Always find the best rates. I've never been disappointed. The only problem I have is I don't think paying the extra to negotiate an upgrade is worth it because I've paid for it about 6 times and I've never received an upgrade. Overrall this is the best booking service ever

Makes saving a lot of money on accommodations really easy. I've used it twice. The first time I saved nearly half of the normal cost - on a one-week stay, so hundreds of dollars. That meant a ton more fun for our family vacation! The second time my savings weren't as significant, but still the lowest price I could find.
It's really easy to make reservations through them. I will always check their prices when I travel.

Replacing old leather chair or have it recovered. It looks tacky and makes it look like the hotel doesn't take pride in their guest accommodations. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels rooms were not stocked.

My wife and I booked a hotel to visit Chicago for a few day but 4 Days before our flight from California to Chicago it was announced that anyone traveling to Chicago from certain states must quarantine for 14 days and that the new restrictions would be re enforce by the government with sanctions. My wife and I contacted our airline and rental car company explained them our situation and were able to give is credit to be used in the future, We have been trying to do the same with Snaptravel but they have been avoiding us or misleading us, I even called the hotel manager directly and told me that all I had to do was have Snaptravel calling him to confirm and approve my refund but again Snaptravel never contacted him. Today’s is the day we are supposed to check in our hotel and we don’t want to loose our money

Reserved a room listed as "free cancellation." When I attempted to adjust it by one night, I was told that it was nonrefundable. I intentionally selected a free cancellation option, paying a little more. When I contacted them their only explanation was that "it got changed." Huh? Who changed it? Also, never received an e-mail verification.

It was my first time booking a hotel stay with Snaptravel. It was much cheaper than any other site and so simple and easy to book. Definitely will book with Snaptravel again in the future.

Had the most amazing time at this hotel!! The vibes, the ambience, the people and staff... I mean just the freaking best!!!!! If you’re looking for something trendy and rustic dim light room vibes, this is it!! Only negative part is that my stay was short lived. One night is def not enough!!! Can’t wait to go back????

Quick and easy process with no hidden fees. Definitely cheaper booking prices than what the other known sites offer. And great communication from them as well. I will absolutely use them the next time I take a trip!!!

I had never used SnapTravel prior to last night, nor even heard about it until I did a Google search for a hotel. It literally saved me over $30 off my booking from my standard hotel apps. I believe it’s worth the time to explore your next booking through them.

I booked a hotel on July 3-5 in Durham, NC. I made it to the hotel at 7pm. The hotel told me that they haven't received my reservation yet. I contacted snaptravel, and one of their staff told me that someone would call me to help me check in. So I waited an hour and no one called. So I had to use another company to get the room with. I didn't get into a room until 2230 that night. A Snaptravel staff member called me at 0109(am) the next morning to try and help me. I told them that I had to use another company to get the room and they said that I would get my refund. I have sent them the paperwork twice and I haven't heard anything back from them.

My wife and I were flying SW from SJC to TPA, making a connection at STL. Somehow the plane was told circle around and not to land. They decided to fly to Kansas City to refuel. It caused many of us to miss the connection and had to stay at STL overnight. SW refused to pay for the hotel of course. I searched nearby hotels and found Hilton St. Louis Airport. Many resellers offer it. Priceline, Hotels, Expedia,, you name it, but all at $80-130 per night. Many of them require 1 day notice. Only Snaptravel offered $61/night. I was skeptical about it but did the booking anyway. It worked! A bad day ended with a happy sleep in a decent hotel.
