I have taken a look into the claim and refunded the customer's credit cardAs per our customer care policy, we are not responsible for items once they have been shipped out but we did go against our policy and refunded the card for the full amount, including shipping
costs

I have been in touch with the customer and as I told him, the pillow is made to order and gets printed and shipped from a seperate warehouse, and thus can take a bit longer than the other item or items in an orderI have reached out to our warehouse and they have informed me that they are printing the item as we speak and if should be getting sent out this weekI will pass this information along to the customer and please let me know if there is anything else I can help with

We are very sorry that this customer experienced issues with us during our move. We understand that this is at no fault of the customers, it is our own, and we have been handling all issues with the greatest care.With that being said, this customer contacted us October [redacted], to...

cancel their order. It was canceled and the refund processed out of our account on October [redacted]. On our customer care page we state that a refund will be processed from our account within 14 business days. We also warn the customer that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post the transaction. I don't see any unanswered emails from [redacted]. I see one email from that address in December which was immediately responded to. These PRE-ORDER sweaters will ship out before the end of this month.

So this is funny timing, how as soon as I start complaining, the company in question just emailed me with an excuse saying my item took longer to prepare and will be shipped, so I don’t know if this complaint can be placed on hold until I receive my item, so send it either way, thank you
