Simple Tire Reviews (%countItem)
On 8/29/17 I ordered a set of 4 tires for my vehicle. Order #***. I created an account, including my accurate email. As of 9/4/17, I still hadn't received an email confirmation of my order with the order number. Therefore, I attempted phone contact with simpletire.com. There was no answer. I then emailed asking for my order number and status. I was promptly told I didn't get a confirmation because my "email was incorrect" and they "cancelled my order." I hadn't asked for my order to be cancelled. When I began asking further questions, they then replied that the tires were allegedly "out of stock", stating I hadn't received the out of stock email because my email was incorrect. When asked for a forwarded copy of said email, I received an email that was not forwarded. It was obviously typed up at that time. They stated both times I was issued a refund, but the money is still showing on my bank account. I fear this was a scam.
