If he no longer wishes to remain in possession of the property he can pay any past due payments and surrender the property in good working order. We have sent Mr. [redacted] general collection emails regarding his account with Snap Finance. Our collection practices are not unethical or harassing. However, we have noted in his account to cease all future contact. Snap Finance still retains all legal rights available for future activity regarding his account. I am rejecting this response because:I am not giving this company a dime more I already gave 700 more then I'm supposed to im struggling to take care of my daughter by myself I finished pay for my purchase 100s of dollars ago and u have the nerve to tell me about buy put price I am a victim of robbery this company robbed me I am going to sue and go on social media and I'm going to get in touch with the news company in that state I'm so heart broken I never in my life allowed a company to rip me off I am going to make sure that no one else get ripped off from this company again...I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I OVER PAID

I am rejecting this response because:However, It was my weakness that lead me to the late response giving them the benefit of the doubt the representative was still going through some personal issues, per voice mail  rep "TJ" from snap finance on 8/21/2017. It is weeks later of course with me leaving 4 voice mails since then, I just received a call back yesterday with a reply from the representative stating it was a misunderstanding with the process and how it works. Supposedly, I was to send pictures of the tires condition to an email I never received. After that step it may takes weeks for the "higher up" to evaluate the tires and make a decision all the while they are still taking out monthly payments. Overall the situation has not been handled  and from the looks of it, it will not be handle anytime soon while they still try and take payment for an item that is sitting in my garage that I am not using and can not afford due to job lost.

Snap Finance offers consumers rental-purchase agreements which is a form of a lease.  Snap Finance does not charge consumers interest. However, rental charges are calculated into each periodic payment, but these charges are...

waived if the cash price is paid in full within 100 Days. Ms. [redacted]’s agreement is for a total term of 12 months with options to obtain ownership early, a 100 Day Cash Payoff Option and an Early Buyout Discount. All terms and costs associated with the agreement were clearly disclosed on the agreement and in our initial communication with her. Snap Finance operates within the laws set by Georgia. We are happy to work with Ms. [redacted] on a resolution to her concerns. If she would like to take advantage of our Early Purchase option she can do so by calling ###-###-####.

I am rejecting this response because:i never received finance documents in order to let me know that I was on a one year lease. If I would have I would of paid this off and been done with the matter.

In order to complete an application customers must provide consent by physically clicking on the consent button. The disclosure provided is very clear to the customer. An application cannot be processed unless they provide consent. We are sorry to hear Mr. [redacted] is still frustrated.

We are sorry to hear about the experience Ms. [redacted] has had with Snap Finance. We have tried to reach out to her to resolve her concerns and have been unsuccessful. Her payments are scheduled to be paid every other week on Friday. Snap Finance has only ever deviated from this schedule to help her...

bring her account balance current. We had scheduled a payment for her of $150 for November 27, 2017. Unfortunately, this payment was returned. We are happy to work with her to get her on a payment plan that will work for her.
