I am rejecting this response because: Once again, statement that promotion code was used to obtain Fire stickI want to continue to fight this battle, but am afraid in the midst of all these emails, either my promo code will expire or somebody else will snatch the promo code while my ultimate goal of getting my money refunded gets denied and I come up empty handedI have, after another allegation that I have received the fire stick with promo code, decided to use it for those reasons I listed aboveI have attched a picture of the order from *** that I just placed after reading the message from Sling TV validating their statement that the promotion code was used previouslyI don’t appreciate all the allegations and bad advertisements to lure people inWorst customer service I have ever dealt with hoping to prevent others from similar issues, but proves to be no point
