I October my mortgage {***} turned my account to Specialized Load Servicing [SLS}, I was not notified of this change until February when I received a foreclosure notice, the said I was behind months but I was not, the payments in question were November which I paid to *** and I am not sure what other payment they were referring to so my son sent then a money order in the amount of this should have taken care of this but......and guess what it the monet was not applied to my account and now again they are trying to foreclose on meIn addition they have charged me outrageous fees shcu sending someone to take pictures of my houseI have lived in this house for years and never had a problem like this, I have read several accounts from people, it seems to be their thingI would like my mortgage, credit report and my reputation so that I can find another mortgage holderAnd I want compensation for all the trouble and stress this has caused me and my family

Business is not canceling pmi on mortgage I returned signed release for a home appraisal and has scheduled one When I called customer service they said they didn't receive the release and would send me new forms I havn't received new forms I've also faxed request for the forms I havn't received responces to the faxes This has been going on for days

I contacted SLS twice earlier this year (March, and July) to inquire about the *** review, and two representatives informed me that I needed to fax my request to remove *** along with supporting documentation such as a new Appraisal on the home value After the second representative in July confirmed the first representatives information, I had my home appraised (out of pocket cost $450) and submitted my request and the supporting document It was my understanding based on the information provided by two SLS representatives that this action satisfied their requirement

Specialized Loan Servicing LLC (SLS) owns my home mortgage, my account is an escrow accountI received an updated escrow analysis (dated 3/26/18) in early April 2018, it indicated that my escrow account was in the negative (-$1232.47) and SLS was requiring I pay a lump sum ($3046.24) into my escrow account to bring my account up to the minimum balance required based of my new escrow analysisThey also indicated that they were increasing my monthly mortgage payment to cover the newly determined escrow requirementsThe immediate payment and increased monthly payments equated to a new mortgage payment more than double what I had previously been paying (from $630.52/moto $1292.43/mo.)Knowing that there had to be an error I did some further research, I discovered that the new escrow analysis had my property taxes listed as $per year, but the property tax bill I received from the town (and had previously faxed to SLS) showed that my taxes were $per yearI contacted

I have learned so much today from a rep that was very knowledgeable...our current mortgage holder is sls...chase sold our mortgage to sls...sls after three efforts did do a loan modification...however, I will die before our mortgage would be paid off (thanks to my siblings and a corrupt probate court judge who my siblings knew)...recently we have received more than one offer for a HARP loan...sls does not offer HARP loans...so many financial issues to understand...originator, investor, provider, servicer

On January 10th I wired $125,to Specialized Loan Servicing in the manner I was instructed over the phone to make a partial principle payment The wire transfer balance was stated complete and the money moved from my banking account to my home equity account balance as expected The February statement from Specialized Loan Servicing shoes the payment and reduction in principle On February 3rd I received an unexpected wire into my checking account for $125,from a company that was not Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) On the March SLS statement it showed the $125,added back to my principle and I was charged back interest Since the money did not appear to come from Specialized Loan Servicing it took several months before SLS responded to inform me that *** ***, who returned the money, was their parent company Once I had written confirmation who had sent the money I was comfortable re-wiring the money to SLS and stopping the interest payments on the

My monthly automatic ACH mortgage payment was deducted twice from my checking account on the 3rd and again on the 5th, and caused my account to be overdrawn After long phone calls with customer service, I was told there was a system wide issue and many accounts were affected I did not receive any notification of this issue I have since cancelled my automatic ACH, as I do not trust the company with my account information and can not be assured this will not happen again Very poor customer service, there should be a zero star option

Absolute garbage - originally had wrong parcel number for property tax almost 10X the amount, called 4/10/to update and they stated they would update, re-escrow the account and request refund...it is now 7/19/and now another mystery property tax amount is appearing online...not my amount...for the 3rd timeNo re-escrow, no refund, nobody has any information other than they will "submit a ticket to perform research"
