horrible, sucks won't work at my theater which they said would no customer service exactly like all the complaints above over emails to customer service if I get any reply I get a refer to FAQ stock reply and it says it is resolved Now of course no reply at all months of thisI tell everybody on line and everywhere stay away from this company

I do not recommend this company or their servicesI've been a member for months now and the service has a success rate of 50%On two occasions now I have attempted to use my sinemia cardless account to purchase a movie only to have the card denied on Atom tickets and I was placed in the frustrating position of having to pay for the tickets out of pocketDespite the service not working my credit card was still charged the service fees and Sinema has yet to respond to three emails I've sent their customer service

Sinemia is a complete "Bait and switch" scam stay away from it , no proper customer support and make money out of the customer with processing and illegitimate misuse fee

Their app wasn't working properly and they are charging me a misuse fee
I signed up for Sinemia a few months ago and have had issues with their app since the beginningThe first time I used the app to purchase movie tickets I thought the app checked me in automatically because I had two location turned on for the app so missing check in that time was my faultAfter that they told me I missed check in so I went online and learned how to check inThe next few times I went to movies the check in button did not show up in the appI emailed them about it and they just sent a standard response that I missed check in even though I told them the app wasnt working rightOut of all the times I used the app the check in button only appeared onceI ordered (and paid extra for) the card feature as the app isnt working but it hasnt arrivedAfter my most recent movie when the check in app didnt appear they told me I have to pay a $misuse fee and I cant use the program until I pay itI

I never had a problem with them they responded quickly and help fix the issues

I bought my membership in May but they haven't send me my card yetThat's a bummerTwo weeks ago I activated Cardless feature(basically, you can use sinemia membership without a physical card)At first, it's a bit confusing, but just follow the steps of advance ticket on the appAt the end of it they give your payment info and you use it for the online ticket purchasesI like it, at least I can get what I pay for but there is still no card

This is the worst site ever with worst customer serviceEither you sell what you think is right for your business or be out of businessBEing a part of this services makes me feel frustated everytime I use the applicationIt is just not the loss of money but the agony to use the servicesAnd a living nightmare to reach the customer service

Service does not work
Tried using service to reverse a movie ticket but payment info rejected by the online ticketing website

Purchased service (movie tickets a month on a prepaid card) It's been months and I haven't received card thats only good for a year
I purchased a membership with Sinemia on 5/9/ I'm supposed to receive a card to use the serviceThey haven't provided a card and they can't provide a date of when it will be shippedMy service is limited to tickets per month so I can't use the tickets later when the actually get around to shipping the cardWhen purchasing this service they did not notify or advertise that it will be strictly an app They app is very difficult to use and doesn't work all the timeI've tried to use it times and have only successfully used it once but have to two another phone with me I've contacted them several times about when I will receive my card but they refuse to ship it and can't provide a date when it will be shipped I've missed out on months of this service because they haven't shipped the card I paid in full and haven't received

I ordered a gift membership for $on April 17, for my mother from SinemiaAfter purchasing, I received an email from Sinemia saying the card would arrive at my mother's address in daysOn the 12th business day I contacted their support asking for an update on the cardI received no responseI have since sent more support requests and gotten no response, I've written on their Facebook page where I saw that others were having the same issue, being charged, receiving no card, and getting no response from customer serviceIt also looks like they've been deleting those comments because I can no longer find my original ones or the ones that others wroteI finally have sent them a message via Facebook Messenger from their page, and have yet to receive a responseI have reported them to my credit card company so hopefully I will get my money back that way, but this company seems to be a scam

This company is completely fraudulent and charges multiple hidden fees on top of their annual subscriptionThe virtual card numbers they send do not workEach time you attempt to use the virtual card, it charges another fee because it doesn't workThe company would not remove these fees even though it was their fault the charges were double billed

Pay for one year service in advanced and expect at least threes weeks or more to be able to see movieOr you can pay fee to see movie immediatelyThe fee was never disclosed while you are signing up for the service Also, the payment cant be refunded after realizing that you have to pay to see movies right away even though all the advertisement stated you can see movie right away

Constant deceptive marketing and completely unhelpful and slow customer service
Signed up with a referral link, the promotion being $credit, $if coming from a rival serviceFirst off, there was no place to indicate I was coming from MoviePassSecondly, there's no indication anywhere that credit in your Sinemia Wallet is only useable if it exceeds the purchase priceSo with only $in my wallet, there's no way for me to use it toward my $membership
The site also indicates you *** buy yourself gift cards, which I did, but then there's no way to redeem itFollowing the link in the emailed gift card leads to the page to buy more gift cardsThat page has a "redeem" link, but it leads to the FAQ, which says to redeem, use the code on checkout...but there is no checkout if you're on a monthly plan already
Several times my virtual card has been declinedSinemia provides no feedback on this, and once it's been declined, you have to cancel the purchase in order to buy from somewhere else...and you only get one cancellation a dayThe auto cancellation takes two hours from the original show time to kick in, by which time it's too late to make other plans
Which is not to mention the surprise fees that were added onto the service for each ticket purchase which were not described at the time that a monthly subscription was agreed to by their customer base
Trying to get customer service to respond within a couple days, much less in a timely manner, much less with help, is impossibleNo credits offered, no refunds offered for promotions earned or services purchased which cannot be usedOften times they don't even answer the question you are clearly asking, forcing you to start over from the beginningIt's like Kafka started a website

Horrible service and scam artists
Service has degraded and they charge extra processing fees that are not included in the original agreement
Half the time their generated cards do not work and are rejected by the theater

I'm thoroughly disgusted with Sinemia
Two weeks ago I was charged for a ticket I wound up purchasing via Atom Tickets and not through the Sinemia appThen, this past weekend, after my name did not appear within the database for cheat the local theatre I was attending, I received a notification I'm being charged a $'membership misuse fee' which I refuse to payI've indicated to Customer Service (or their pathetic excuse for it) I am refusing to pay that fee and have demanded they cancel my account immediately
They've somewhat restored my faith in MoviePass, which is quite the statement
