Specialized loan servicing bought my mortgage from *** *** and it has been increasingly difficult to deal with this companyMy online account has been suspended and I can’t get online to make my payments, their customer service department does not answer the phone After going through their automated phone system and navigating through their difficult and non-consumer friendly system the robot told me they were having technical difficulties and then hung up on me this has been three times now and I just want to pay my mortgage yet they are making it very difficult for me to do so ever since they bought out my mortgage
My main concern is the company trying to charge me late fees or for closing on my property even though I am doing everything I can to make my payment to a company that seems like they don’t want it

SLS is my new loan servicing company and they have not corrected my account after multiple attempts on my part They have doubled my mortgage payment by adding an additional $to my monthly mortgage for insurance and taxes that I pay direct to my insurance company and to the tax assessors office They have verified with me that they have the documentation that shows that I pay my insurance direct but they still have not corrected They are "looking" into it and each time I call they add an additional - days until they can research and correct I was told that if I do not pay this new amount I will be in default My mortgage documents clearly show I do not escrow taxes or insurance with the exception of flood insurance of $per month

SLS- Extremely poor/rude/dishonest companyAdds "unexplainable" (thousands and thousands of $$- in our case- over $20,yes- $20,000) fees no one can explain, changes interest rate etc., after months and months of complaints filed with them, CFPB, Attorney Gen., etc., --- they will "write-off" the fees, --- what is there to write-off if these fees were unexplainable and fraudalent to begin with,,, nightmare of a companySTAY AWAY

Our Mortgage Loan servicing Company, Specialized Loan Servicing, misapplied payments and mislead my Wife, myself and my Attorney as to when payments were due causing us to skip months and then reporting us delinquent

My loan converts from an interest only loan in a few month to a interest and principle loanI have called and told them I want the loan to convert despite the payment amount being times what I currently pay
Despite telling them I have been served papers by a human and continue to receive mail from them asking me if I want to accept an opportunity to continue my Interest only loanI consider this harassment

My home loan got transferred to this company at the beginning of JanuaryI was in the process of getting my PMI canceled through my previous lender and was approved January 3rdI called this company to make sure they got all the documents to confirm it was going to be taken off my billI then received a statement from this company for the full amount I was payingI called back to see what the issue was and they said they received no confirmation from the previous lenderThey told me send them the confirmation letter so I faxed and emailed itI called days later to confirm they received it and the gentleman said they didThe review for PMI was suppose to be completed by February 5th so I called today (February 6) to check the status and the lady tells me they didn't receive anything from meNow it is past my due date and can't pay the full bill that shows my PMII was told to fax in the letter again and it will take another business to open the ticket and do the review aga

Every month since SLS bought my home loan from *** ***, they have managed to place $fees on my bill
When you make a partial payment - even over the amount, they place it in a "suspense account" until the full monthly amount is paid - even if it is an overpayment - instead of paying that towards the principal balance
They also place a $charge on your account if you pay less than the full monthly amount - even if you pay the full amount before the grace period
I spoke with a guy named Imon (badge number ***) He would not give me his last name and only tried to confuse me When I asked for a supervisor, I got some woman named Bridgett - again she would not give her last name but her badge number is *** She stated out argueing with me and told me I did not ask for the principal payment, escrow and fee breakdown - Which I CLEARLY did no less than three times (Please review the recording of the call placed on about 6:pm)

Unfortunately, SLS bought my loanI called multiple times over the days they stated they had to get my loan info into the system and they always reported no record of itFinally at around days it showed up and I started getting letters with late feesI've only had them for months and, as is frequently the case with them, their website is down again todayIts the first of the month when everyone is paying their loans and I have no doubts that it is an intentional act by the company to prevent payments to make more moneyI'm seriously considering losing money and refinancing before they really cost us a lot of moneyHorrible horrible companyI am hopeful a class action or government actions will take them out

I called and made arrangements with a representative at 5:30pm and when I called back with my checking account information I was told there were not record of the arrangement They were rude and vering uncaring Nasty attitudes and said no manager was available

Our mortgage was sold to Specialized Loan Servicing year ago and it has been the most frustrating experience of the mortgage companies I have worked with over the last years Their customer service, web-site, and procedures are completely archaic Their customer service reps can't perform anything more than step processing If another step is required, they have to "make a request" which can take up to weeks to process In this day and age, this is completely unreasonable SLS has yet to allocate funds in the correct manner now going on days phone calls If you have a choice never do business with this company

I have been requesting a monthly detailed statement since the conversion to no avail!
I cannot pay my mortgage without it! Also, the statement should include; escrow, previous payments, confirmation of property taxes paid, homeowners insurance etc
I am promised on every call that I will receive such statementTo date, I have notThus, I have to call in to make my payment and they expect me to pay a $fee!

I am very upset that this is taking so long and that I cannot reach my point of contact Every time I call, I have to speak to someone else and even if I leave a message, I do not seem to get any response I submitted multiple packages for this loan modification application and provided all information needed I wasn’t sure on some of the paperwork so I filled out multiple copies different ways just to make sure application would be accepted I waited days and I noticed that underwriting took every day that they could before providing me an answer that some of the documents submitted weren’t good enough There was a mailed package and emails sent with follow up information It seems my point of contact didn’t make sure everything was together for the package to go to underwriting I would like to request a new point of contact

I am requesting a financial assistance with my mortgage I have turned in all requested documents When I call to find out the status of my workout program each agent tell's me that it's in underwriting It seems as if they are stalling to increase the amount owed so they can deny a workout resolution

*** recently took over my mortgage that I have had for over yearsALL payments have been made timely in the pastThey have sent letters indicating my mortgage is past due and they are invoking a penaltyI have called and they said that they made a mistake, however, they continue to send letters showing my payment is late
The payment was made electronically and my bank shows the payment was made on June 14, prior to the actual due date
