I have researched Ms [redacted] situation Her original request came back unable to confirm This is sent to our salvage department They called Ms [redacted] to offer an alternative Since she declined the alternative her credit card should have automatically been voided This was not done in error due to computer issuesI have processed the full refund today I sent Ms [redacted] a confirmation showing the refund has been processed

BBB, I apologize for the delay in refunding this customer's second ticket. There was a problem with CZ airlines and it got delayed. On 9/14/15 the airline approved the refund and it was pushed through with a waiver code. The customer may have received the funds by now, but for... refunds on airline tickets, sometimes it can take up to 15 business days. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At this point, I can only say that I did not receive an e-ticket even though that is what the agents at this business said they would provide me I only received an e-mail from them This email didn’t have any seat assignments with it even though I asked the company to provide this info and they said they would “in 2-hours, don’t worry”In addition, I could not find any reservation with [redacted] because I used the "reservation number" given to me by this business thinking that this was the actual Record Locator I cancelled the reservation with AA five days later when I found out the actual Record Locator embedded within the "email", NOT E-TKT I want to terminate all dealings with this company because I feel their communications were deceptive I have read many, many complaints about this business similar to my experience on the Revdex.com website Again, I stopped any payments and eventually cancelled my airline reservation because I could not get a satisfactory answer to my numerous questions and only "agreed" to their requests online because I thought it would help me resolve the problems I was having confirming my reservation I also want to reiterate that the company has threatened to “resolve” this issue by turning this matter over to their “legal department” I tried to resolve this myself after a number of days went by without receiving any E-ticket or finding any real evidence of an airline reservation and not getting any satisfactory response from this company due to lack of any worthwhile communication I took the actions that I did to prevent what I felt was becoming a scamRegards, [redacted]

I had originally filed a complaint back in July or August about the company being deceptive in the times they booked my flight and resulting in myself and travel partner missing our return flight home that turned into a very expensive series of events to get homeMy original complaint was replied through the Revdex.com from the company, they asked what I felt was a fair refundI had replied through the Revdex.com asking for a FULL refundI waited weeks for a follow upNothingI finally checked back on Revdex.com website and my complaint had been settled as RESOLVED and was no longer openSo I contacted the company directly (and saved all correspondence) I asked if they had inteded to give me a refund and sent screen shots of their reply to me through the Revdex.comI emailed back and forth with a supervisorFirst she wanted to listen to the recording of when I ordered my tickets, but it had mysteriously disappeared! Then after that she just told me that I should have known better and I am the only one at fault for missing the flightAfter that response I questioned her again asking why they would ask me what I felt was a fair refund if they never intented to give me onedays later they replied back again that I am soley responsible for the missed flight and all they will refund is a $service chargeThis company has been deceptive and dishonest through this entire processMy original complaint should have never been settled as RESOLVEDI have considered legal action, and I have NEVER been so disgusted with a business as I am smartfaresI will NEVER consider using their services in the future, and I warn anyone who reads this not to use them eitherI would suggest to the Revdex.com to follow up with any resolved complaints with this companyAfter my experience, I would not expect them to follow through with any course of resolution with any complaint filed against them I desire that my purchase price be refundedHowever, I know that even if they reply and say they will do so that they truly will notTheir rating should be much lowerI reccomend investigation into the deceptiveness and dishonsty that they have portrayed through my entire experience
