I purchased about $worth of merchandise on their Black Friday SaleI empathize with the time of year I decided to make my purchases, but Shop Jeen guaranteed merchandise would be shipped out in time for the HolidaysOn 12/ [redacted] I became very weary of where my items were and saw that I was partially refunded because of my items was out of stockWhen I reached out to customer service asking where my other items were I was told that I could not be refunded for them because they were sale items - disregarding my question for trackingI took matters into my own hands and filed a claim with [redacted] because of the total disregard to customer service from Shop JeenI was finally refunded the rest of my money, but it is a shame because their merchandise seems great but I guess all that glitters is not goldI would never recommend this company to someoneI'm sure that they have loyal customers who would gladly wait around months for their merchandise, but do not promote quick shipment if it will not be offered

Hi [redacted] , As noted on your invoice as well as the item title and description, you purchased an item on pre-order. This item ships in 2-5 weeks from order date. We apologize for the delay and promise we are doing everything we can to receive this item as soon as possible from our vendor so we... can ship it to you. Actually this is not the first time I have requested either a monetary refund or my merchandise through email and I do have the email traffic to verify. However, I am willing to settle for the money which is $(three sweaters at $each totals $165) I would like this to be sent to me in cash or cashier check as I do not want Shop Jeen in my account or dealing having my card information. I will not consider this complaint resolved until I receive the money however because I feel like it will allow Shop Jeen to be off the hook with the Revdex.com and they will neither send the money nor the merchandise and it will go unresolved. I say again...how long does this so call merchandise take to arrive when ordered online in November? That is bad business...I would like my money...$165. Once received I will respond back as resolved
