Review: I ordered two pillows (order#[redacted]) for my daughter for Xmas and never got either of them. I emailed, and got a response from "[redacted]" saying that the French Fry pillow was out of stock and did I want a refund for my order. I responded saying that I still wanted the other pillow and yes, I would like a refund for the one that is out of stock. No response. I emailed again asking for a response. Review: I placed an order for a pair on shoes on the website in a size 8 and recieved an 8 1/2. After four different attempts via email, [redacted], & [redacted] no one has gotten back to me about this issue. I was told to direct message my order number and after I did that right away I still haven't heard anything back from anyone. Now I recieved these shoes on the [redacted] of December and it is now the [redacted], so I am now going on a month of trying to het a hold of anyone at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to just recieve the right size shoes that I orded so that I can wear what I paid for.

Review: Ordered some items on [redacted] September (order # [redacted] and was told they were moving and there may be a 2-3 week delay in shipping. 4 weeks later I followed up and was told that they would not know when my order would be shipped until it was actually shipped. Great! I waited another 4 weeks and then email requesting a refund. No response. No response to follow up emails (2) or [redacted] contact (1 message, 1 post, 1 comment on post). Review: I ordered a book bag online for school on July ** and it had told me that it would arrive in 2-3 business weeks, and I would get an email when it was shipped out. On August [redacted] I received and email telling me that they were in the process of moving and they had told me that is would be another 2-3 weeks downtime. It is now September [redacted] and my book bag had yet to arrive. I emailed them asking for store credit and they wouldn't give it to me, and then they said I could have store credit, but they never actually gave me a code or anything towards it. Every about two weeks I have checked on my order and now they haven't been responding to my emails at all. I believe that they lost my order and it is a huge inconvenience to me that my order for school hasn't arrived yet and school is almost a 2 months in.Desired Settlement: I would like for my order to be delivered and store credit if possible as a apology for betraying my loyalty to the store.

Review: I placed an order with ShopJeen.com for 7 items, 6 of them delicate earrings made of acrylic or crystals. When I received my package, I could hear things bouncing around inside, 5 of the pairs of earrings were placed in protective jewelry boxes with bubble wrap or other soft substance. The two that were not were wrapped in flat tissue paper. Not even balled up tissue paper that would serve to protect jewelry from shock & damage. Upon inspection the 1 pair of earrings that was made with crystals & was only wrapped in a piece of tissue paper, was missing approximately 25% of its stones, which I was able to locate throughout the outer box everything came in. Today I contacted Shop Jeen to request an exchange or store credit through their websites chat feature, I was connected to "[redacted]". I was told that these particular earrings were sold-out so they could not assist me with an exchange, I probed what other options they would present to me & was told because the earrings were marked down I would have to take my damaged purchase as a loss. I referred to the companies displayed "Return & Exchange policy" which states "If there is an issue with any items received in your order you may return it for store credit." The customer service associate said that doesn't apply to sale items, even though that is not stated.

Through the course of our chat [redacted] informed me that she would update the wording on the Returns & Exchanges page, so that it reflects that sale is Final. I took a snapshot on my computer prior to her doing this. I feel like I have been slapped in the face to find that you understand why your policy was unclear & decided to correct it but not the issue at hand that your company has created & are willing to lose a customer & I'm sure others in the process. I was told that because the earrings were marked down that I assumed risk as far as their quality, which is absolutely untrue. There is no mention on their site that goods marked down may be damaged. I asked for a [redacted] & was told that she was the only person that I could deal with. In addition to this complaint I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company & Paypal.Desired Settlement: I only wanted a store credit. I was very fond of the company as I follow them on [redacted] & their [redacted] seems very forward & interested in her company. To find that there is a sheer disregard for their customers time & money is disappointing.

The companies website in no way said there was not an option for return if the product was received damaged or exchange for sale items. After my correspondence with "[redacted]", she added that sale items are final sale. That in self is concerning. I have snapshots of the companies return policy page before & after. Also have a complete transcript of the chat saved. One of the items I received was damaged. I was not interested in returning. I was offered an exchange but the same item was not available. This company is misleading, inconsistent & unethical in it's practices. I was told by "[redacted]" which is also documented in the chat Transcript that b/c this item was on sale I should have assumed the risk of damage even though it was not stated anywhere on their site that this was a possibility. I was also told that if I had paid full price I would then have been able to expect Shop Jeen would stand behind their product. This is unethical. You can't not sell damaged goods at any price without disclosing some form of "as is" policy to your customer.

The response provided that ShopJeens website states clearance jewelry is final sale regardless of imperfections is a 100% lie. I have attached a snapshot of their websites return/exchange page from the day I contacted them about this issue, nothing of the nature was stated. At this point Shop Jeen & it's reps are blatantly lying, have no respect for their customers, or care to even seem ethical & this needs to be clear to their customers.

Review: I had ordered a backpack from shopjeen on July ** which charged my [redacted] on that day too for $41.00. When I ordered there was no mention the company was moving and there would be a 2-3 week delay. I should have received within 7 days. When I got no email telling me about shipping info I contacted via e-mail on August *. Which responded they are in the process of moving. On August ** I tried contacting email again (they have no phone to contact) saying I do not have my product. Kassandra said they are still working on moving their company and there would be a delay. I responded back asking for a refund. No response from Kassandra. August ** I emailed again asking for refund. No response. August ** asked again for refund. Kassandra emailed me backing saying she issued a refund back to my p[redacted] and I should have it within the week. That day my [redacted] showed pending payment from shopjeen. August ** I emailed Kassandra again saying my [redacted] shows still pending please take care of it. No response. On September [redacted] tells me the pending payment did not process. I emailed shopjeen again on Sept [redacted] and big surprise no response. my order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my [redacted] account refunded which they told me they were going to do for $41.00

Review: I placed an order for a bracelet on May [redacted]. $59.40 USD was promptly deducted from my PayPal account. I emailed them on July [redacted] asking about the order status with no reply. I sent another email on July [redacted] which they replied to saying the product "should arrive soon." They claimed the USPS First Class shipping has no tracking information and didn't know where the package was, offering no solution. I emailed again on July [redacted] expressing my concerns so they asked me to verify my mailing address that PayPal provided them. I provided my address again and haven't heard from them since.Desired Settlement: If Shop Jeen isn't going to send the product I purchased, I would appreciate a full refund of $59.40 USD.

I only wish it had been dealt with more quickly as it's stressful to hound a company for months to get one's money back as two and a half months of emailing with minimal response does not communicate the company is safe to do business with. I've certainly learned my lesson and will check Revdex.com ratings before online shopping again.

I was a huge huge fan of shop jeen until my last order.

I ordered a pair of shoes that when they arrived they were gigantic. My physical receipt that I got with my order, states NOTHING about not being able to return shoes.

I contacted customer service (multiple times before I got a response over 2 weeks later) to see if I could just get the smaller size. I was told I could get a 10% code and REORDER the same shoes (that I had gotten for 30% off the first time around). But as far as the shoes that are too big, that I spent over $50 on, I was told, literally "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do."

Needless to say I am beyond pissed off, because I just threw away money on something that will never be worn and can't be credited to get the appropriate size. As much as I love the merch, the customer service rep, was completely useless and wouldn't lift a finger to help out a loyal customer... Just thought I would share my crappy experience since nothing was done about it and that I will never place an order again.

Review: I have tried contacting this shop numerous times about an online order that is late and they either send me an automated email explaining that they're too busy to answer right now or they just blatantly ignore me. I still have no information on when my package is to be shipped, that is if they ever actually send it and I am afraid I won't receive my order and they're trying to rip me off.Desired Settlement: I want my package to be shipped as soon as possible and I want to know when the package has shipped

Review: They sent me the wrong product from ShopJeen and when I contacted them about this issue they referred me to a customer service page which had information pertaining to a pre-paid shipping label that they said they would provide. When I contacted them to provide me with the shipping label for the incorrect item sent they did not reply. I emailed them another 2 times spread across 1 week for this shipping label to exchange the item for the correct one which I paid, still no response. ShopJeen "policy" is 1 month to refund/exchange the product and it has almost been the allotted time. There is no number where I can contact the website just an email where I get no contact. I would now like a full refund for the product they sent. I do not appreciate being conned out of money as this is what it seems like is happening.Desired Settlement: I would like them to reply to my email and/or give me a phone call (###-###-####) to proceed on how I can return the item for the full refund to my credit card.

Review: I placed a small order with Shop Jeen in the beginning of August. I received a postal service tracking number, and show that the order was sent from [redacted] on 8/*/14, arrived in a USPS sort facility in [redacted]. Shows the item departed the [redacted] facility on 8/**/14 and is currently in transit. It is now September [redacted], 2014. It has been 1 month and I have not received my order. I have been in contact with Shop Jeen several times through email who keep informing that since the item is showing "in transit", they will not refund my money. I have been in contact with the Postal Service several times who have informed me that the item most likely never left the [redacted] facility. They have instructed me to seek a refund from Shop Jeen. I have sent them several emails only to be refused my money back. This was a very small order of only $32.00. This was a gift I ordered for a bachelorette party that I have now already attended.Desired Settlement: Please refund my [redacted] account, or send a check for the full amount of $32.00.

Review: I ordered three items from Shopjeen.com on July [redacted]. I got a shipping confirmation on July [redacted] for one of my items. I did not receive and still haven't received a shipping confirmation for my other two items. I have emailed them multiple times and only received a response twice; once to tell me that there was a delay in the shipping and another when they confirmed that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. However, all they confirmed was the cancellation and not my refund. Horrible company with horrible policies and horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund for my troubles. I have been trying to contact them for almost two months and this is getting absolutely ridiculous because I know they are seeing my emails and choosing not to respond.

Review: I placed an order for $353 on 11/**/13 and was charged this amount already and saw delivery was anticipated within 2-5 business days. After countless emails back and forth and broken promises I have still not received all 7 of the items that I have ordered for my daughter's Christmas presents. Today is 2/**/14. I am still waiting for 3 sweaters. Way past the "pre-order" excuse as well. I also believe my debit card information was compromised during an effort to make a password change while on this website and received emails from Shop [redacted] asking for more information as to where the email came from regarding the password change? I let this go until my debit card received charges from another strange website and had to cancel. I want my remaining items and nothing more to do with this nightmare or this company! I tried to contact the owner of Shop [redacted] and my message was removed. I have record of 12 complaints via email that I made to the company in attempts to receive my merchandise.Desired Settlement: Delivery of the remaining three items for my daughter's Christmas....donut sweater, cool cat sweater, sloth sweater totals $160

This is the first time the customer has requested a refund for the sweaters, which we would be happy to grant due to the delay in shipment. We are also happy to wait and send out the sweaters once they do come in. It is completely up to the customer, all she has to do is let us know if she would like a refund now or if she wants to wait for the sweaters to be delivered. Actually this is not the first time I have requested either a monetary refund or my merchandise through email and I do have the email traffic to verify. However, I am willing to settle for the money which is $165 (three sweaters at $55 each totals $165) I would like this to be sent to me in cash or cashier check as I do not want Shop Jeen in my account or dealing having my card information. I will not consider this complaint resolved until I receive the money however because I feel like it will allow Shop Jeen to be off the hook with the Revdex.com and they will neither send the money nor the merchandise and it will go unresolved. I say again...how long does this so call merchandise take to arrive when ordered online in November? That is bad business...I would like my money...$165. Once received I will respond back as resolved.

Words cannot express what I want to say to this company right now. I want my money! There have been plenty of opportunities to send my money prior to lying about any type of shipment. I do not want to have to take this further to court. Place my money into my paypal account. I am going to be left with no other choice other than my lawyer to contact you as the next step. I do not know what else to do for my money to be returned to me. What good are sweaters in the summer and that are too small now this was an order placed 6 months ago and never received. I want the money placed into my account as promised by your previous response and were not shipped at the time of your response. This is dirty business. You have sent an email to my inbox the day before this response was made that you had shipped them. You made that decision after you promised my money to be returned. I want my money ASAP.
