Review: Ordered product from this company and never received product: FRAUD will not return my emails and provide no contact phone number.Desired Settlement: Refund sale in-full of face class action lawsuit

Review: An order (invoice # [redacted]) was placed and shipped on net 30 terms and delivered on 6/**/15 via fed ex ground, tracking # [redacted].

With net 30 terms, invoice was due on 7/**/15. The credit card on file was at that time used, but was declined by the card holder.

We were then in contact with Shop Jeen to acquire a new card to rectify the issue.

No card or other form of payment has been forwarded to us, and our phone calls and e-mails have gone un-returned for the most part.

We intend to bring this issue to small claims court unless the balance can be settled within a reasonable amount of time.Desired Settlement: We are needing to have this issue resolved in the next 10 business days before we take steps to taking this issue to small claims court.

Review: I placed an order on **/*/14 and as of today (1/**/15) have not received it. I wrote to them several times to find out about my order and they sent very generic emails back saying that I pre-ordered an item (not displayed on the order, they said it was)and that there was going to be additional processing time and they blamed the holidays. On January [redacted] I decided that I didn't want to wait any longer so I sent them two emails canceling the order and requesting a refund. They have not replied to my request. This is simply unacceptable. I just want my money refunded. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund either sent or credited to my credit card immediately! They cannot be allowed to get away with this lack of customer service and robbery.

Review: I placed an order through this website on the [redacted] of December (12/*) during a Cyber Monday sale. The site advertised that my items would arrive before Christmas. I received a confirmation email that said my order #[redacted] was received and that I would soon get another email with a tracking number. About a week before Christmas, I began emailing the company ([redacted]) only to either be ignored, or to be told that my order was taking longer than the 5 business days it takes to process. I emailed the company daily, leading up to Christmas, again being completely ignored. I left messages on their [redacted] in hopes of being contacted that way, but was ignored again after being told "someone from customer service" would be contacting me. I finally received an email only to be told that one of my items was "unable to be packed", leading me to believe that my package wasn't lost in the mail, rather they hadn't even shipped it out to me. I asked for a refund for the item, and after 3 more emails, received a refund for $5. I was without my gifts for Christmas, and looked like "the bad friend" when I couldn't give anyone presents. At this point I want a refund for my entire order, the remaining $35.26. I have been emailing customer service multiple times a day, direct messaging their [redacted] account, and leaving messages on [redacted] just to get my money back. I have received emails telling me all items are final sale and cannot be refunded, but my items haven't left the Shop Jeen store, and I doubt they've even been put into a box. I recently got an email saying that yet another item from my order was "unable to be packed" and they are "SO sorry". I don't understand what is so difficult about refunding me $35, but it needs to be taken care of IMMEDIATELY so I can finally be done with this horrific company.Desired Settlement: I just want my $35.26 to be refunded.

Review: There are a lot of complaints..........All Customer Service issues there are, My Items not shipped to me, No comfirmation or shipping emails.....should I go on. I am very upset. I placed an order for my daughter (spending her own money) at the end of November and shopjeen.com debited my checking account on 12/*/14 for the order. I never received a confirmation email with an order number or anything, never received a shipping email. All I've heard or seen out of this company is a debit out of my checking account for $42.40. I have contacted them through email at least 4 times with no response (even telling them I was going to contact the Revdex.com and whoever I needed to so other consumers wouldn't even buy from them). I have called a number that was listed with their company name on my bank statement, conveniently the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message. I have asked for the order to be shipped and a tracking number emailed along with an apology or for my money to be refunded. I've given them enough chances and opportunities to respond to me. I see I'm not the only one with complaints about this company. I feel like they've taken my money with no intention of sending the order and that is what it is looking like. They state they are not responsible or liable for items lost or damaged by the [redacted], I have a feeling I'm going to get an email stating they shipped it and the [redacted] must have lost it (which would be a lie and I will tell them they are lying. I want some immediate action.....I am not positive of my contact dates, I have since deleted them off my phone, so they are approximate dates, but there have been at least 4 emails sent since last week.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be #1 an apology.....#2 the product delivery or #3 a refund crediting my checking account for $42.20.

Truth be told I should get a refund and the items ordered free of charge and delivered for free

Review: I ordered a sweater from this company in December 2013.The sweater was $75. Two weeks later I receive an email saying that the sweater was out of stock and it would be in early February.It is now March. I sent them an email saying that I was concerned. It is spring now and the sweater can't be worn. I wanted a refund. A customer rep named [redacted] told me she could not accommodate me with a refund but she would pay $5.00 shipping and handling and asked me if I wanted something else. I told her no I was not satisfied or comfortable doing business with them. Today she sent me a letter stating the sweaters are in and she's shipping. This company had no problems taking the money off my card. The have exhibited poor customer serviceDesired Settlement: I just want a refund by check or back on the card.

I would like a refund. The sweater was ordered in December. I was told I would receive it in early February. It is the second week in March. I live in Texas it is hot here, I have no use for the sweater now. It was not delivered as promised. I am not satisfied with the company, as I have stated before, this company had no problem taking that money off my card. If the customer is saying that they are not satisfied you don't overlook that and just do what you want. I should have been accommodated with a refund. [redacted] the customer representative went back and forth with me on this matter, she also went on to tell me that my thoughts were negative towards this matter. You don't talk to a customer that way, I have a right to feel what I want to feel especially when my money is involved, and considering its not my fault that the shipment was so late. When a company doesn't deliver as promised, the company should seek to fix the problem especially when a customer has taken a risk in patronizing that company. I question their business and integrity now and other than a refund, I am no longer interested in any of their products.

Review: My son, who is a minor, purchased a gift for a friend from this company on Dec. ** and still has not received delivery. We have had 4 emails from the company pushing back the delivery date and finally citing difficulty with the manufacterer as the reason for the delay. Delivery was promised at the end of January or first of February. We still have not received delivery. I have tried to contact the company twice, with no response either time.Desired Settlement: My son was so excited about this gift. In a perfect world, we would like the item purchased PLUS a full refund, for the embarrassment the delay has caused.

Review: On 11/**/2014, I placed an order on shopjeen (order #[redacted]) that cost me a total of $72.40 USD, wishing that I'd receive the items for Christmas. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, but I was not mad at them, it wasn't their fault.

But several weeks passed and I never received my order. I called [redacted] and they said they made a mistake and never wrote my apartment # on the package and that they returned the package to the expeditor (shopjeen). I was furious, but I decided to calmy contacted shopjeen and explain the problem. It took a month before they answered me and they completely ignored my complaint and asked me to PAY for the shipping (that was free at the beginning) so that they could send me the package. I said that no, I wanted a complete refund. It took 3 weeks and a guy at shopjeen emailed me that they put my refund through and that I should allow 2-5 business days. He emailed me this almost two months ago and I've NEVER received anything. They didn't send me a confirmation number - nothing, and I emailed them again 3 weeks ago and they now completely ignore me.

Can you please do something?Desired Settlement: I would like that Shop Jeen give me a refund of what they owe me (72.40 USD)

Review: Bought a pair of light up sneakers from Shop Jeen ( BLUE ILLUMINATE HIGH TOP SNEAKER). Shortly after they arrived they stopped working. Reached out to company. Their response they don't do repairs nor know how to handle repairs on this item.Desired Settlement: If they cannot repair item, I want a refund or exchange.

I used to really enjoy Shop Jeen's clothes. I love Erin's story and think it's really endearing that she started this place by herself. Shop Jeen's clothes are definitely unique and that's why I gravitated towards ordering from them.

That being said, they hands-down have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I placed an order with them for a Pika Pillow Pal, basically a pillow pet, as a gift for a friend. When I was packing it up to give to him, I noticed there was a hole, about the size of a quarter already, on the seam of the velcro. I brushed it off and just sewed it back up myself. They never told me I would be sold a product with a hole in it, but I gave them benefit of the doubt.

My last straw with them was with a shirt I ordered. Upon receiving the shirt I noticed it had a foul order to it. It straight-up smelled like body odor, the most putrid smell of sweat you can imagine. It was obviously a top someone just wore once(and sweated furiously in), then returned. I tried it on and immediately regretted it. After I took the top off the horrible smell of sweat was on me and I took a shower. I contacted Shop Jeen and they took four days to respond to me. After they directed me to someone to discuss returns, I asked how they could send me a piece of clothing that reeked so bad of someone else's sweated. They simply said they apologized for the "error" and that their clothes go through "quality inspections". Clearly not, but okay they can provide their standardized, robotic answer. They said they could send me a return shipping label. I said yes. They took two days to send me a shipping label, just with the message "see shipping label attached". I found this funny because they post COUNTLESS [redacted] posts a day advertising their clothes, but they couldn't find time to send me a shipping label? And they did not even offer me a real reason as to why I was sent a sweaty shirt. They did not care. Any other store would have provided some sort of explanation, or at least excuse, but not Shop Jeen.

None of customer service people that work at Shop Jeen actually care about their customers and it is sad. I used to really love their clothes and their story as how they came to be. I told everyone to shop there, to support an up and coming business. I regret all of that because they truly don't care about their customer if there is a problem with the order. No one actually owned up to the fact that they messed up my order. Quality and customer service is not their priority. I'm done shopping there. Good luck to all who order from Shop Jeen. If you have an issue with your order, you're basically on your own.

Review: I purchased some items with an order #[redacted] in the amount of $61.24. I received only some of the items and was charged the full amount. The T-shirt I ordered is a special order and it could take 6 weeks for delivery. I placed this order June *, 2015. I have yet as of ** August 2015 to receive it. I have had to move to a new military duty station on ** August 2015 and everything. My last address is my parents home so I know it hasn't arrived. I have tried emailing several times and calling and now the number is disconnected. I just want my $35.00 plus tax refunded ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want my $35.00+ tax refunded ASAP.

Review: I placed an order on 11/**/14 and received a confirmation email. On 12/**/14I still had not received my order, so I emailed customer service to inquire and was given an invalid [redacted] tracking number. on 12/**/14 I received an email thanking for my return and saying that I would be refunded my money within 2-5 business days. I never received the order in the first place, and therefore was never able to return it. On 1/*/15 I replied to inform Shop Jeen that I still had not received my refund and got no reply. As of today, 1/**/15 I have not received my order or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $22.50, $17.50 from the product and $5.00 from shipping.

Review: I ordered a pair of Hello Kitty shoes and a choker necklace from SHOPJEEN on June [redacted] 2014. A month went by and I checked on my SHOPJEEN account to see if they had been shipped and it still stated unfulfilled. I found it odd since it had been a month so I emailed them at the beginning of July asking what was going on with my order. They replied fairly quickly stating that the shoes were now out of stock but would be receiving them in the next couple of weeks, after waiting a month already I was fine with waiting an extra week or two.

I continued checking to see if the status had been updated but it hadn't. I contacted them again on [redacted] August stating that they still hadn't sent off my order and I think that a refund is necessary because I'm tired of waiting. The reply from SHOPJEEN stated that they had logistics issues and the choker necklace was out of stock now too and offered me store credit for the choker but completely ignored my suggestion to give me a refund and didn't inform me on the situation with my shoes. I emailed again saying that I would like a refund if the shoes aren't in stock and ready to send off to me since it's a bit of a joke and got no reply... I then sent another email last week saying how disappointed I am with the service I've received and want a refund and still have no reply. I also contacted SHOPJEEN via their [redacted] page and gave them my order number and still got no response.

I'm really disappointed, mainly because they don't keep their customers up to date with their situations. They shouldn't have taken my money if they didn't have the goods to send off since it's like stealing!Desired Settlement: All I ask for is a full refund so I can purchase the shoes from somewhere else, I do NOT want store credit after waiting this long and after taking my money for goods they didn't have.

Review: I ordered a phone case from this company in early August, it didn't come in within 4 weeks and they couldn't tell me when I would get it, so I cancelled my order. I was told I would get my (approximately) $20 back within a few days, it has now almost been a month. I have emailed them multiple times, but they stopped returning them once I asked about my money.Desired Settlement: I think this business should take better care of their customers, and because of this experience I am starting to think that they are turning into a scam.

When I received the item it looked different from what it looked like online and it didn't fit very well. The return policy states that if you email them within 30 days of the delivery date that they will allow you to return the item with a 5.99 processing fee. I emailed Shop Jeen with my order number, item number, and reasoning on 11/**. I received an automated email response saying that they would get to me as soon as possible. I did not hear back from the company until 12/* when [redacted] emailed me asking for photos of the skirt and the printed invoice. I promptly sent the photos and then resent the email and have heard nothing back. I sent another email on 12/** asking to have my problem looked at and for them to email me back but have heard absolutely nothing. I have been more than patient dealing with this "company". They hold all these email promotion contests and constantly update their Instagram and social media but take NO time to deal with their customers! Absolutely revolting. Whenever you try to get answers from them they either delete your comments or block you. Review: I ordered clothing from this online store about 3 months ago, at the time they told me the items I wanted were out of stock and would not be shipping. A few weeks later when they got more in stock I ordered the same thing not knowing that my original order would be shipping at the same time. I got two of the same thing so within one day of receiving it I contacted the store. Their return policy is: you must contact them within 7 days so they can send you a return number. I was aware of this since I have ordered from this store multiple times. I got an automatic email saying they had received my message and someone will get back to me as soon as possible. Over a week and no one had got back to me, I sent another email, still nothing. Finally after about 3 or 4 emails, I contacted the store on [redacted]. Someone got back to me via email and told me that they could not accept my return because it exceeded the time of their return policy. I immediately wrote back explaining to them that I first emailed that within one day of receiving the order and included a picture of my original email with the date on it. I had sent that email at least two times and still nothing. Besides the fact that my order wasn't as it appeared to be online, I have every right to get a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund including the money I originally paid for shipping and the money I will have to pay to ship it back.

Review: my daughter placed an order with shop jeen on 3/**/13 invoice #[redacted] cracked out Iphone case... cost $24.50 plus $5 shipping for a total of $29.50 she never received the item.. and we have contacted this company several times and once was told there was a back order and after that reply all we do is get a reply that they will ck into it and they never reply back again... Last wk I sent a total of 5 emails to them the 1st one they again replied asking me to provide order info....I did and never heard back.... I feel this company captures photos from other websites selling the same products, then charges more gets your money and most of the time will not ever fulfill the customers order, , there is no phone numbers to contact them at and therefore most people at some point will just say oh well its only $29.50 not worth hassle.... Review: In December of 2014, I ordered the wrong Iphone (5) case. I wrote to them asking if I could exchange it for the 4/4s case. When I did not hear back from them I ordered the correct one while still waiting for a response about returning the original one. The website says that they would issue a RMA number and then you can return the item. I wrote to them three times and each time the computer generates the same response. .... "They are experiencing high volume." Now it is almost two months since I ordered this case and still haven't heard anything. The order # is [redacted]. At this point, I would like to return this case and receive full credit since it is there fault that the return now is over 30 days.
