Mr***’s trailer was delivered to him in 11/per his wishes

SIC Metals was very quick to answer my questions during the ordering process, and they communicated well during the entire process The trailer appears to be very well built, and it was completed on schedule I am a happy customer

This was the second trailer I ordered from them The build quality is excellent Many extra features such as heavy duty led lights and thicker aluminium structures Custom build at a lower price then the trailer dealers I can't say enough good things about my trailer Excellent time from order to delivery about days

This letter is in response to the complaint ID referenced aboveWe have contacted this customer and informed him that we are working to complete his trailer as quickly as possibleAt the time of purchase this customer agreed to the acknowledgment per our
contract that there could be possible delays in the construction of his trailer since it is a custom built product based on his requirementsAs he has been made aware via e-mail conversation on 10/20/14, his custom built product has been delayed due to metal supply issuesWhile we are doing all we can to complete his order, we do not have control on delivery of the required materials to complete his trailer since we do not own or operate the mill that produces these materialsWe will continue to work with this customer to complete his order and do all we can to resolve the supply delayWe will continue to work with the Revdex.com to resolve this issue as quickly as possible

I was looking for a 5xaluminum trailer with solid sidesNobody makes one except for Bruce Sure, you can add on some sides to already expensive big name trailers, but they aren't as strong as an actual welded box & you'll spend more Also had Bruce fabricate a really strong removable cross brace to attach j-cradles for my kayaks He also beefed up the light brackets, so they could be used as a step Tows so nice, you can forget it is back there sometimes

Had a great experience with SIC Was in somewhat of a rush for a trailer for a trip to WV hauling a new SxS They had a quote to me the same day I requested for it....stopped in for a tour of their manufacturing facility, loved what I saw and ordered that day Can't get that anywhere else Trailer build was turned around quicker than expected Quality of the trailer is top of the line and the warranty shows that they back their product They say you get what you pay for....and you truly do with their trailers without paying hundreds to thousands more just for a "name" Trailer exceeded my expectations hauling long distance and looks amazing Would recommend to friends and family

They were awesome, the trailer they built for me is awesome Do it!

After a long delay in building, my trailer arrived this week! I know there were some deliver issues from SIC Metals in the past but Curtis Snell has been working with SIC to get current on all their backlog of orders The communication was awesome and the trailer was even better I am a perfectionist and my trailer exceeded every concern I had I specifically order this trailer from SIC Metals because I did not want to order another out of the box trailer and get it home only to do 6-modifications to suite my needs I even added and changed the order during the build and they met every one of my requests I could not be happier! Curt and Bruce are good guys and stand behind what they promise! If they get their current backlog current I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

They are a star company!! Their products are star Their customer service is some
of the best that I have ever encountered in this day and age where customer service seems to fall way behind the drive for profits They were an absolute joy to work with and I would recommend them highly to anyone

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
SIC Metals response is more of the same They have given a date of September 5th for pickup This was after they gave a date of August 20th for pickup This was after they said it would be available in July This was origianlly due on May 26th . As stated previously , the lack of communication and ethical business practices have forced me to seek litigation and are in the process of filing in NYS
I will make sure that they will not continue this practice as they have - based on the multiple complaints through the Revdex.com and other sites that explain their deceitful practices
