Very pleasant to talk to on the phone, called and custom ordered my new trailer Easy to work with, I wanted to make a few changes and additions during the build and they made it happened This company really knocks it out of the park with quality builds

I purchased a CARGOMAXXX 6' x 4' aluminum utility trailer I requested the trailer be available about ten weeks out, as I had a lot going on in late summer and early fall I was contacted a couple of weeks before the scheduled date to confirm things and was told they had another trailer going to Salt Lake City, did I want to have my trailer hauled with that one I opted to have the trailer delivered to the Kansas City area on Oct20, where I was visiting relatives After driving about miles Curtis was right on time at the designated drop off point
I am thoroughly delighted with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of the employees I was in contact with I would highly recommend their trailers

the people at SIC Metal and Fabrication were very helpful and delivered before the promised delivery date I would definitely purchase from them again

This conduct of this business was spectacular! From initial contact to the (voluntary) home delivery...it was customer service second to none

This was the second trailer I ordered from them The build quality is excellent Many extra features such as heavy duty led lights and thicker aluminium structures Custom build at a lower price then the trailer dealers I can't say enough good things about my trailer Excellent time from order to delivery about days

The quality of the trailer is first class Never having the need for a trailer before, I had no idea what would be best for my needs The owner walked me through everything, pointing out pros and cons, making suggestions without trying to increase the price I felt as if he really cared that I got what met my needs When my friends see my trailer, they are amazed at the quality and impressed at the price Nothing you will find at the traditional trailer merchants will come close to what SIC offers-much better quality at a lower price! Plus, made in Clarion, PA USA I looked around at the competition and really feel that I got a first class product at a great price You cannot get a better trailer at a better price, and I am one of those people who shop and compare, looking for a bargain I feel that I got more than I paid for; obviously, I highly recommended SIC

of the best that I have ever encountered in this day and age where customer service seems to fall way behind the drive for profits They were an absolute joy to work with and I would recommend them highly to anyone

The craftsman at SIC metals built me an enclosed x aluminum trailer with removable roof for tall cargo works absolutely wonderful also electric brakes and an receiver in front of trailer to attach winch to pull cargo in to the trailer and a few other special items Finally the craftsmanship is top notch

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]When I took delivery, I was NOT delighted. Also, I did NOT try to load my equipment using the gate and notice that it is too short and that my equipment drags across the floor. They did NOT offer to repair the trailer, even after sending pictures of the gate clearance issue. When ordered, the pictures of the trailer shown one type of tie-down, and the trailer I received has cheap, different type tie-downs. I paid extra for the tie-downs. I would be happy if they would put on the correct tie-downs, or refund the cost, and also repair the gate to where it is longer to have a better angle so I can load my equipment
