Refused to refund and charged twice when I changed my plan
I have asked for refund as I didn't like their product and they refusedI have changed the plan to a different plan and they charged me again

Confusing app causing wrong movie time purchased
At 1340pm on 12/22/2018, I purchased advance movie tickets for a 2305pm 12/22/show for Aquaman 3D ImaxThe ticket total was 46$ including the convenient fee of 3.80$ Which I paid already from my visa For some reason, the app let me puchase the tickets at 1105am 12/22/which had already passedWhen I tried to check in at 2240pm, the app did not let me check in saying that it has to be within mins of the showtimeIt is so confusinghow can they let me purchae a movie that had already passed and didn't stop me from purchasingThen charged me with the price of the tickets including the fee of 46$ which Includes 3.80$ that I already paid forI sent them my tickets stating what happenedThey replied me a week later saying that because I misused the app so they are charging me everything including the fees of 3.80$ that I paid already

Sinemia refuses to process a refund, and keep telling me to check with my bankThey have agreed to issue me a refund a month ago yet nothing happened
When I signed up for Sinemia, I signed up for a family planThey incorrectly processed my order as an individual planWhen I went to the website to upgrade to a family plan, it turned out that the upgrade would only take effect one year from todayWhy would I want to pay for something one year in advance?? I emailed them and they said they would cancel this family plan upgrade and issue me a refund in the amount of* which was billed to me on 8/26/Since then, the refund has not been processed, even though I have checked with them weeklyThey are deceitful and unethical people and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

No Card Service Doesn't Work No Customer Support
I read through the public complains below Almost all of them say the same thing: The promised card wasn't delivered The cardless program doesn't work No one at the company responds to email And so one
My experience is the exact same I was promised a card It never came The company told me instead to use some cardless credit card number with an online company It doesn't work They have no customer service number So I can't call them
It's a monthly service, for which I'm presently being charged, even though I've never received the promised card that would let me use this service
I want a full refund and never to deal with them again

Also why in the *** does a company that does everything over the internet not have a phone number for customer service, this is ludicrous!!

I signed up for their movie plan and paid for the full year The plan was for $a month for tickets.The 1st month using the service went fineI was able to purchase the ticket with no additional charge Starting the 2nd month they started charging a service charge of $ per ticket!!!!!! this service charge was not mentioned at siand is not on the website anywhere! so on a $plan they charge $in service charges!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no customer support and the whole thing is very fishy!

Product will not allow me to use, now business is keeping payment without providing service
I purchased a yearly subscription for Sinemia in September and immediately attempted to use The service offered a physical card, but I was later (after purchase) told this was ending and I would not receive a physical card I was then forced to make all purchases via online ticketing which limits my options as many local theaters do not utilize the ticketing services Sinemia supports I was still okay with this However, each time I watch a movie I cannot cheat the theater following a ticket purchase I submitted numerous tickets via the Sinemia website with no reply Finally after a submission in November I received a reply I explained my issues to the associate and asked about refund options The response I received was that I must cheafter each showing, mind you the app Sinemia provides does not allow for this to occur, and that "You may cancel your Sinemia membership o

I paid for a service, which has been unactivated and unused based off of misleading marketing material and I would like a refund for this
On July 27th, - I purchased a service from this company for My account is still not activated, I have not received my card in the mail yet, and so this account has been completely unused After purchasing this product, I find out there are still fees associated with this product because what it really does is send you to third party sites to buy movie tickets, in which they all charge you for fees This was NOT in good faith and very misleading I would like a refund for this service in which I've not used at all

I purchased a movie subscription service from Sinemia on 7/31/and waited a week to get email updates about my account activationI then asked Sinemia about when I would receive my card in the mail and they stated that there would be no card and their service is now cardlessThis was never stated when purchasing the planWhen purchasing tickets online there are also hidden convenience fees that are never stated during the sign up processI then asked my local theater if they can take a cardless payment and they said no they cannot even though it says on Sinemia's website that it works with my theaterMy account was never activated and I never used the service so I politely asked for a refund in which they refusedI am just looking for my full refund of $

I already paid for the annual family plan for tickets movie day each month, I able to get the online ticket order fee waived but now we all know Sinemia charge us $processing fee per ticket
I know the physical card will be able to waive the $fee

I purchased an yearly membership which included movies for people for the amount of $on April 16, Once the order was placed, in the confirmation email it indicated "Your card will be delivered to the shipping units within generally in days, although it can vary depending on the campaign periods."
I emailed their support team on May 2, and received a reply on June 30, with the following:
"We are seeing that you are using our cardless feature , we are thankful for your patient
In adittion , your physical card will be arrived you as soon as possible."
On May 4, received an email indicating I should have received my card, but I did notI forwarded the email to their support team indicating I did not get the card and got the following reply:
"We have detected that your card was lost during the shipping process,

A couple weeks ago, I talked with a Sinemia staff member via Messenger about if I downgraded from the - 3D movie package for people to the 3- 2D movie package for people, would I be charged the membership fees again They responded and said I would not So last week, I went and downgraded from the to the plan and I was recharged for the membership fees plus the new monthly fee This has been the such an expensive adventure and probably would have saved money by not having a subscription Especially since I can not get a physical card and always have to pay online convenience fees every time I use the service All I want is to be reimbursed the extra membership fees A physical card would be nice too so I don't have to continue to pay extra fees

The customer service here is horrendousThere is no number to callI emailed them at least times - no reply!! I could not believe itI had to call my bank to cancel the yearly payment I gave themIf you watch a movie and forget to "check-in" 30min before the movie starts, you cannot use Sinemia again unless you pay a $fee*** you belive this??? I even had my ticket stubs with me to prove that I had gone to see the movieBut there was no one to email them to!!!!

I continue to be charged the monthly subscription fee after my account has been closed for more than four monthsI've called customer service the first two times, which the money was returned I disputed the third charge with my bank, who issued me a check themselvesI need the newest charge in September refunded

ScamHasn't worked once for usThe credit card numbers they give you to purchase online are always declinedThey have no phone number and you are lucky to get a return emailWill be filing complaints with authorities and hopefully we *** get out credit card processor to get us a refund
Also, by the time you are done with all their fees on top of the membership price, you are better off just paying for the movieBut that would really only be a problem if it ever actually worked
