separate from the hospital. The client does not show payment received on the account. Proof of payment

The client does show insurance was billed but no response or payment was received on the account. No
letter has been received stating the account for the physician group is paid. The letter can be sent to

I have requested verification of the debt from the Client to be sent for the consumer’s review; the account
will then remain in a hold and will receive no further communications from this office.
