***The customer placed their order with us on June **, 2016.? On June **, the customer was advised via a telephone call of a week ETA for their items.? The ETA is always to the local delivery company as we are not able to guarantee a delivery date until the items are at the
local delivery company and inspected.? On July **, the customer contacted us and advised they no longer wanted to receive delivery of their items and wanted to cancel their order.? At that time the items had already arrived at the local delivery and as per our terms and conditions that the customer agreed to when they placed their order cancellation fees would apply.The delivery company would have been more than happy to schedule the customer when they returned from their vacation so as not to interfere with that and fulfill the order? This is not wear and tearThe couch started falling apart months after purchase, it is significantly worseThere is myself, my husband and my just turned yr old who sit on these and not even on a daily basisSpecifically the corner piece that is tipping backwards and the seat that is collapsing to the right are seats not even used normally, someone may have sat in those seats a handful of times in this houseThey offered $to repair the armrest that started sinking after months and there is no one that will come and repair for that amountWhen I submitted the complaint about the couch falling apart in Oct, we had the couch for months at that pointCouches shouldn't be falling apart in months.?

***Coleman furniture sympathizes with the customers frustration.? However, we have we contacted the delivery company that the item was shipped to and delivered to the customer from and they have had no instances of any infestations or occurrences of Bed Bugs prior to or since this customers items were in that location.? We also did a general customer survey of orders that where in the warehouse while the customers order was there and found no other instances of this type of issue.? We also reached out to the manufacturer and they advised that they have had no occurrences either? As such Coleman Furniture will not be able to accept responsibility for what has occurred? My finance company has filed a dispute with Coleman Furniture on my behalf? I just spoke with them today and they told me that Coleman Furniture has until October **, to respond to them about my dispute? However, I would like to request additional time to respond to Coleman's email response to me/Revdex.com, dated October 3, since an answer is due from them to my finance company by October **, 2013.Second: ? I am not owed the amount of $at this point since my purchase was being financed ? and so far I have only made a down payment of $to Coleman Furniture? My monthly payments were stopped once I filed the dispute, so no other payments have yet been made pending the dispute decision? However, if Coleman Furniture has been paid the full amount of my loan by my finance company then the balance of the loan is owed to them.Third: I would most likely be agreeable to donating this merchandise to a charity and obtaining a receipt, however, I live in a remote rural area where it is very unlikely that I would be able to locate a charity that will pick up...and I have no resources that will allow me to deliver to themSince nothing was stated about how the furniture would be delivered or picked up I would need to know that Coleman Furniture would arrange and pay for the pickup and delivery to such a charity.I am agreeable to donating the merchandise to a charity provided Coleman Furniture is agreeable to pay for the pickup and delivery to such charity? It may be possible that a charity would be willing to pick up the merchandise, however, I have not yet been able to locate one that will pick up in my area? In addition, I am in agreement as long as I do not incur any expense and provided I suffer no financial losses to my credit history.If Coleman Furniture does not respond to my finance company by October **, and/or additional time is not allowed for my response, then I would like an email from Coleman Furniture that they are agreeable to my terms for them to pay for pickup, delivery charges to a charity and that I will not incur any further financial expense, nor suffer any repercussions to my credit history? Once I receive notification of acceptance of my terms by Coleman Furniture then I will accept their Business response via your Revdex.com email system (unless of course their agreement with my finance company (by October **) is to just pick up the furniture at their expense, dispose of as they wish and release me from any financial or credit losses

The response still did not address the fact that the dimensions on the website are incorrect.  I understand that the table is correct but because the dimensions listed in the website were incorrect, the table did not fit into my kitchen.  As you can see below, the width shows 30.25" but the width of the table is actually 48".  Nowhere in the dimensions does it state the table is 48 inches.  This is what I'm upset about.  Coleman did not offer an exchange for another table or a store credit or even a discount for this purchase.  ?Please see the website link below to understand my complaint.?Dining Table: 30.25"L x 30.25"W x

 They resent the same damaged furniture with more damage than the first delivery, I would like to go before a judge and let the judge see exactly what they are doing and how they are bringing damaged furniture. I want a full refund, I was willing to accept brand new furniture in the original manufacture carton, to be opened at my home upon delivery, but Coleman furniture will not allow that.
