son tried to get the Heat checked in Concord and Service Champions said they would not do it because "they came to a collective agreement" not to service the property.
On XXXXXX I called Service Champions and was told to contact Revdex.com but I left a message for [redacted] via text at his request on XXXXXX. There was no response for the text, Then out of the blue I got a call from [redacted] on XXXXXX. He apologized and said he was sorry he said I guess we made a second mistake. There was no need for any services and I said thank you and that was it.
The bottom line is Service Champions did a service call in August at my Brentwood house .............they said I needed a new AC unit and gave me a quote of $9500......I got a second opinion from Service Masters and that bid was 3000 less and their check of my unit was fixed for around $100. NO need for a new AC unit.
As far as I was concerned that was a done issue regarding my house in Brentwood. I spoke to [redacted] and it was left open in September that he would be willing to offer any service if it was needed in the future
Then in November it got all messed up and the service was declined for my Concord house. The best part was the same day I was told over the phone that they would not do the service, I got a card in the mail from Service Champions offering a special cleanup for their "valued customers"..................
I don't think any of this would have been an issue if they would have done a proper diagnoses in my Brentwood house. Instead I was given a high quote ($9500)for an AC unit that was fixed by another company for $100..............I am $9400 ahead at this point but I would have liked to never had been in this position in the first place.
Service Champion should check their records and see why a customer since 2008 was handled and punished for getting a second opinion.........on something they had the first chance to fix......The quick sales tactic needs to be evaluated and maybe try and fix problems and not oversell their products.....

[redacted]. provided an inspection of my furnace and air conditioner. He was professional, worked quietly and answered all of my questions with knowledge and expertise . Highly recommend Service Champions

excellent service, crew was very polite and professional. they installed a wall mount A/C unit and it works great and quality of work was good. Took the time to make sure I was comfortable with operating it and and explained all the features. Cleaned up after and made sure everything was put back the way they found it.

My technician came at the time they said he will show up. When he came he introduced himself and was polite. He ask where the furnace was located, I directed him to the garage. He then explained the things that are recommended for my furnace. He checked underneath and he cleaned the bottom part since it had some cobwebs. He even installed my air filter. He answered all my questions . I was satisfied with his answers. He recommended for me to speak to a specialist regarding the Pace. I told him to go ahead and schedule the person I need to speak with. He called someone and she scheduled me with the person the same day. I am satisfied with the service he did today.I am glad I had signed up with Service of Champion of Concord.

if he could do me a small favor. I asked him to put the patio umbrella in the garage. He
did and I was very grateful.

I couldn't have had a better experience getting my furnace serviced, than I had with Service Champions top worker [redacted] was friendly and very professional from the time he hit the front door to when he finished. He explained everything he was doing as he went along and was very thorough as he inspected and cleaned our furnace! Would be happy to have [redacted] do all our future service calls with Service Champions!

[redacted] was the technician who came to my house and performed the check up...He was courteous and professional and easy to talk to...I can honestly say that every technician that has come to my house have all been real...They are all very knowledgeable and each bring their own personal touch...[redacted] especially...

[redacted] was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
He conducted regular service on my furnace and also checked the functioning of
my AC.
He was efficient and helpful and I was very satisfied with his visit.
