Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because all I received was a letter stating what I already know: that Seterus has still not send the documents that they promised months agoI have received no explanation and no estimate as to when this process will be overI'm not sure why they wasted the postage.Sincerely, [redacted]

Our regular mortgage payment increasedThis was done without prior notice or warningWe have called numerous times to investigate the cause and Seterus' customer service failed at explaining the root causeThey continued responding with a " we will analyze and get back to you"We continued calling Seterus and one of their representatives stated that the extra charges on the billing are for an escrow account "to pay our real state taxes and home insurance"We verbally told Seterus, that for many years now, we have always payed our taxes through our co-op's management office/maintenance fees and have had home insurance through Allstate for many years therefore we do not need nor want them to automatically bill us especially since they never gave us a chance to provide proofNeedless to say, we have faxed them proof of our real state tax payments and Allstate home insurance policyDespite our providing proof, multiple times, Seterus continues to bill usWe have been forced to pay for real state taxes and insurance on our own and to Seterus because of course, if we don't Seterus has the power to affect my good standing credit Refund the money they collected for services we did not ask for

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am enclosing on-going correspondence with various agencies regarding the issue withSeterus.Again, it is their error and their website that reflects a broad undertow of behavior that isharmful to the consumerPlease ask Seterus:Was their website positioned to notify the consumer of an input error? No, IN FACT,confirmation number was given and no error was received by consumer on any date pastconcerning confirmation did not go through.Also, please inquire about the "multiple outbound contacts" referenced in the July, 2016letter from Seterus.I am the sole account on this loanMy phone number is [redacted] This is my business and personal phone and the number documented on the loanI can providerecords from Verizon that no incoming call received from Seterus during the time inwhich they allege that contact was being madeIn fact, I was the initial person trying to research from their staff as to the status of the paymentDo not give my phone number tothem without first inquiring as to the number they were callingPlease obtain that number and forward to me with dates and times associated.In addition, since Seterus recommends the utilization of their website, please have them provide any email that would notify consumer of the "past-due" statusMy email addresson file is [redacted] and my wife's email is [redacted] Again, she is not on the loan as I am the sole account holder as I gave her email address to you just in case they may have sent an email to that address.Moreover, in all the correspondence to and from Seterus, Mr [redacted] whom has neverbeen involved with in depth correspondence is now the person responding, not Mr ***.Mr [redacted] is located in the corporate office and NOT ONCE as you note did Mr [redacted] oranyone at Seterus make reference to "multiple outbound attempts" to contact me.Was the consumer given mis-leading information about the status of the account? Yes, Please review the enclosed documents as to the date and times of Seterus staff giving consumer incorrect information and later an apology from Mr***But NO CHANGE in reporting me incorrectly to the credit bureaus.Please note Seterus's less than stellar rating as well as the Fannie Mae organization isinvestigating continuing to allow their loans to be "serviced" by these type of institutions I appreciate your time and "digging" further into this issue to change the reporting on my account to the credit bureaus Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: - The address is incorrect and incomplete My property address is not [redacted] *** My property address is [redacted] *** - This is not a solution The letter I was provided merely states what I have been told over the phone After repeatedly contacting Seterus on my own accord, I was previously told that there have been issues with communication with the HOA To my knowledge a lien has not been legally placed on the property by the HOA - I would like a solution to this issue I have been in the process of trying for a deed in lieu for months, far above the average time for closing I would like to know EXACTLY what is required from me on my end I would like to have one point of contact to avoid being ran in circles every time I call to check on the status of the property Each time I call I am told something different - that I need to submit a different document - I was told during my last call on 6/that the deed in lieu was denied & that I have to start again from the beginning I do not want to have to begin this time-consuming process again for a FOURTH time Because I have relocated, I also do not have the resources to continuously have someone at the property to grant access to the condo - I was "approved" for a Mortgage Trial Modification that I did not apply for & will not/cannot participate inI cannot afford to keep this property & cannot make any payments Again, I would like to successfully complete a deed in lieu in a timely fashion, which now seems impossible Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all I have yet to receive a UPS letter from Seterus When I opened the emailed letter it is addressed to a Ms [redacted] I am NOT Ms [redacted] I am Ms [redacted] Your company is not even competent enough to address a letter appropriately I continue to be amazed by the lack of professionalism and competence your people have I sent the death certificate and all my legal information months ago You insisted on calling for my mother and not giving me payoff information This resulted in $worth of late fees plus months worth of mortgage payments and other fees that I should not have incurred You had the locks changed on the house and the people that bought it couldn't get into it for over three weeks On top of all that the person that changed the locks stole personal property from the house No, I do not accept the response I was given The fees that were incurred due to the complete lack of intelligence that is completely unacceptable Not only was I grieving the death of my mother I had to deal with Seterus not knowing which way was up and which way was down Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response, in no way, addresses the issues and Seterus has failed to comply with my direct RESPA Request for specific information that could possibly confirm and verify once and for all, who the actual possessor/owner is! This has been going on with nasty old Bank of America for nearly five years now and it is a commonly known fact that Bank of America passes on accounts they are trying to aggressively foreclose on the try and rectify a basically empty file I hope you are aware of the recent 10th Circuit Court Ruling here in Colorado that is allowing the case to proceed against Bank of America and Urban Settlement Services for RACKETEERING CHARGES of which I am a victim of I have nearly feet of proof to confirm this and Seterus is just being used as a pawn in this huge financial scandal The Courts are fast changing their approach to all this fraud that involves fabricated, forged, and phony documents used by Bank of America and all its affiliates and I will be adding Seterus to the list of co-conspirators in this very important ruling by the Colorado Courts Seterus already has a bad rating, so this is just confirmation of more of the same Sincerely, [redacted]
