Previously, I had been told by Coleman's that my bookcase was located at [redacted], but my desk was not.  When I requested that Coleman's go ahead and have my bookcase delivered while they were working on the status of my desk, I was told they could not do so.  I have been receiving erroneous information from Coleman's throughout this entire process.  At this point, I do not trust this company.  I just want a full refund of my money.  Thank  you.

Coleman furniture did send pictures however, they were not taken close up to all of the alleged repaired damaged spots therefore the damage cannot be seen as well as in person. In addition, pictures were not taken of areas of concern. When you look at the pictures attached, the photos they sent me, look closely because you can see the paint that does not match, the paint that covered up damage without being smoothed out. I have inspected the furniture twice in person at the warehouse and the furniture is in terrible condition. That is the exact reason I had a professional furniture repair technician look at the furniture and shown in his report, the furniture is not in 100% manufacturers specifications. I do not understand why they had someone from the delivery company repair the furniture when they had someone from a furniture protection company originally evaluate the furniture and write up a report for them, a report in which I was not allowed to see or have a copy of. By the looks of the "repairs" that were made, the person who "repaired" the furniture has absolutely no experience doing such and most likely does not have the credentials to do so. Coleman has many complaints and bad reviews online similar to my own experience. It seems to me that this company does this often and has been getting away with charging people an unfair amount of money because they can not accomplish customer satisfaction.

[redacted]This customer has disputed his order.  Customer cancelled order after it had been shipped from the manufacturer. The item was shipped from the manufacturer on 5/**/15. Items are loaded for shipping from the manufacturer prior to the actual ship date. Customer advised us on 5/**/15 after it had already shipped from the manufacturer that he wanted to cancel his order.  Due to the fact that the Furiture was never ready for delivery, I should not have to pay for anything.  I have multiple emails from Coleman Furniture stating since July stating each month since purchase date declaring recliner is still not repaired and would they would add a month giving a new delivery date.  The last email gave a delivery date being mid October.  I have attempted to solve this matter for too long.  I have contacted the president of [redacted], Schrony banking services and Coleman Furniture multiple times. This has proven to be a circle of aggravation.  The right thing to do would be no charges especially since it was Coleman Furiture who never had any product ready for delivery.  My first attempt to purchase online, and I have been treated horribly.  Thank you for your concern and continued inquiry.  [redacted]

Interesting how the company continues to proceed with their deceit, and changes the subject to their attempts to send me a part-- ridiculous because there is not part needed-- instead of DIRECTLY responding to our VERY CLEAR charges:1) Coleman has yet to respond to our charge of a FABRICATED BILL of LADEN-- there was NO BILL of LADEN, and they have yet to produce one after our numerous requests-- despite the fact that this is our FIRST and FOREMOST CHARGE-- a fabricated Bill of Laden they say we signed, when in fact NONE EXISTS2) we began trying to return this piece the day we received it, WELL WITHIN the time period for "customer satisfaction guaranteed" returns; yet company delayed returning our calls and emails, and they refused to authorize the return3) company has FAILED to produce the photograph THEIR delivery people took of the piece, documenting the damage we have clearly defined; and continues to offer a "new part" for our furniture piece when this would not resolve the issue--- we want to RETURN the ITEM-- this request of ours has been CONSISTENT since day one-- we do not want furniture from UNETHICAL, deceitful, scandalous companies in our home
 4) This company passes crap off to customers that is NOT AT ALL as DESCRIBED, lies about bill of ladens being signed, refuses to return calls until after the window of guaranteed return, and then tries to pass off this supposed "generosity" of sending us a new part or technician to resolve a damaged piece that we have not wanted since the moment we received it, and have been trying to return since day one. This is unethical and deceitful business practices, yet it appears that this is their standard modus operandi.  This should NOT continue; customers CANNOT CONTINUE TO BE EXPLOITED on a regular basis by this company's unethical practices and scams.

Coleman Furniture has already confirmed that the seating areas are 100% leather. Additionally, an offer was made to order the necessary parts directly from the manufacturer along with sourcing and scheduling a certified furniture technician to install the necessary parts. [redacted]This customer also disputed this order.Customer placed the order online and then called and spoke to one of our sales people regarding his order, and they went over in detail what the customer ordered and the dimensions.  The online description for what the customer ordered does not...

indicate it is a platform bed nor did they advise it was a platform bed.  Customer never advised that there were issues on the foot board nor any flaking issues. The problem seemed to be that they had a dislike to the height of the bed. They advised us of this in writing correspondence when contacting our company,  The last chargeback was submitted on 2/**/16. resolved, HOWEVER:
After my complaint was filed with the Revdex.com and after unrelenting persistence on my part a Coleman representative agreed to the full refund, thus resolving MY issue with this transaction.That said, I strongly recommend the Revdex.com investigate the business practices of this company. Their terms and conditions and "fine print" are very hidden and ambiguous so when a purchase is made, all included clauses trap the consumer into essentially purchasing a damaged item without the chance of a full refund, no matter the damage, no matter the shipping time or shipping delays. I was nearly 3 months with still no item and no estimated shipping date. It is my belief that Coleman purchases damaged items at a significantly reduced price, attempts to "repair" them, hikes up the price, and markets them as new and undamaged to the consumer. This in itself is fraud.The there is a delay in shipping because the items sit in a warehouse while repairs are being made. None of this is made clear to the consumer, and every attempt at trying to locate your item is covered in lies by their representatives.Reputable furniture companies stand behind the products they sale, and if they are damaged, usually the consumer does not pay for that product. I was lied to many times by Coleman furniture representatives. Their deception was debunked only when a representative mistakenly informed me my item was damaged and in a warehouse for repair, otherwise I would not have known I was essentially getting damaged goods with "hidden" repairs. I strongly believe consumers need to be aware of the unethical and misleading methods Coleman uses to trap a consumer into a purchase they will not get for months.THEREFORE I AM URGING THE Revdex.com TO LOOK AT REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE, THERE ARE MANY MANY ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD AND DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
 
 Thank you for your time on this, please let me know if something can be done. My item was 2,000 and I was prepared to file in small claims against Coleman.

The company continues to insist that  plastic laminate is considered "wood products" which it is not.  The description provided by them further reinforces the "Wood" claim by saying it has a planked top. The top of the table, in reality, only has a planked appearance, not an actual planked surface.

[redacted]Coleman Furniture is able to successfully deliver the customers order to them.  Yes, the customer was refunded as they did in fact refuse delivery.  We were able to deliver 2 of the 3 items and and the last remaining piece would be delivered to her at her convenience.We attempted multiple times to advise the customer of the ETA for the last remaining item and she would advised us that she had initiated a dispute with her credit card and did not want the order and would not accept delivery.Even though the order was cancelled and the customer refunded minus the cancellation fees as per our terms and conditions we advised we could void her cancellation and deliver her items and customer refused.Sharon M[redacted]Coleman Furniture
