I was a huge huge fan of shop jeen until my last order
I ordered a pair of shoes that when they arrived they were gigantic My physical receipt that I got with my order, states NOTHING about not being able to return shoes
I contacted customer service (multiple times before I got a response over weeks later) to see if I could just get the smaller size I was told I could get a 10% code and REORDER the same shoes (that I had gotten for 30% off the first time around) But as far as the shoes that are too big, that I spent over $on, I was told, literally "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do."
Needless to say I am beyond pissed off, because I just threw away money on something that will never be worn and can't be credited to get the appropriate size As much as I love the merch, the customer service rep, was completely useless and wouldn't lift a finger to help out a loyal customer Just thought I would share my crappy experience since nothing was done about it and that I will never place an order again

I used to really enjoy Shop Jeen's clothesI love Erin's story and think it's really endearing that she started this place by herselfShop Jeen's clothes are definitely unique and that's why I gravitated towards ordering from them
That being said, they hands-down have the worst customer service I have EVER experiencedI placed an order with them for a Pika Pillow Pal, basically a pillow pet, as a gift for a friendWhen I was packing it up to give to him, I noticed there was a hole, about the size of a quarter already, on the seam of the velcroI brushed it off and just sewed it back up myselfThey never told me I would be sold a product with a hole in it, but I gave them benefit of the doubt
My last straw with them was with a shirt I orderedUpon receiving the shirt I noticed it had a foul order to itIt straigsmelled like body odor, the most putrid smell of sweat you can imagineIt was obviously a top someone just wore once(and sweated furiously in), then returnedI tried it on and immediately regretted itAfter I took the top off the horrible smell of sweat was on me and I took a showerI contacted Shop Jeen and they took four days to respond to meAfter they directed me to someone to discuss returns, I asked how they could send me a piece of clothing that reeked so bad of someone else's sweatedThey simply said they apologized for the "error" and that their clothes go through "quality inspections"Clearly not, but okay they can provide their standardized, robotic answerThey said they could send me a return shipping labelI said yesThey took two days to send me a shipping label, just with the message "see shipping label attached"I found this funny because they post COUNTLESS *** posts a day advertising their clothes, but they couldn't find time to send me a shipping label? And they did not even offer me a real reason as to why I was sent a sweaty shirtThey did not careAny other store would have provided some sort of explanation, or at least excuse, but not Shop Jeen
None of customer service people that work at Shop Jeen actually care about their customers and it is sadI used to really love their clothes and their story as how they came to beI told everyone to shop there, to support an up and coming businessI regret all of that because they truly don't care about their customer if there is a problem with the orderNo one actually owned up to the fact that they messed up my orderQuality and customer service is not their priorityI'm done shopping thereGood luck to all who order from Shop JeenIf you have an issue with your order, you're basically on your own
