Hi,
We are very sorry that this customer has had such a bad experience with us during our move. We understand all the issues that have risen from the move are completely at our fault and we have been working as fast as possible to resolve them.
For this order, I have spoken to the customer multiple times through email and [redacted] messages, keeping the customer aware of our shipping delays. Our last conversation was yesterday through [redacted]. 
We have started shipping and are slowly but surely getting to all our old orders.
This customer has been offered refunds or store credit for the cancellation of their order and since our conversation yesterday, has chosen to wait for their order. 
If they still want it canceled and refunded, please just contact us back so we can do this immediately.
If there are any other questions or any things I can help with, please let me know.

Words cannot express what I want to say to this company right now.  I want my money!  There have been plenty of opportunities to send my money prior to lying about any type of shipment.  I do not want to have to take this further to court.  Place my money into my paypal account.  I am going to be left with no other choice other than my lawyer to contact you as the next step.  I do not know what else to do for my money to be returned to me.  What good are sweaters in the summer and that are too small now this was an order placed 6 months ago and never received.  I want the money placed into my account as promised by your previous response and were not shipped at the time of your response.  This is dirty business.  You have sent an email to my inbox the day before this response was made that you had shipped them.  You made that decision after you promised my money to be returned.  I want my money ASAP.

because:
Shop Jeen is still beating around the bush and are delaying the process of returning the item. I have contacted them TWICE to send me the offered pre-paid shipping label. It has been a week and I still haven't heard back.

I purchased about $50 worth of merchandise on their Black Friday Sale. I empathize with the time of year I decided to make my purchases, but Shop Jeen guaranteed merchandise would be shipped out in time for the Holidays. On 12/** I became very weary of where my items were and saw that I was partially refunded because 1 of my items was out of stock. When I reached out to customer service asking where my other items were I was told that I could not be refunded for them because they were sale items - disregarding my question for tracking. I took matters into my own hands and filed a claim with [redacted] because of the total disregard to customer service from Shop Jeen. I was finally refunded the rest of my money, but it is a shame because their merchandise seems great but I guess all that glitters is not gold. I would never recommend this company to someone. I'm sure that they have loyal customers who would gladly wait around months for their merchandise, but do not promote quick shipment if it will not be offered.

 I have requested that they just refund my money because I no longer need this sweater as it has taken more than three months to get without any good response from this business.  They claim to have sent it out, but I no longer wanted it and feel that my complaints to the company have fallen on deaf ears.  I do not want the product anymore, I just want my money back.

This customers order has been cancelled and she has been issued a full refund.

Hi [redacted]! So happy to see that the sweaters finally arrived! Very jealous to hear that you live somewhere where it is already summer. I'm still wearing my coat here in New York. Even though these came in much later than expected, we hope you love them! I'm sure they'll be just as cute next winter or when you go to a freezing cold movie theater or grocery store. You should also have received a 30% discount code via email. Thanks :)

 The company said they were going through "internal changes" and offered either a store credit or a refund, but told me they couldn't tell me when they would be able to issue me a refund. I elected to receive store credit but I have not been given any response or gift card. I have seen nothing to indicate they will actually follow through.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I find that while this resolution is not satisfactory to me the matter has been resolved, because I filed a claim for non receipt of purchase through my credit card company and was issued a full refund from the credit card company. I was not offered a resolution from shopjeen.com until after I already filed a claim here with the Revdex.com as well as with my credit card company. I stand by the statement that it is nothing but thievery and deceit to take someone's hard earned money and never send them the items they purchased after months and months and then come up with a convenient excuse after complaining. It took filling claims to get their attention, because all my e-mails sent to them went ignored and not responded to.

The company's response is a complete lie. I responded to the email and sent several emails afterwards for order status. Also, the company never refunded money as stated.

I keep emailing shop jeen and always get back the same exact response saying that their "moving" and a bunch of bull . The emails I have been receiving are from someone named 'Kassandra' not from the actual store . I'm thinking this store is a huge Internet scam.
