The response provided that ShopJeens website states clearance jewelry is final sale regardless of imperfections is a 100% lie. I have attached a snapshot of their websites return/exchange page from the day I contacted them about this issue, nothing of the nature was stated. At this point Shop Jeen & it's reps are blatantly lying, have no respect for their customers, or care to even seem ethical & this needs to be clear to their customers.

They are lying, I looked through my entire account on both [redacted] and my bank account, and neither has a refund from SHOPJEEN in the amount of what they said, which would not be a FULL refund anyways, I spent almost 70$ and that is what I wanted in a refund anyways.

Review: I first ordered from shop jeen on the [redacted] of July 2014, I made a payment of $86.50 US Dollars. After a few months of waiting I was told that one of my items was out of stock and my options were to swap it for another item or get store credit. I then made another payment of $16 USD to cover the extra cost of my new item. Since then I've been told that item is now out of stock and that I won't be receiving my items. This was a few months ago. I've been promised a refund but have yet to receive it and I've sent countless emails with the majority of them being ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. ($102.50 USD total)

I purchased about $50 worth of merchandise on their Black Friday Sale. I empathize with the time of year I decided to make my purchases, but Shop Jeen guaranteed merchandise would be shipped out in time for the Holidays. On 12/** I became very weary of where my items were and saw that I was partially refunded because 1 of my items was out of stock. When I reached out to customer service asking where my other items were I was told that I could not be refunded for them because they were sale items - disregarding my question for tracking. I took matters into my own hands and filed a claim with [redacted] because of the total disregard to customer service from Shop Jeen. I was finally refunded the rest of my money, but it is a shame because their merchandise seems great but I guess all that glitters is not gold. I would never recommend this company to someone. I'm sure that they have loyal customers who would gladly wait around months for their merchandise, but do not promote quick shipment if it will not be offered.

Review: I purchased multiple items online with my debit card on January [redacted] 2015 and it is now February [redacted] and I have yet to receive my packages. Not only that, the store does not provide customers with a contact number. They have a customer service email listed on the site and after three different emails over the course of 18 days, as well as multiple politely direct [redacted] posts on their official page, I have yet to hear anything back from the company. I also was supposed to receive my [redacted] tracking number within 5 business days of purchase, but never got it. At this point I want nothing to do with the company, nor the items.Desired Settlement: The company needs to refund my money and improve their customer service because they do not care about their consumers at all. Their complete lack of communication is disgusting and ruthless and they should be fined for taking money from people and not sending over the purchases.

Review: I ordered a Christmas gift from shop jeen almost a month ago that has not been received. In addition, the tracking number does not exist! And they have no phone number! Review: I made an order on December **, 2014, and was billed for it. It is now January *, 2015, and I have yet to receive my purchase. I emailed them about it initially on December **, 2014, and got a response stating that this was the fault of the post office. I contacted the post office and they let me know that it was actually on the company, Shop Jeen. They had created a shipping label but never sent the package. I have now emailed Shop Jeen about four times and have not received a response. They happily took my money but I feel like I was just robbed because I never received my product.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $30 that I paid. At the very least they could have just sent the product again and refunded me the cost of shipping.

Review: I purchased items for my 14 yo daughter for the holidays. I made my purchase in early December to ensure prompt delivery. However, despite my early shopping attempt, the delivery did not arrive until the day before Christmas and the order was ENTIRELY wrong. They sent me the wrong colored boots because they were out of the ones I ordered but did not bother to inform me of this, instead they just shipped the shoe in a different color. I also ordered a small stocking stuffer (lip stickers) and despite paying for that item, it was not included in my delivery box. And the $50 gift card I purchased does not work! So I spent about $150 at this online store and nothing I paid for was delivered!! I have notified the Shop Jeen that the order was wrong - the shoes were wrong, the stickers did not arrive and the gift card does not work. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. There is no phone number for a customer to call for Shop Jeen. Only email. I have been emailing the customer service department for weeks to no avail! I have spoken with a "[redacted]" named [redacted] who is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. The store sent me the wrong color shoes and now will not even issue an RA number for me to return them! They insist that the stickers were included and have been very very unhelpful, unprofessional, slow to respond, unresponsive and unaccommodating. I will NEVER EVER shop at this store again even though they specialize in teenager items. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had with a store. No one at this "store" is accessible and I have wasted over a dozen emails attempting to get a refund, a store credit ANYTHING other than being stuck having spent $150 only to receive 1 of my 3 items ordered and that 1 item is the WRONG item.

What kind of amateur, unprofessional, unaccountable, rude staff of people run this place? I thought it was created by college kids who were tuned in to this generation of teenagers. I thought this was a reputable, reliable and ultra hip store that I could find goodies at for my daughter. I was terribly mislead and am a single, hardworking Mom who can ill afford to lose $150 just because this PRETEND STORE is UNETHICAL.

I have been writing (via emails since that is the only way to communicate with this pretend store) to them since the DAY I RECEIVED THE BOX but they have refused my request, insist they sent all the items and all the right items. This exchange of emails back and forth has been going on for weeks and now they refuse to issue an RA number for return and are NOW saying "all footwear is a final sale". UNBELIEVABLE.

DO NOT SHOP AT SHOP JEEN. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT IT.Desired Settlement: I demand a FULL REFUND ON MY MONEY and need an RA # SO I CAN RETURN THE STUPID SHOES THEY SENT ME.

I also STRONGLY URGE THAT THE "SUPERVISOR" NAMED [redacted] BE FIRED.

Review: I bought a couple items from Shop Jeen a while back. First, they didn't come in the mail until about a month later, most things from new york take about 3 days to get to me) Then, I received a piece of junk ripped and meshed shirt that they clearly must have bought for about 3$ from China. It looked completely different from the photo that they had on the site. Anyways, I sent this item back with their EXACT instructions, and they received it within a week according to the tracking information. Now it has been about 2 months and I am yet to get a refund. They know this also, I contacted them via email, and social media and they blocked me! which means they know that they scammed me and don't want me to warn others. This has happened to about 30 other people that I know of and that is only the people I found on social media, there must be hundreds more. this business is a scam and must be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back--refund and I would like to be compensated for the agony I went through with this company. I found approximately 15 people who have experienced the sam or similar situation. It is unprofessional and rude how they act. I, along with others, have been talked down to and laughed at by this company as they block our comments and refuse to refund money. Something needs to change with the owners attitude as well as her entire business.

Review: Business refuses to answer my customer service requests. They will not confirm that my order was shipped, will not provide a tracking number, nor will they provide a refund. After looking at comments on their [redacted] page, I see many customers are having the same issue. This company should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would just either like my order to be delivered or a refund.
