The arguments made in the consumer's rejection were already explicitly responded to in our original letter.  There is nothing further that our office can do to respond to the same complaints that have already been responded to.  We request that this matter be closed, as we responded in a timely manner and addressed the consumer's complaint.

After little more research I found out that alleged debt has been previously handled by another collection agency and stayed on my record for more than five years even it was dismissed by [redacted]. So this Phoenix company just picked some expired debt and posted on my Credit report without contacting me. This is not first time they did this according to online complains and consumer watch groups. Good thing is they were forced to withdraw reports or Credit Bureau removed record by finding that company can't validate debt. Also they claim that they are "contracted by [redacted] to collect this debt". This is not true because in my phone contact with [redacted] accounting department there is no debt on my behalf and they never contracted Phoenix Financial and it is not on their list of collection agency they use. So this guy claiming that he review their action and found nothing wrong is scary. That show intentional deceptive practice and intentional disregard for consumer rights and Fair Debt Collection Practice. But that will be subject of my lawyer complaint with certain administrators and government agencies and possible legal action against Phoenix Financial Services, LLC.

Thank you, the accounts placed in February that have been receiving payments have not been credit reported, as agreed. The accounts being credit reported are new accounts placed on 6/21/16.  A letter was sent on 6/21 and messages left on 6/22 and 6/23 informing of these accounts and to try to...

set up arrangements but no callback was received and no arrangements made.  There have also been several unanswered calls on the account. If arrangements are setup and met on the new accounts, I will authorize credit reporting deletion on these accounts to pay them off.  This is no usually done, but we will do so to resolve this complaint.Kimberly E[redacted]Phoenix Financial Services LLC

Please send a copy of the credit report as our system has not reported anything to credit for this account as stated previously.  The consumer can always dispute directly with the credit bureaus for any item on her credit report as well, since we have no way of deleting something we did not send.  We are able to send a close and return letter for her to use in this dispute, if needed. Kimberly E[redacted]Phoenix Financial Services LLC

Unfortunately we are unable to locate an account based on the information that the consumer has provided.  We are requesting that consumer send documentation, such as a copy of the remarks on the credit report, that can help us locate the accounts.  The full and unedited accounts numbers...

would also be helpful, along with any other last names or addresses this could be associated with.  The information can be sent to [email protected].

My best resolutions to this matter would be that the negative information be removed from my credit file! Creditor stated that I've contacted them but I made no reference to the fact that insurance paid this account before it was sent to collections! I didn't make a reference to a payment being made because I wanted them to do their job in finding out that information, in the process though my credit has been negatively affected... my credit shouldn't have to suffer negatively while they find out that the account has already been paid in full. The only resolution I'll accept is removal of this negative information from my credit files ASAP.
