In dealing with the representatives at CARGOMAXXX, I was very pleased with their promptness in responding to my questions and trailer order. They were quite accommodating and I have found the trailer to be an excellent product. Since my recent purchase, I have been able to use the trailer on several occasions and from what I can see it is well made and meets my needs.

As was stated in our first response to this customer's complaint, we are willing to refund this customer's deposit within 60 days from the date of the first response. This initial response letter was dated February 24, 2014, therefore this customer's refund will be postmarked no later than April 24, 2014.

Problem with suppliersand custom build product, this is standard tactic used by the manufacturer. Idon’t believe [redacted] axles from Indiana can’t supply SIC Metals axles for mytrailer. My custom build trailer is only “custom trailer”, because it does nothave railings, so is less parts for welding and fabrication.Trailer is also shorter. I don’t see how this modification is delaying my order. As far as contract:“these delays can effect estimated completion times up to twelve weeks”It is more than 12 weeks from time the order was placed and accepted. There is no communication with SIC Metals; I don’t have any updates on completion date. Idon’t have refund I requested. All my emails questions are answered by automatedreplies with same useless text.  I'm looking to get my full refund by cashier check send with certified mail.With regards[redacted]

but we have been emailing status updates to Mr. [redacted] over the past few weeks without a response from him. As explained in Mr. [redacted]'s contract the trailer could be delayed depending on supplier deliveries by up to twelve-weeks from the estimated completion date. "We believe Mr. [redacted] to be fully aware of this since he signed the contract acknowledging that he understands the terms and conditions that come with a product of this nature. This product is being custom manufactured for Mr. [redacted] per his order. Mr. [redacted]'s custom built product should be ready in the next few weeks. We will email and/or call Mr. [redacted] to schedule the pick up.

has been completed and this customer is refusing to take delivery of his custom built product. Under the terms and conditions of the signed contract of this customer, we have full rights to not refund his deposit. It is our recommendation to the customer to simply complete this transaction. This customer still owes: $1375.00.

Received my custom ordered 5.5 x 10 utility trailer today 6-20-2016. I am very picky about quality and service. I will say this has been a positive experience for me. Yes it took a few months to have it built but I was told that up front. They even delivered to my location, for a very small reasonable charge. Trailer looks great, lots of special care taken to build it. I would rate this transaction A plus, things seem to be going good now for them.

Bruce, I want to let you know how happy we are with the 35 foot aluminum bridge you built for us. The footer you added and your engineering provided extra value. The 2 light poles are great, along with the electric outlets. If any of your contacts want to see a sample of your work, have them give me a call and they will be welcome to visit us. I have looked at several of your trailers and the quality adds to the brand image of your customers. If I needed a trailer, I would want you to build it.

Once in awhile through phone and email you get lucky and someone answers the phone so, yes over the phone, I have been made aware of the delays in materials for the custom built trailer I ordered almost one year ago. Again, delivery was supposed to be in spring of 2014 which is long gone. In an effort to justify poor communication, I was told the company email and phone service was not working properly and they couldn't do anything about that. That information came through a mass email. It is the 3rd of July and I have had no contact with Mr. [redacted] as he mentioned in the company response that was dated June 28th 2014. The mass email sent to all their customers was the only communication with Cargomaxxx that was initiated by the company. I am worried the company will go bankrupt and I will lose my deposit. Asking for my deposit back is not holding the company responsible for delays in material. Filing a claim for damages incurred from not having the trailer delivered by the mutually agreeed upon date of delivery would be holding the company responsible.

Just received an 6x10 aluminum Cargomaxxx trailer from the crew at sic metals. First off, I'm a welding inspector by trade and I've been in the welding industry for 20 years but I did not tell them when ordering.
I called the crew and ordered my trailer and made a few custom requests. Bruce and Curt were more than eager to call/email/text me with progress pics or questions they had for me and they answered and returned calls very quickly if I had questions for them. They delivered their trailer on time as promised. When I looked it over, I can honestly say, it was built with pride and done by a professional. It is near perfect. Prior to purchasing their trailer, I looked att he tractor supply aluminum trailer my friend purchased. It looked as if it was built by an amateur. He paid a couple bucks less than I, but I wouldn't take his trailer for free. The Cargomaxxx the crew at SIC metals built for me will be with me for the rest of my life and will probably last 100 years. It is truly that good. I would buy another without question.
