Tell us why here...I show our agent [redacted] contacted Mr [redacted] yesterday Mar 5, She was able to rebook his return on the correct date Unfortunately there was no availability for him to return around noon Mr [redacted] agreed to the new return time at 505pm on May [redacted] complete the ticket exchange at no extra cost to Mr*** We apologized and agreed this was an agent error we have resolved this complaint

2/4/ [redacted] , a rep from this company called x from 1006pm to pm after I told him and my husband told him we were not interested He's left voice mails asking why and to call him with cc# Also emails were exchangedMe saying not interestedHim saying why not...etc Anybody pressuring seniors or anyone in this was is a scammer

To whom may concern; I bought seven tickets from Smartfares.comI am from Turkey and our alphabet is different than American's.Because of it, the system does not see ''G'' which is one of the customer's name, after I approved the transactionI knew that there is an option which was 'free cancellation in hours'' so I called the customer service without wasting my timeI told that I want to cancel the reservation and the staff asked the reasonI explained the reason and I told him that it is even not my faultHe said he can change the letter if only I pay 70$ per a personI refused itI checked the web-site again I saw that I can cancel my reservationOne more time I called the customer service and another staff told me I am not allowed to cancel my reservation I have to pay 140$I thought that two people can not lie to me so I accepted her offerAt the same time ,I wrote the situation to online customer service and the guy said that I cancel my reservationI want them to refund my money but he said the transaction did not occur so I can not refund itI believed them and I thought that it is doneAfter minutes, I got an email from the customer service and it was written that I can not get back my $ because it was the tax( She offered me to pay extra $ and she refused $ to get backI called them one more time ask for talking with a supervisorHe checked the situation and he told me he will refund my moneyI realized that I did not ask them when I can get my money back so I called them twice to learn the exact day because they were holding my money and I have to buy ticketsI am a student and I don't have extra $ to payOne of the staff told in one week and another said weeks or maybe more I told him I have to buy those tickets but he said it is the procedureI told him that I want to buy my tickets back but he said I have to pay dollars because the tickets sold outThis is a lie because I saw that there are still tickets from the same priceI explain the situation and he talked with his supervisor and said that paying extra 400$ is the only way to buy my tickets backI said ok because I was pissed offWe made a deal.I want him to send my tickets asapI wrote him emails about my tickets in last four daysMy reservation status was pendingI wanted to learn why it was pending stillHe told me he made a reservationI shouldn't be worryI called the airlines and we did not have any reservationI told him that they have to do my reservationHe said he will do today or tomorrowI called the airlines and I did not see any reservation The company refunded my money but it will get my money back soonToday, the staff in customer service called me and said my transaction was declinedI hate the company's business and company's lies.The company tried to get rip off meThis is unacceptable I spent four days and night to get back my moneyI just wanted them to change one letterIt shouldn't be that hardThe mistake which I dis was system's faultEven if it was my fault , they had to cancel my reservation not trying to think how they overcharge meI wrote this statement because I dont want that they overcharge others for nothing

Revdex.com, This customer received a an initial reservation email from us, but it clearly states in red ink: "Please note that reservation requests are only confirmed once the airline has issued a ticket numberA second and final email with ticket numbers will be sent to your email address within hours (up to on the weekends) indicating that a ticket has been issuedYou can monitor your reservation request on our MyReservation Page." BBB, It appears this customer was refunded the disputed amount on 12/24/14. I have attached a receipt for his records. The money can take 10 business days to return to the customer's card depending on the policies and procedures of their card issuing bank, but he should have received... the funds by now. BBB,I can only find a $200.00 charge under this reservation code and the airline tickets do not exist in our system.
