complaint, we reviewed his account and order history. [redacted] order was from The Poster Corp, one of Walmart.com’s Marketplace Retailers. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Retailer, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific retailer. Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Retailer on Walmart.com, and the customer is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Retailer. Additionally, the product description includes the specific Retailer’s Shipping and Return Policy. We have spoken with [redacted] and he advised us that his entire poster order was for six posters, and all of them were not of good quality. He advised us that there a pixilation issues, the posters were printed on photo paper and that the copyright area has been cut off.  We partnered with The Poster Corp and refunded [redacted] for his entire order. The Poster Corp advised that they are not expecting the items back and that he could either destroy or donate the items.  As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.Again, we thank [redacted] for his feedback and comments. Due to a mix up the store was not able to process his return and he had to return the item by mail. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. On January 11, 2017 we contacted Mr. [redacted], verified that his item has reached our returns center and manually processed his refund. In addition we are partnering with our store team to address his concerns and store experience. After we received Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed her Walmart.com account and order history. On July 7, 2015, Ms. [redacted] placed a Backyard Grill 2-Burner Gas Grill. We had a recent issue with our checkout page where it appeared that an order didn't go through, but in fact did. This caused orders to be duplicated. The order for the Backyard Grill 2-Burner Gas Grill was duplicated and therefore made an additional two more orders. Our records show that the additional orders were picked up under tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and returned back to us. A refund was not processed for the orders because there is an open dispute on the charge. We advised Ms. [redacted] that we can't refund the order because of the open dispute. She can either cancel the dispute, so we can refund her on our end or leave the dispute and wait for the investigation time with her bank. We tried contacting Ms. [redacted] back regarding this and her issue about the maggots she found in one of the grills. We have not heard back from her. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

Unfortunately, when the item arrived it was damaged and had to be replaced. The replacement was also damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused. On August 2, 2017 we spoke to Ms. [redacted] and offered to replace her order however, due to the recent birth of her child, it would have been an inconvenience for her to return the item. On February 28, 2017, we contacted Mr. [redacted] via email and explained that because the item had not arrived, we had issued a full refund for his order. Our records show that Mr. [redacted] has returned the game to his local Walmart store. Our returns center received the returned game on August 7, 2015. As a one-time courtesy, a refund was processed to the gift cards Mr. [redacted] used for the order. Please note, as we previously advised, Mr. [redacted]'s Walmart.com account has been closed and any future orders will be canceled. On November 30, 2015, Ms. [redacted] placed an order for a 26" Schwinn Women's Bike to be picked up at her local Walmart store. When she arrived at the store to pick up her order, she noticed the bike would not meet her needs. The order was canceled at that time. Normally when orders are canceled, a refund is automatically issued back to the original method of payment. Due to a system error, this did not happen. Once we were made aware of this issue, we partnered with our local store to care of the [redacted]. We contacted Ms. [redacted] and advised her to come into the store to pick up her refund as well as a $20.00 gift card for the inconvenience. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

While I do accept this response and the actions eventually taken to resolve this issue. It was very frustrating having to raise this issue to the level of a Revdex.com complaint. [redacted] service was very frustrating to deal with and they consistently ignored most questions within email interactions with them.

The order was not able to be cancelled because the store had initiated fulfillment. Because Ms. [redacted] did not pick up the order within the timeframe of seven days the order was refunded back onto the original method of payment. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused Ms. [redacted].  For the inconvenience, we have issued a $50.00 eGift card. received Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed her Walmart.com account and order history. On November 26, 2015, Ms. [redacted] placed an order for a PIXMA MG2420 Wireless Inkjet Photo Printer. Our records show that this item was processed and shipped by our marketplace retailer, TigerDirect. Our Marketplace Retailers are third parties who sell on the Walmart.com platform. Our Marketplace Retailers have different pricing than Walmart.com as they operate independently. TigerDirect is researching this error and will make corrections accordingly. We have escalated this over to TigerDirect and they have advised they are not able to process an exchange and therefore refunded Ms. [redacted]'s order. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Ms. [redacted]. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

Ms. [redacted] has returned all three orders, but was only refunded for two. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Seller, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific Seller. Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Seller on Walmart.com, and the customer is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Seller. his account and order history. On September 5, 2013, Mr. [redacted] placed an order for a VIZIO 42” TV and a 4 Year Protection Plan. On January 12, 2017, Mr. [redacted] contacted our protection plan provider, Asurion, to request service due to issues with the TV’s volume. Asurion explained the process to ship the TV to the VIZIO depot for repairs. They sent a box kit to Mr. [redacted] on January 17, 2017 to ship the TV to the service depot. We have contacted Asurion on Mr. [redacted]’s behalf, and they have advised that VIZIO does not offer in-home repair service for this model of TV. We have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] via phone and email to discuss his concerns and have received no response. In order to provide the best resolution, we will need to speak with Mr. [redacted]. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.Again, we thank Mr. [redacted] for his feedback and comments. We have provided [redacted] via email information on our price matching policy and explained why prices may be different on Walmart.com vs Walmart stores. In addition, we have also offered to verify in which store she saw the price difference, and to assist her with ordering this product if she was still interested. We have yet to receive this information from [redacted] and we are unable to provide her with the best resolution possible without speaking to her.
