I am a small engine/ATV repair shop. I ordered a set of 6 tires and paid for them. The order went through and they cancelled it two days later. I had to call them to find out why. They said they couldn't honor the price and offered to sell me a different set that was twice as much money. I am NOT HAPPY. What do I tell MY customer?

I ordered four ***, 225/40R18, ***. I only received ONE! The delivery company didn't ring the doorbell or knock! They also left a tire that's a completely different size I didn't order! They can be picked up right where they were dropped off! In the mean time, I will be disputing this fraud with my credit card company! Avoid this place!

Our warehouse accidentally sent the wrong tires. We are paying to have the tires picked up and returned to us and we will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the tires back in our warehouse.

had a set of *** 20" tires on my car and got almost 90k on them, so since they were such a good tire I ordered another set. Well 14 months later, 3 tires have had the inside sidewall blown out. Something isn't right since this isn't a daily driver (have drove 6k miles on them) and all of the tires blew under normal driving. I contact simple tire about it and after going back and forth they tell me to take it to my installer. I took it there and he told me to my face "that's not normal wear, something is wrong with these tires." Scott M at simple tire informed me they weren't defective and they couldn't do anything because my installer said "they wasn't defective." Whatever, so I attempted to try to resolve this and sent pictures of the tires to simple tire. They tell me the tires are rubbing and are not defective. This is obviously wrong since nothing has changed on the car in four years and it's on different locations on the car. Simple tire then tells me to take it to "their" installers. I took it then to *** in Simpsonville, SC where the service manager Justin M also informed me that it wasn't normal wear and tear and the tires were not rubbing. The next Monday I called simple tire and talked to Scott M again who was extremely rude and kept trying to over talk me, and he informed me that *** cannot definititively tell them it's a manufacturer defect and they can't do anything. I ask to talk to a superior which Scott refused to escalate my call. I then called customer service and asked to talk to his superior. He told me to order some more tires from them and send in the blown tires and if we consider them defective we will credit you. I refused because after all this headache, over three weeks of calling back and forth I DO NOT want to have ANY business dealings with this company. I refuse to sit a 20k car on bricks waiting for replacement tires when there is an obvious problem, when after all this garbage I'm pretty sure they will tell me they aren't defective.

The *** representative who examined the tires advised us that they are not defective. We believe these tires are being installed on the incorrect rim size, splitting the tire and causing the blowout. We don’t want to send out replacements of the same tire because we’re afraid this will only happen again due to wear. We are willing to offer *** a refund for the price of the tires, $71.99 per tire, for a total of $287.96.
We will also be reviewing the recordings of the phone correspondence between *** and our team members. It’s important to us that our customers are treated with respect and courtesy, even during situations where we might not see eye to eye.

A purchase was made at simple tire on 12/28/17. Order #***, for item # *** for qty of 4 *** tires for $ 259.72 as per their price and check out and my *** receipt.. Tansaction I.D ***. Item Paid for by ***. A ticket was made and *** tracking numbers were made along with a delivery date. I was later advised that in January of 2018 that my order was canceled due to an incorrect item number and that saved me from receiving an incorrect item. As I confirmed on their web site, and my receipt, the item number that was ordered was correct and further more the same item number *** was still on their web site with the exact product that I ordered but now at a higher price. I refer to PA statute Tit.735201-2and 3 for false advertising.

Since the original transaction had already been refunded, a new order was placed for the same tire at the original price the customer had paid.

I purchased (5) tires for my car. 185/65/14 *** and Simple Tire sent me instead some cheap *** tires that I did not pay for. Unfortunately it looks like they’ve been pulling this on other individuals and I am very displeased. Not to mention 2 out of five were more than 5 years old!
This is fraudulent activity, a business cannot sell something advertised as one thing and ship another completely different thing and not stand up to their core values entitled to the website.

Ordered tires on Monday to be shipped to a local Pep Boys. As of Saturday I had no further communication from Simpletire beyond the initial order number. Attempted to call the customer service number to no avail, in the queue for over 30 minutes before I hung up. Sent an email to their customer service inbox, received a response in broken English that my tires were at the store. No tracking/etc provided.
I went to this store today and naturally the tires weren't there. I have since left a voicemail with the company and sent a followup email requesting a refund.
In 2017, this is not how business should be done. Absolutely unacceptable.

I love how easy it is to navigate the SimpleTire website, prices are straightforward so it's easy to compare tires. I've ordered from them twice now and both times I was surprised with how quickly my tires arrived. When I made my most recent order, turns out I didn't enter my email correctly and I was worried about my order being lost. I received all the information I needed within minutes of contacting customer support on the website. Didn't have to provide lots of extra information, SimpleTire took care of everything. My favorite tire store by far!

I had a "Its too good to be true" feeling when I saw the prices Simple Tire had for the exact model and size I wanted, and was overjoyed to find that they also give free shipping. So naturally I placed an order around 5pm November 27, and then I came here to look up the company. only 2 reviews and an "F" rating at that time... Now I started to panic. The Next day I got an email from them with the FEDEX tracking information for my tires, and they had already been shipped and en-route. This morning I checked the FEDEX tracker and saw they had already arrived right outside my door. I couldn't believe it, but sure enough.
So overall, SUPER quick service, Unbeatable price, and I will continue to check here for tires from now on. They have made me a VERY happy customer. Did I mention, my set of 4 Firestone Winterforce 225/60r16 were between $170 and $250 cheaper here than my local tire shops wanted to charge me? (Oh yeah, It is late november in MICHIGAN, and these are in very high demand here)THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Guys, stay away from this company. they changed the prices every few hours. in three days changed four times, highest $181 and lowest $151 per tire
I lost $60 per 2 tires in 3 days and they refused to match it.
I'm gonna find another company to bay the rest.

My cart at checkout was for $482.15, but when I checked out using paypal it tried to charge me $586.73. Not unlike a "Bait and Switch". One price in the cart and another price at checkout. Not good business practice!

Purchased 3 times from this company. Keep telling my coworkers about their insanely low prices and they, too, are very happy. Half the price of the tire compared to any other place and extremely fast shipping that is usually free.

Promised 2-4 day shipping, then told it would be over a week because "you know, stuff happens." Poor communication, only responded to 2/6 attempts to make contact. Poor customer service, does not deliver what's promised.

Found tire that I need for $196.97 per tire. Still said that price when I clicked on add to cart. After I checked out the price went to $231.99 per tire. Checked the webpage again that I found the tires and the price was $196.97 per tire still. I screenshot everything! Did the online chat with Bonny, said tire prices change all the time. In the matter of seconds is when my price changed and now it shows $231.99 per tire 20 minutes later.

I ordered tires from simple tire on september 15th at a cost of $383.96 I have not received the shipment as promised. I have instructed the company on more than one occasion to issue me a refund. I have gotten nothing but the run around. This is a shady company and they should be shut down immediately. I am requesting a refund in the full amount of $383.96

I ordered a tire $650.00 from them. They took the money out. Of my credit card in 5 minutes. In 10 minutes they sent a email saying they could not fill the order. With in a hour I canceled. My order.
They emailed me back. Saying my refund would post back in my account in 2 to 3 days. No refund has been given.
