I paid Bruce and SIC Metals a $2,deposit with a personal check for a $4,aluminum new trailer on 11/19/ I was told 2-months max until my trailer would be completed and I could pick it up I then read all the reviews and complaints online and should have know better! Bruce is a low life XXX!!!! He even told me last week in an email response he will get back to me on the status of my trailer,"I promise"! And tonight his email and website is no longer valid....at least he is hopefully not scamming any others!!!!! I just want my hard earned money back in a refund since he obviously did not build a trailer for me!

I will allow SIC metal and fabrication an additional weeks to sent the promised refund of deposit (July 28th) though I find his comments without meritAt my initial inquiry about the status of the build (months after receiving the deposit) the owner indicated that "he will check with his supplier's about delivery status of the necessary materials to build the trailer"After my next inquiry a month later his comment was "he received the materials but they were not to his standards"After that he did not return my emails or phone calls until I threatened legal action, which he then offered a refund of depositHe has still yet to respond to me directly since I contacted the Revdex.com despite numerous attemptsMy communications have remained professional throughout this, but if he fails to meet this last commitment date, I will travel to PA and file suit

Mr*** took delivery of his trailer in 7/he was delighted and liked the trailer quite a bit, he signed the form that states the trailer was undamaged and built per his orderAfter which Mr*** posted on the Revdex.com website that we did not build the trailer as he wantedWe tried
to reach an agreement with Mr, *** but were unable to agree on termsWe produced the trailer exactly as he orderedWe offered to "rework" the trailer at additional cost since the trailer options he was now requesting and claiming were agreed upon were not built as his order listed.VIN:

I was treated with the utmost respect when I stopped by to check out what they had to offer Bruce took the time to listen to what I thought I was interested in and then made some suggestions that I really liked The trailer is very well constructed and hauls like a dream They were right on with delivery date If I am ever in the market for another trailer, it will be from SIC Metal and Fabrication

SIC Metals is a small shop with Bruce, Curt and Andy, but cranks out an unmatched quality product for a better than reasonable cost. Doubt you can find a place east of the Mississippi that can provide such a product. I looked for months till I came across them.They are VERY flexible when it comes to building what YOU want and are definite experts in the field and keep on top of current technology. Top quality materials, design and workmanship throughout. Only issue is it took a long time to finish the trailer. Understandably there were delays due to parts supplier issues, Bruce was injured, and I changed the design twice so..... good things come to those who wait. Thanks, guys ! Stan

Mr. [redacted] received a full refund for his original order per agreement with Officer [redacted] with [redacted] Borough Police Department.

Mr. [redacted] has not responded to calls or emails. He is welcome to schedule a pick up or delivery of his trailer with Curtis S[redacted].

Exchange Issues Consumer's Original Complaint;SIC Metals was to fabricate custom trailer for me. I sent in deposit of $2,812.00 over three months ago. As of expected completion date of 12/15/2015, no documentation available from SIC of beginning of work on trailer. Now no response from SIC Metals at all. I have complete history of emails showing excuse after excuse. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Hi:According to the contract, I paid in full on 7/9/2014 for the trailer; I was told it would be done 9/12/2014. Using other companies for excuses. I think the problem is  Bad management . I’m still waiting for the trailer but my patience is wearing thin. Bruce told me two more weeks from 10/18/2014. That puts it 7 to 8 weeks over dew. I have a business that needs that trailer disparately.

issues and would like to resolve this matter with the customer. A letter was sent to Mr. [redacted] to the address listed on his contract ([redacted] on 3-15-15. We are currently awaiting his response about pick up or delivery. We will continue to work with the Revdex.com and Mr. [redacted] to resolve this matter timely.
