Review: I ordered two items off of SHOP JEEN, I didn't receive any type of confirmation that my items were going to be shipped out until I CONTACTED THEM FIRST almost a week later. I ordered on 2/**, and finally received a package in the mail on 2/**. I opened my package and only ONE item was inside. They wrapped the only item I got, in paper and then they had added more paper to make it look like I received my second item. I was charged FULL price for both items, totaling $30.60 all together. I have bank statements and a email confirming that SHOP JEEN CHARGED ME FOR THIS ITEM. On the packing slip that came with the package it even shows that I ordered my second item.Desired Settlement: I want my refund for the item I paid for and DID NOT GET IN MY PACKAGE. I paid $16.00 for something I did not receive.

Review: I placed an order with two items and when I recieved it, one of the items was damaged. I have contacted customer service at least 5 times about the issue and havenot recieved a reply regarding a refund or being sent a new item. It has been over a month since I purchased this item. I would either like a refund or a new in undamaged product. Review: Back on December **, 2013, I placed an order for a sweater. After a few weeks, my order status never changed so I emailed the company and they said I placed a pre-order that wasn't due to come in until the middle of January. So I waited and January came and went, and no sweater ever arrived and the status of my order on their website never changed. I had already been charged the $75 for the sweater and $5.00 for the shipping on my debit card when I placed the order, so I got concerned and emailed again with no response. February came and went and still no sweater, nor was there any credit to my account. I had tried to contact them several times during that period through the email provided on their website and no response was given. I found their website on Facebook a few weeks ago and so I messaged them there and they said they would be getting their sweaters in soon, so I should expect it. Three weeks have gone by and no sweater still. So I emailed them and said I would like a refund and still no refund has been issued. I placed this order over three months ago for a sweater that could be enjoyed in colder weather and now it is almost spring and still no sweater. I want my money back, but no on there seems to care enough to contact me or give me a refund. This has been a very frustrating experience as I worked hard for that money and paid for it myself!Desired Settlement: I would like Shopjeen to just refund my money back to my debit card in a timely manner because I feel that I have waited long enough for this product and have not gotten any good customer service on their end.

Review: On December ** my daughter placed two on line orders with Shopjeen . I sent an email to Shopjeen on the same day to cancel both orders. I never received a reply, other than Shopjeen's generic reply, that they would be responding to my email soon. On December [redacted] I sent another email to Shopjeen to notify them we had received one of the orders in the mail, Order#: [redacted], $56.00 - for 2 Vibrating Mascaras. In my email I informed them that I had not been charged for this order and that my daughter had decided to keep it. I also informed them that I was charged $138.00 for order#[redacted] that included a $25.00 shipping fee. These items should of arrived the next business day or since the order had been canceled the same day I should have received a refund on my credit card. It is now December [redacted] and I have not received these items or a refund or a response/reply from Shop Jeen.

Review: When I ordered a few items from the website. I had no idea that the business was, "Moving offices from the east coast to the west coast, and shipping delays would take up to three weeks". I wouldn't have ordered anything and given my money to this business if they could not deliver my items within a good time. I emailed and the same response as everyone else came up, "[redacted] ".

There is no phone number to call when you go on the website. And the only email you can email to is [redacted]".

My advice don't order from them. They need to be put out of business. I paid $60 to them for two items. And never receive my refund. This is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I don't care that your business is moving from New York to LA, if you want to make it as a good business treat your paying customers how they should and mention BEFORE the customers pay that you will not be able to ship their orders until you are actually able. Quit ripping people off Kassandra.

Review: I purchased a pair of shoes from this company on july [redacted], Order number #[redacted]. They arrived and I saw the company name of the shoes on the box so I looked it up and found the same shoes for 12 dollars on amazon, also I wore the shoes for one day and they broke, the bottom was ripping off and the buckle snapped right off! I emailed the company and told them both of those things and all they said was that they were sorry for my unsatisfaction and that was it. I spent 26 dollars for those shoes. Then I had ordered two shirts on july [redacted] and I got a confirmation email and the money was taken out, an amount of 39.68. I waited till august [redacted] to ask them where my items were, I got an email back asking for the order number then I sent back the number and that was all I heard from the company. Then on August [redacted] I sent another email, requesting a full refund and to cancel the items. The girl who emailed me back said that the items were canceled and it will take a few business days for the money to go back on my account. I waited a whole week and nothing happened, I emailed her again and she said she was waiting for the bank to clear the request, which does not make sense to me because my bank never contacted me unless she meant the company bank. I waited a whole week again and still no refund.Desired Settlement: I deserve a full refund for the product I was unsatisfied with, or atleast a refund on the price I found lower, to match the price of the other seller. And a full refund for the items that did not make it to my house at all.

Review: I initially placed an order with shopjeen.com on August **,2015. On August **, I received an automated email explaining that due to the company moving, shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. I replied requesting a refund and explained the product arriving late would no longer benefit me. I was explained via email that I could receive a refund or choose store credit, to which I replied I wanted a refund. After not receiving any correspondance for several days, I followed up on August ** via email. It is now September *, 2014 and I have yet to get any reply on my refund. The website provides no customer service number which to call and the only contact is an email address. There is also no notice or warning on the site that the company is moving therefore delaying all orders.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $52.52 processed as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered a pair or shoes from shopjeen almost two months ago and still have not recieved a tracking number or email that was said to have been sent within 5 buisness days . I sent multiple emails asking why the wait is so long and I got a response saying "we dont have what orders have been packed and shipped until we ship them.that is when it updates in our system" . But the money 240$ was withdrawn out of my account so therefore how could they not have recieved the order ? Im very frustrated and have never had to wait so long for anything in the mail . Review: I ordered 5 items from the Shop Jeen website on [redacted] 11/**/14. I received an order number and my debit card was charged for my purchase. The website says it takes up to 5 days for an order to be shipped. On 12/** I reached out to the customer service email asking about when my items were going to be shipped and was told they were working on it. On 12/** I asked if I could expect my order by or before [redacted] and was told to enjoy my purchase. After reading that response I assumed there had been a miscommunication and emailed customer service again on 12/** asking if my items would be delivered by [redacted]. I never got an email back so I went onto the store's [redacted] page and left a comment on 12/**. The comment was answered by an employee saying customer service would email me. I never got an email back. On 12/** I emailed customer service again and never received a reply. I went onto the store's [redacted] page on 12/** and saw that my original comment was deleted and posted another comment asking if someone was going to reach out to me about my package. On the store's ** there are a lot of comments from customers saying they never got missing items, they got the wrong items or they were offered a refund and never got it. I emailed and posted again on 12/** and the only response I got was on 12/** at around [redacted] in the afternoon telling me that all the items I ordered a month ago were out of stock and I could get a refund or store credit. When I emailed back that I wanted a refund I didn't get a reply. I have commented on ** and have sent another email saying I want a refund and have still not received a reply. There are a lot of other customer complaints on the store's [redacted] page stating that they never got missing items or were sent the wrong item or that they were offered a refund and never got it.

Review: On August [redacted], 2015, I purchased a $220 pair of shoes with Shopjeen.com and never received a shipping confirmation and never received the item. On September [redacted], 2015, I contacted Shopjeen's customer support email asking for information on the order and possibly a refund. Kassandra replied to my email saying that "deliver should be sent out within the next two weeks, or I can get a refund". I asked for a refund. No one replied to my email after requesting this refund, I never received a refund, and I was never sent my item. I contacted them again on October [redacted], 2015. No response. I contacted them again on November [redacted], 2015 demanding a refund. Kaitlyn replied saying "Refunds are being issued in response to the order that they came in. When we issue your refund we will contact you." but it has been since September that I was told I could receive a refund, so I find this response unacceptable. I've run out of ideas on what to do and I'm left with nothing else but to file this complaint in hopes that I will get a refund, the price I paid to receive no items is serious.Desired Settlement: Full refund as soon as possible.

Review: I purchased $58.00 worth of items for Christmas gifts and never received them. It is customary to notify the customer of the order received, as well as a notification when items ship. This business has done neither, and has consistently ignored communication efforts by the customer. Furthermore, they have taken $58.00 from my account and I have not received my items. A quick [redacted] search on this company shows that numerous others experienced the same issue with ShopJeen. A full inquiry on their business and its ethics should be taken.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund by the company for the products I did not receive.

I responded back to this email with the requested information and the $51.40 was taken from my account. I never got a response back to my email so I emailed on the [redacted] and [redacted] asking for an update on my order. Since I got no email responses I went and wrote to their [redacted] on ** Jan asking about my order and telling them I wanted a refund. I got a response back on the ** post 3 days later saying I would get an email that day concerning my order. I never received any email. Judging by their [redacted], several people seem to have been ripped off by this company since they seem to be taking the money but not delivering the products.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. Shop Jeen needs to be closely looked at in regards to how they handle money and their customers.

Review: I have an email from the company stating that my order was cancelled and refunded. However, the refund has not been credited to my account. I have contacted them by email and have not heard anything back. I have contacted my bank and my bank states that " I got a reply on the submission of the dispute, Visa will not let us dispute the charge due to the length of time from purchase to cancellation… They suggest working with the merchant to get a refund… I apologize that at this point we can’t do anything at the bank level… If there is anything else I can do to help with this please let me know.".Desired Settlement: Refund in full.

Review: I ordered 5 items from ShopJeen on October the [redacted] last year (2014). Two of these items were said to be shipped separately, as they were products from another business ([redacted]) and stored in a separate warehouse. When I received the shipping confirmation from ** ([redacted]), I noticed something was wrong. The first item was correct, but the shirt they had listed was not the shirt I had ordered.

I contacted SJ (ShopJeen) about this but they told me a refund or a re-shipment was not possible until I'm able to prove with a picture that the wrong shirt had been shipped. I therefore contacted ** and asked them if they sell the shirt I ordered, in which their response was negative: "Unfortunately, we do not offer the "Cat Hair Is Lonely People Glitter" on a pink t-shirt." This proves that the shirt should not be sent from **'s warehouse, but from SJ's, as it's exclusively their product. The shirt was unfortunately returned before I could pick it up from my local post office, but ** agreed to send it again.

During the meantime I tried to contact SJ (including one of the founders) multiple times, but I never received any responses. To see if they were purposefully ignoring my emails I sent one from a separate email address ([redacted]) and they responded to that one the very next day. By then I'd received the shirt and sent them picture proof from this new email. This was sent the [redacted] of December, but I've yet to see a reply from them.

I tried calling out to them on their official [redacted] page and despite responding to almost all of their other wall posts, mine was ignored.

As the shirt was meant as a Christmas gift, there was extra damage done to me and the friend whom was supposed to receive the present.OctobeDesired Settlement: I'd like a full refund for the shirt I bought ($24).

Review: I placed an order on August [redacted] 2015 on shopjeen.com I ordered 3 items and paid with my credit card the order was $51.00 (with free shipping) I sent an e-mail on 9-**-2015 to customer service asking where my package was, because I hadn't received it. According to the website they are relocating from the east coast to the west coast and shipping would be delayed. I agreed and was told my package would be shipped at the end of the week. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I find that while this resolution is not satisfactory to me the matter has been resolved, because I filed a claim for non receipt of purchase through my credit card company and was issued a full refund from the credit card company. I was not offered a resolution from shopjeen.com until after I already filed a claim here with the Revdex.com as well as with my credit card company. I stand by the statement that it is nothing but thievery and deceit to take someone's hard earned money and never send them the items they purchased after months and months and then come up with a convenient excuse after complaining. It took filling claims to get their attention, because all my e-mails sent to them went ignored and not responded to.

Review: Well first off I tried cancelling my order a few hours after I put it in and when I emailed them about it they would not cancel it (probably because they really didnt want to give me my money). So then I'm like whatever I'll just keep the shoes no big deal. Then the shoes come about a week late from when it was suppose to be delivered. Then they sold me a pair of shoes that were labeled on the website "fits true to size" and I'm a true size 7 1/2 none of my shoes are size 7 or size 8 I simply can not fit them. Anyways so I buy the size 7 1/2 and low and behold they fit like if they were size 6. I couldnt even get my foot all the way in them. So naturally I get in touch with the website and they proceed to tell me that no one has ever had a problem with the shoes and they wont refund me my money. So now I'm stuck with these shoes that are 2 sizes too small that mind you "never gave anyone else a problem" but magically when they come to me a person with a true size 7 1/2 foot there is a problem. I know my shoe size and quite frankly they "stole my money." They cant just advertise something that isnt true and not give refunds, in my book thats a Ponzi scheme. I mean how hard is it to try on the shoe and say, "order a size and a half up."Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I would like them to advertise the right sizes of clothes and shoes for future customers.

December [redacted] I had not heard anything nor received anything so I contacted the business. I saw that the payment, $42.50, came out of my checking account December [redacted]. I have been in touch with the customer and as I told him, the pillow is made to order and gets printed and shipped from a seperate warehouse, and thus can take a bit longer than the other item or items in an order. I have reached out to our warehouse and they have informed me that they are printing the item as we speak and if should be getting sent out this week. I will pass this information along to the customer and please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Review: I ordered a backpack on april *,2014 from shopjeen.com. On their website it said they that * to 5 days to ship product then a few more for delivery. Its may [redacted] now and I haven't received anything yet. I have sent many emails to this company about the delay. I don't get any responds from them.. I left many comments on Instagram for them and they delete my comments and reply saying send order #..but they don't relpy after.
