This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with No one give you the same answer twice My Loan was sold to this company from [redacted] , They do not send out statements, they will not let you pay on line and the only method of payment is by phone with a service fee We are in a chapter due to loss of a job , but we have payed all are bill without missing a beat I feel as if I am treated as a less than desirable person because my husband lost his job and we where forced into the chapter We could have filed a chapter but we wanted to pay our debts If your payment increases good luck they will not inform you

Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, after repeated request to stop & close my escrow and send me all monies due ($523.15), fail to do so and then took my escrow and applied it to the sale of the home [redacted] (my loan number was [redacted] ) for the said property Instead of sending my monies (from the escrow acct) to me as the other companies have in the past with transfer to transfer of the loan being paid off to me or over to the new mortgageeThey misappropriated my funds toward the sale of my house without my permission and notifying meI had been calling them for over months to return the monies in my escrow to me and upon a phone call today (5/21/at 12pm-1:55p) I was told by the first rep my monies (escrow) went toward the interest on the accountThe second person name was Seth, who informed me my monies (escrow) went toward the principal of the loanAfter about an hour holding to get to a supervisor who finally (approxminutes) told me

I was affected by recent floods in south texas and was mandatory evacuated from my house June 2nd for daysThis was later declared a Federal DisasterI notified SLS of my situation and that I was requesting a deferment or modification for month only due to extra expenses paid for while out of my home ex: hotel rooms/foodFirst off it is very difficult to get a hold of someoneSecond of all they sent me a page application to fill out for month what they call a modificationthird of all I have been calling them several times a week and it is now july 22nd, all they kept saying is it can take up to days [redacted] my point of contact has no compassion or empathy for my situation nor do I feel that the company doesI have two kids and am devastated enough by the floods and my losses and my flood claim has not even been processed yet due to so many claims filedI finally got a call back today and [redacted] again with no compassion states that I was approved for a stand

Our Mortgage Loan servicing Company, Specialized Loan Servicing, misapplied payments and mislead my Wife, myself and my Attorney as to when payments were due causing us to skip months and then reporting us delinquent My Wife and I had to file Chapter bankruptcy in 4/due to unemployment and under employment in order to settle our credit card debt and prevent us from going into foreclosureShortly thereafter, our 2nd mortgage was transferred from [redacted] to Specialized Loan Servicing in 4/ Prior to that we were on auto withdrawal Bi-weekly payment program designed to pay off our mortgage sooner by applying extra payments to the principal When SLS acquired the loan and we had contacted them about whether they offered a Bi-weekly payment program they said that they did not but allowed us to continue with this previous arrangement even though they did not have the capacity to service my loan in that mannerMoreover, when in Bankruptcy, they did not state tha

Many of the complaints here are indeed valid complaints(Un)Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) allegedly purchased our mortgage from [redacted] Home Mortgage in November, 2018, however, it was [redacted] and ONLY [redacted] who sent a notice advising us of this change, LESS than two weeks prior to our next mortgage due dateNo communications whatsoever were received from SLS forcing us to make several phone calls to SLSNonetheless, we mailed a payment to this party to the address indicated on the [redacted] communication (USPS) in the absence of any communication from this partyThat was just the start of the problems, the tip of the massive icebergThe litany of issues and complications goes on seemingly ad infinitumFor one, the payment mailed on 11-22-for 12-01-was NOT deposited to our bank account for almost weeks, therefore we had no idea about the status of our paymentNext we were able to set up a "user" name and password (with a great, GREAT deal of difficulty such as being bounced from SLS's website to Computershare (the inept Australian owners of this company) back to the SLS site, several links within the SLS site, Computershare, SLS, etc, etc, etc, however, the SLS site returned a message that an account, details or information (mortgage) could not be located related to our mortgage or namesWithe a great deal of persistency, time and effort we were able to obtain a mortgage number but SLS STILL could NOT locate an SLS account related to our mortgage! Fast-forwarding through a number of other problems, after finally being able to login into SLS, at the beginning of January 2019, we could only view scant information about our accountFast-forwarding through yet even more exhaustive communications and account issues (this company does NOT provide email addresses nor does their online communication portal provide complete message threads NOR the option to reply to their reply), to this date, we have NOT received a single mortgage statement NOR can we view mortgage statements on line, NOTHINGIn a conversation with SLS supervisors on January 22, (2-1/hours) we were told that our account had a "lock" on it which they called a "mail code lock", preventing access to mortgage statements and, two, making online payments, all due to a Chapter repayment plan that had been dismissed (completed) and registered as such with the courts for over two yearsThe former mortgage company ( [redacted] Home Mortgage) had removed all references to that CHand we in fact have established credit lines with major credit card companies with high limitsOur FICO scores are 800-and continuously risingBottom line, SLS should not have "locked" or account due to a DISCHARGED CHcase that had been registered as discharged with the U.SCourt for over TWO yearsFurther, SLS irresponsibly picked this invalid information up from some obscure, severely out-of-date public records since [redacted] had no references to that CHon our mortgage account and, again, we have reestablished high credit limitsThe site is still difficult to log into, scant information on our mortgage is available and, again, we are still struggling to resolve the litany of issues with this disastrous mortgage acquisitionThis is simply one of the most disorganized, inefficient (servers down for more than a day, also shutting down the telephone lines) and, as many others have commented, one of the most unprofessional entities in the financial industryLastly, we've learned that there was a class-action lawsuit filed in 2018, in the NY courts for almost identical issues, "misrepresenting the character and legal status of a consumer’s debt" (SLS locking our mortgage account for a Chapter case that has been discharged for OVER two years)Our next steps will very evidently have to be contacting the SLS CEO (Tony ***) and Computershare US CEO (Nick [redacted] ) instructing them to resolve the aforementioned issues immediately and valid, rightful demands for damages (distress, confusion, excessive irritation and agitation brought by SLS's inefficiencies)Meanwhile, Revdex.com, you need to lower this company's Revdex.com rating to far less than "B" (i.e"F" would be more appropriate and fitting, in light of all the similar, apparently valid mortgage holders' complaints)

The main problem is that because they were not the originator of the loan they have no idea of what went into the build out of the escrow fundThey are essentially holding my money, and requiring that I pay additional money direct to the County Additionally, in reporting my outstanding balance to credit reporting agencies they are not accurately incorporating payments made

My home mortgage loan was transferred to SLS as of November 1, Upon transfer, I have had to resolve multiple issues including an incorrect transfer of escrow balance, incorrect escrow analysis, incorrect property tax information-payment disbursement, and an inability to enroll for online services on the SLS website Through multiple phone calls, I was able to resolve my escrow and tax account issues, however I am still unable to enroll for online services I have made phone calls in excess of thirty (30) minutes on 12/1/17, 12/4/12/5/17, 12/6/and 12/7/SLS agents have been unable to resolve the issue and unable to offer alternative solutionsWhen I request that I speak with a supervisor and additional personnel who directly deals with these issues, I am told they are unable to contact them directlyI have requested that I be contacted by a supervisor or additional personnel, however never receive any responseNo proactive solution to my issue has been provided

Spoke with [redacted] -Liquidation department-very unprofessional-not helpful-refuse to honor my request to speak with supervisor when asked to be transferred to Supervisor He insisted that all my questions had been answered I still had additional information I needed to clarify regarding my account

This Loan company purchase my loan from [redacted] bank, they did not review all the documents received properly and sent my Home Insurance company a letter stating that I was in foreclosure and did not own my home any longer, Because of this my home owners policy was canceled on Sept 21, But was paid thru October 27, and would not be renewed Sept 25, I called SLS to discuss this at first since I was never served any notice and was not in default, and in active bankruptcy Brandon (PHX AZ) said I Was Days past due and owed $which is the trustee portion of my bankruptcy, they gave me the name of a lawyer that was handling this supposed foreclosure and phone number I call the attorney on 9/27/and Monica advised me the represented [redacted] not SLS and the reference foreclosure was my case from and it was closed with no further action I checked my SLS account online on 10/at 11:42am and it now said status - Bankruptcy, FCL on HOLD II call

I NEVER RECEIVE A MORTGAGE STATEMENT They are reporting that I owe them over million on the credit report which is incorrect They are also reporting me late, which I know that I am not

Issue # 1: Payments I have a mortgage through SLS When I go to make an online payment, the account balance always shows as $ When trying to pay by mail, SLS does not send me a bill until close to or after the date payment is due EX: Payment for November was due November 1st and I did not receive the bill until around the 3rd or 4th of November I have called 1-times a week to ask them when my balance will post to my account and the agents I spoke with said it will not post until it is due So, if it due on the 1st and I make an online payment on the 1st, the funds will not get processed until after the payment was due None of the agents are able to explain why my balance is not showing and why I have not received an invoice in he mail Issue # 2: Home owners Insurance When I set up my account online, SLS asked me about home owners insurance I put in the correct fields who my homeowners insurance was through and I was told it would be updated by November 18th,

SLS Lost Draft department will not investigate thisOn or around October 17, a check was issued to Dale [redacted] and Linda [redacted] and Compassion Roofing & RemodelingJP Morgan Chase at [redacted] allowed him to cash this check without my knowledge or signature as well as Compassion's roofing did not sign the check 40016402, dated October 17, for $ 3,On or around February 12, JP Morgan Chase allowed check $ 3,011.58, dated 02/12/to be cashedThis check was made out to Dale [redacted] and Linda [redacted] and Compassion Roofing & RemodelingAll of these checks were not negotiated properly, but all three were either deposited or cashed by branches of JP Morgan ChaseI have spoken to several branches of JP Morgan Chase and all say it was incorrect, but there is nothing that can be done about itThe second two checks with the contractor's name was for roof repairs (both checks were the same amount), but no work has been done on the propertyI believe Dale [redacted] and the contractor may have split the money or Dale [redacted] may have kept the money for his gainPlease understand I know this money is not mine but should have gone for the roof repairsMore checks are to be issued for the repairI have spoken many time to our mortgage companies Loss Draft Department and although they admit the signing of the checks was improper they say they cannot do anything about it and will reissue more checks without inspection of property repairsI have spoken to JP Morgan Chase branches, USAA, Wells Fargo and Bank of America (as checks were drawn off them) with no resolutionIt is my conclusion that anyone can walk into a JP Morgan Chase branch and cash/deposit whatever they want without recourseI request that both the repair checks be disputed and reissued and required to have my signature, so I will know work is being done on my home at [redacted] ***I no longer live there, but the home is still in my name as well as Dale ***The check for the musical instruments is requested to be disputed and reissued with my signature as a requirement50% of that check is legally mine, but JP Morgan Chase made it possible for Dale [redacted] to cash/deposit checks improperlyMy name is on the homeowner’s insurances at USAAIt seems like there is fraud going on with all these banks, Dale ***, Compassion Roofing and Remodeling
