They have apologized and asked me which package I wanted, (Sling Blue) which they could have done easily through customer service instead of trapping people into an annual subscription that you can't change a second after a mouse clickUp till now they showed willingness to solve the issue but nothing is done yet.

I understand that I am getting nowhere with you people but there WAS NO VIEWING OF A *** EVENT! You should even have notes that I tried cancelling BEFORE THE VIEWING! Y'all are scammers and your customer service skills are severely lackingIve gotten so many automatic responses that shows y'all could care less about your customers Word of mouth/social media goes a long way, with the reviews I've seen and the experiences that I've had I highly doubt this company will be around for another yearsI am an honest person and I know that I am in the right here.
