? This company is refusing to refund a restock fee? They offered me a 10% discount on future orders? Fool me once shame on you? Fool me twice shame on me? After my experience with this company I don't understand how they could think a future order would even be an option? I am very disappointed to say the least? I would have to spend another $with a company I have no faith in in order to break even? I will be disputing this with *** once again? This is not fair? They don't hold inventory they are a drop shipper who doesn't stock any items? Why should I pay a restock fee? Further Howard M*** confirmed no order was ever even placed? Which is probably why they refused to give shipping details? Buyers please stay away? Even if you have to pay more you will thank yourself because you will have nothing but regrets and time wasted dealing with this company? I have spent the last months dealing with this and it has been nothing but frustrating? They do not care about customers? Too big to fail? I beg new buyers to please stay away? This company is terrible and should really be reprimanded for the way they treat people?

I disagree with the respond of colemanfurniture.com because it's not my impression that the item is supposed to be delivered in boxes and assembled in my home.It's their promise to the customers on their website and in their email to me.I did NOT accept it and there was No delivery on November,*.This terrible attitude and dishonesty started at the beginning of September and is not finished yet.I have emailed to them that I want them to postpond the delivery because my complaint was accepted by NY AJ and this case (including manipulations with the check)is under AJ investigation

***Customer was continuously advised of back order and shipping status of items.? Order arrived at delivery company August * and had damages? Customer was advised of what was happening and was advised that as the replacement item was due to the hub shortly that we would not do a
split shipment.? Nobody at Coleman ever advised customer of a delivery date.? Customer was offered a split delivery and declined due to the fact that she did not want items that had been restored.? We advised customer that items were at 100% manufacturer specifications and that we could deliver.? Customer has advised that she no longer wants to speak to us and that she will be disputing her order.? We have offered the customer a discount to keep as is and accept delivery.? acknowledged, one of the offered options was to contact the manufacturer to see if parts were availableThe manufacturer was contacted by Coleman Furniture and the necessary? parts were found to be available and were sent to the customer to address the issue at handColeman Furniture was not able to take back the chair from the customer as it was beyond the five day return policy.?

***Coleman Furniture understands the issues with the customers order.? However, as the customer initiated a charge-back with their financial institution we are unable to proceed with any resolution until that has been resolved.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is unhappy with order he has received.? However, the customer signed our delivery paperwork indicating that the items were received, inspected and found to be in good condition.? Customer called a week later advising that there were
issues with his items.? We advised that since items were received in good condition we were only able to send parts if available to resolve his issue.? We have sent a furniture marker touch up kit to the customer to resolve the issues he advised? I Paid $1,for a sofa set and a coffee table online and they refunded me only even though I don't even have the items except for the coffee table and it has been about a month now.? I asked Coleman furniture rep to take back the coffee table for which I paid $I asked the delivery guys to take back the coffee table during the delivery day and? they didn't take it back.I want full refund $1,I waited weeks for delivery of my items and during the delivery day, they wanted to deliver me a damaged/defective sofaI told the delivery guys I want my full orders and not just the coffee table and love seatThey wanted me to accept a damaged sofa and therefore wanted me to sign waiver even before any delivery was attemptedI saw them talking and they then pretended? as if the sofa can't fit my stairways and they were laughing and taking pictureThey never fully and properly attempt to bring the sofa to my living roomThey briefly brought it to my stairways and took a picture to show it didn't fit the stairways and took it right back to their truck and all in about minsThis was an act to fool me and they knew I was not gonna accept anything that is already damaged or defective.? ? They brought love seat and coffee table in to my room but not the sofa and when I asked them to take these back, they took the love seat but didn't come back to take back the coffee table.? People living above me has those sofas delivered to them easily through the same stairways and I had king size mattress , king size bed and inch entertainment wall centers delivered days earlier by another delivery company before this so I knew for sure delivery of the sofa wouldn't be a problemI now have nothing except for the coffee table which they were supposed to take back on same day and I am scammed $by Coleman furniture for nothingI want full refund $1336.75? so that I can shop for these furnitures at a local store
