I easily booked a family staycay at a gorgeous resort and got such a good deal I wasn’t sure if this company was legit. Then our travel dates changed and I had to cancel and rebook. I did this without any issues and got a refund right away. Then I rebooked it without any problems. We even got a free upgraded room with a bay view and we’re able to check in hours early! They were great and we’ll definitely use them again in the future for our travel needs!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I found this site thinking oh wow great deals! I booked two back to back reservations - first one was to Lake Havasu - no room leading up to stay - they just drug me along until the last minute - booked a room in Palm Springs - everything is closed due to COVID-19 and they will not budge on moving my dates - I even offered to pay more!!! Never ever again will use this company! I would give a negative 10 if I could!

I purchased a reservation through Snaptravel earlier in the day and received confirmation. When trying to check in to the hotel around 10 pm, the front desk informed me I was not in their system. I called Snaptravel support, waited 15 minutes, put on another 5 minute hold, told I would get a call back from an escalation in 10 minutes. I didn't receive any response back until 5 am the next day saying the reservation was cancelled.

After years of booking hotels online, both my wife and I agree this is the easiest and simplest way to book a hotel. Well done.

First time user of SnapTravel on 07-04-2020. Searched for best price at a *** near Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville and SnapTravel had the best deal by far. I was literally standing at the counter inside the *** and paid for the night and it instantly showed up at the Desk Agents computer. Fast, Simply and the Best Deal I could find. Will definitely use them again.

Seems as if everytime I search hotel Snap comes back with lowest price. Only a few times I found cheaper outside but only a few dollars. I've used approx 7 times thus far.
