Horrible customer service. Can never get anyone in person on the phone. The let you pay for items they don't even have in stock and never tell you they so not have them. Waited over a week for tires that they didn't even have.
Fast delivery good tires price really low low ! If this service & quality remains the same they just got a new lifetime customer.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong pair of tires. Then tried to cancel immediately,
there was no way to. I called/ emailed several times, No response!
I understand we are in rough times & most stores are closed with limited staff.
The shipping process was fast but CUSTOMER SERVICE was NOT even apart of they’re agenda!

Terrible customer service. You cannot reach them. I ordered 3 tires and started having a terrible vibration. Took the car to dealer and they could not get the tires to balance within spec. Told me that 3 of the tires are bad. I have tried for almost a week to get in touch with them. Their phone system will hang up on you and it tells you to fill out the form online for return/exchange and they will contact you in 24 hours. That is a lie!

Prior to ordering, customer support answered all my questions satisfactorily and professionally, Entire ordering process was very fast and the tires were shipped next day and delivered within 4 days from the time the order was placed. I'm seriously surprised by the great interaction I had with simple tire. They are accurate fast and the product is great. I got the right tires the first time.
The company is an Online Retailer of Tires which offers a "Roadside Hazard Program" related to damage associated with the tires regarding the installation, driving hazards, or manufacturing defects. I paid for coverage of these tires but both the Chain of Stores that did the install and myself personally cannot get a hold of anyone to start the process of obtaining a replacement tire. Their phone system forwards over to a message that asks for an email to be sent and even though I have tried to reach them 3 separate times no one has responded.

After 12days someone responded to my service inquiry but I had already purchased and installed a new tire at my expense. A replacement tire was sent but it did not arrive at the requested location. The whole experience has given me a reason never to want to get roadside hazard protection from simple tire nor do I consider my current protection worth the excessive effort I had to expend. I am accepting this response only because I don't want to even think about simple tire ever again. Not because I am happy at any level with their support or response.

Dishonest Marketing Ploy - 7/6/2020... went to their website and a dialog box popped up (Get up to 20% off your Order)(I have a screen shot). I entered my email and phone and it gave me a coupon code. Found the tires I wanted and entered the code... said it was not valid. Called and was told the discount was only on certain tires. NOT what your advertising says people. I guess technically 0% off is a discount amount up to 20% but this is misleading. Buyer Beware.
I ordered tires online through Simple Tire and they charged my account over $793 for the order of 3 tires and made an appointment with a local *** tire to have them installed. I received an email back that the tires were not available but did not get a refund if my money.
