I was hesitant, but so glad I booked through Snaptravel. We were on the road & booked a room about 2 hours before we were supposed to arrive at a great price. Everything went smooth & we were very happy.

I was a little skeptical at first. I had looked on all my usual sites for a room on the Vegas strip for the 4th of July. I took a chance and reserved a room for less than half of what my usual sources were charging. After my long drive, the moment of truth had arrived. Time to check in. Zero problems, all smiles. My room was awesome too. Thank you.

I purchased a reservation through Snaptravel earlier in the day and received confirmation. When trying to check in to the hotel around 10 pm, the front desk informed me I was not in their system. I called Snaptravel support, waited 15 minutes, put on another 5 minute hold, told I would get a call back from an escalation in 10 minutes. I didn't receive any response back until 5 am the next day saying the reservation was cancelled.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I found this site thinking oh wow great deals! I booked two back to back reservations - first one was to Lake Havasu - no room leading up to stay - they just drug me along until the last minute - booked a room in Palm Springs - everything is closed due to COVID-19 and they will not budge on moving my dates - I even offered to pay more!!! Never ever again will use this company! I would give a negative 10 if I could!

Was able to find what I needed very easily especially during a difficult time, I lost a close family member and was able to find a room and get at a lower price than other competitors. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation a little easier.

This is a very handy app for getting hotels at bargain prices. It’s really straightforward to use, simple to understand and reliable. I have used it about ten times and had no issues.

First time user of SnapTravel on 07-04-2020. Searched for best price at a *** near Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville and SnapTravel had the best deal by far. I was literally standing at the counter inside the *** and paid for the night and it instantly showed up at the Desk Agents computer. Fast, Simply and the Best Deal I could find. Will definitely use them again.

If I could rate them at a -10 I would. They reserved a room in a different part of the state and did nothing to help me. Stole 70 bucks from me!!
