Sono Bello Reviews (%countItem)

I am so about ethical business practices. Went to Sono Bello Friday, paid $1000 down for very certain procedures I wanted done. Meet with the Dr. on Saturday who says the area's I want worked on would not work with their procedure. She wanted to do something else, but she would have my Patient Care Consultant call me on Monday. No call. I called her roughly noon and she did call me back. More confusion, she doesn't understand what the Dr. wants done. She'll call me back. Left a message for her on Monday afternoon. No call Monday or Tuesday. Called again Tuesday afternoon and she happened to answer the phone. I do not want the Dr.s recommendation, I'm spending $10,000.00 - I left them a $1,000 deposit. I still do not know what procedures they are going to do what part of my body and I do not want the "back" procedure they want to do. I don't know if this is going to cost more money, less money - so I do not want any procedure. Can you imagine the confusion when I get to the procedure room - are we lipo'ing her big toe or left ankle? This is my body we're talking about - but the real kicker - they will not refund my $1,000 deposit. Shame on Sona Bello. You could not help me so you should refund my money.

Sono Bello Response • Jun 20, 2018

Thanks for sharing your concern. We have reached out to the customer and found a resolution to their concerns.

On 3/24/2018 I was scheduled to have several procedures performed. Once on the operating table and before the procedure was started by Dr. J. P, my blood pressure began to elevate. It elevated to approx. 194/90+.Dr. P said "cancel the procedure". I was advised to go back to my primary care doctor (pcp) and get another clearance for them to try the procedure a second time. My pcp doctor completed the Sonobello medical clearance form and stated "no, do not recommend the procedure". I have several documentations from the consultation office stating that I would receive a full refund of my money because I was not medically cleared for the procedure. I left $1000.00 in cash January 24, 2018 to show good faith. Sono Bello withdrew over $8000.00 from two credit cards in March. I was originally told that my refund would be processed within a week. To date, it has been longer than 20 "business days" and I am unable to get anyone to explain the delay in the refund. I have called every Sonobello office I can and I have gone on their chat line and sought assistance in this refund. I am unable to get anyone to return my call even though everyone I speak with says, "someone will call you back".

The Sonobello doctor cancelled the surgery and my primary care physician concurred that I should not have the surgery.

I am paying interest on these monies that Sono Bello has from my credit cards. I am losing interest on the $1000 cash that is sitting with them since the end of January 2018.

Please help me get my refund.

Sono Bello Response • Jun 06, 2018

Thank you for sharing your concerns and we apologize for the lapse of communication. Our records indicate that your refund has been approved and accounting should have it processed shortly. Upon completion you will receive a refund receipt in your email verifying this has been complete. Please keep in mind that check refunds may take 10-14 business days to be received in the mail.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: More time than is necessary to process the refund is not making things easier for me. I need the money expedited to me (not an additional 14 days for them to process a check and then mail it out). This is not acceptable to me. I have $1000 cash that has been sitting with the company since January 2018. All of my money can be returned/re credited to the two separate charge cards that they withdrew the money from. The $1000 cash that I remitted can be sent to me via check but I would like the money quicker than an additional 20 or more days. This is not a good business practice. Thank you

Sincerely

The salesperson told me it was possible to remove 10 pounds of fat from my body with the procedures we discussed. She encouraged numerous areas to achieve a great result.
The cost....10k.
I saved my money, worked out, dieted and prepared for a fantastic results.
I ended up with 1.5 pounds of fat removed for my 10k.
I’m no better off, in fact I’m lumpy looking on my arms, inner thighs and under breast area from the uneven fat removal. I complained immediately about the results (or, lack there of).
Bottom line:
They chiseled no fat off my body but did a fantastic job chiseling my hard earned money.

I had my procedure at Sono Bello on November 15, 2017, performed by Dr. Talmage R. I elected to have liposuction on my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, waist and BBR. I was charged $1,447.31 per area, $105 for Platinum Recovery Kit and $1,295 for the Surgical Fee, which totals $7,189.24, but I guess it was rounded in your favor to $7,200.00. I paid $1,000 on my credit card, and $6,200 on my Care Credit account.

During my consultation with Kathy N on October 24, 2017, she conducted my analysis and based on my height, weight and measurements, and determined that the surgeon will most likely have to perform 2 procedures in order to maximize my results. When I signed my agreement, I wrote in the agreement that there would be a 2nd date so that there would be no denying that she indicated that I would have 2 procedures.

When I went in for the consultation, there was another senior surgeon present who consulted with Dr. R and I distinctly remember him advising Dr. R to make an incision near my scapula on each side. The senior surgeon told me that they should be able to remove all of the desired fat in one procedure. I reluctantly agreed to move forward.

On the day of my procedure, I was coming from the washroom with the nurse and at that time, she asked Dr. R what medication he wanted administered. He looked a little surprised and told her that whatever they usually give patients. That stuck in my mind because it was a little alarming that the surgeon did not know what medications I should take in order to undergo the procedure. My hair comes to the middle of my back, so I had to ask for a cover for my hair. Once we went into the procedure room, she told me that it was too late and that I had to move my hair out of the way during the procedure.

Once Dr. R started the procedure, I experienced on a little discomfort. During the procedure, I watched and was a little concerned because I thought I would see more yellow fat instead of red fluid. Throughout the procedure, the doctor made some requests to the nurse, who had to continue to ask him to repeat himself. Near the end, the nurse finally told him that she was a little hard of hearing. She then started disconnecting devices and he told her to stop because he wasn’t finished with them. It was a little stressful that he had to continuously ask her to perform certain tasks.

Once finished, she put on a garment that was baggy and too big and got me ready to leave.

Upon my one-week post-op appointment, I had not lost any weight and noticed absolutely no difference. I voiced my concern and a manager, Angela, came into the room and told me that it was normal to have weight gain because of all of the fluids that were injected. I was concerned that there was a large collection of fluid in my lower abdomen and asked if I should get post-op massages. She told me that my body would absorb the fluid and the massages would cause more bruising and is not recommended. I followed all of the orders and suggestions to the letter. I then ordered a garment, and when I received it, it was different from what I ordered, but I could live with it. Within the first week, my nail punctured a hole in the garment.

At my 3-month post-op visit, there was absolutely no change from prior to the surgery. I looked exactly the same. When I met with the nurse, she became impatient with me because I voiced my dissatisfaction with my results and wanted to speak to management. The nurse became very rude and dismissive, which annoyed me even further. I then met with someone that presented herself to be a patient advocate. She told me that I had to wait for my 6 month appointment, but looked at my before and after photos and agreed that there was little if any improvement.

All along the way, I had been suffering from depression because I had decided to come to Sono Bello instead of going to Miami for my procedure. All of my friends that had gone to Miami had amazing results and I was left to have to look at a body that looked exactly the same day after day. I am having to pay back over $7,200 in addition to the interest payments.

I called and left a message for Angela on o4/14 and requested that she call me back. I received a message from her on 04/18. When we finally connected on 04/23, and we discussed my options, she offered to move me to a different surgeon because a refund was not an option. After discussing further, I stated that I would like to have my complaint escalated to a manager. She told me that her Regional Manager would call me by the end of the week.

I never received that call, or any other call from Sono Bello.

I am livid and beyond words. I have been taken advantage of and at a minimum, most of the charges should be reversed. My back was not touched. I have hired a personal tr***r in hopes that I could work a little harder to see some results. I cry in private almost daily, having to hide my depression from my 14-year-old daughter.

I will send my pictures and story to any and everyone in hopes that Sono Bello is not able to take advantage of anyone else. This is disgraceful, unacceptable and if they had any morals, they would stand by their work, you will look at the photos and agree that I deserve a refund so that I can move on to other options. I do not want to go through this procedure again to realize the same unsuccessful results. I am having panic attacks just thinking about it. My heart is heavy because of Sono Bello and Dr. R.

On May 19, 2018, I had my 6 month post-op appointment. I lost 4 lbs by continuing to exercise and eliminate meat and sugar. Angela assured me that you would escalate my complaint and relay that the only resolution that I would accept is a refund. If the first surgery was performed with absolutely NO results and change in my body, I DO NOT want to ever be touched by anyone associated with Sono Bello.

I have given my recovery the entire 6 months to get a resolution and nothing has happened. I have already contacted the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. This weekend I will be filing complaints with the IDFPR, Illinois Attorney General, Revdex.com and all associated Boards of Review and advocacy groups.

They don’t have the common courtesy to respond to my repeated phone calls and email messages. I am being ignored, and that is no way to treat a human being, much less a patient. Sono Bello needs to take responsibility for this.

Sono Bello Response • Jun 11, 2018

Thank you for sharing your concerns. As you know by the contracts you signed prior to undergoing a procedure we do not offer post procedure refunds under any circumstance. We do stand by your results and want to meet with you to develop a treatment plan to take the results you have and improve them per the terms of your assurance policy. Please contact our offices to schedule an appointment asap. Thank you.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: If I received absolutely no results with the first procedure, why would I want to do the same thing and expect a different result? There were absolutely NO results realized with the procedure. You should not be allowed to take money from patients and not provide any semblance of a result. It appears that I will have to physically, mentally and emotionally endure this all over again. It’s not right.

Sincerely

I wish I could give a negative rating but one is as low as this will allow me to go. I had the worst experience with Sonobello Atlanta and have thought long and hard about whether to even review their service b/c I really just want to be over them. In November 2017, I was scheduled for three rounds of lipo (was doing head to toe). Sahar (I believe is her name) was very attentive and helpful when she wanted my money but became a ghost after the botched job. Some of the experiences I had are listed below and explain why I would NEVER recommend Sonobello to anyone:
1) I specifically asked what I could expect (in terms of pain or issues) after the procedure. I was told (by Sahar) that I would be a little sore but could resume normal activities within a day or two.
2) On the morning of the procedure (which they repeatedly told me to arrive by 5:30 am and they didn't open for another hour - which left me sitting on the floor outside their office ... waiting)
3) After giving me the medication to put me to sleep, the nurse gave me a bunch of papers to sign to indicate that they decided to change the order of the procedures and that instead of doing the body parts to which we previously agreed, they thought it best to do other parts. I can't tell you what the change was b/c I never received copies (even though I asked in a follow-up visit) of the documents I signed. But who gives a patient paperwork to sign after medicating them anyway?
4) Within a day or so of the procedure, I felt like my muscles were knotting up all around my midsection (painful). In tears, I repeatedly contacted Sonobello (Sahar ... again) ... she had the doctor call me (it was the day after Thanksgiving day but he called and offered to write a prescription for muscle relaxers. I had some and took them - no help). For days, I continued to call, in tears, about the pain.
5) During my first follow-up appointment, I explained what was going on with me. The nurse (best employee of Sonobello - sorry, can't remember her name) told me that it was completely normal. Why am I hearing this for the first time, I questioned. I told her about my conversations with Sahar and she went and got her. Sahar's initial response was, "I didn't say anything b/c it doesn't happen to everyone." ***?! Then, she later said that I could have done my own research. No words.
6) I spoke to their practice administrator b/c when I continued to call, Sahar would put me on hold, then hang up, then refuse my calls. I explained this to the administrator who was very apologetic but said, "Sahar isn't a medical professional. You should have asked your doctor about that." ***?! Sahar never suggested that she wasn't qualified to answer questions. Just the opposite - she answered without so much as a blink. And, when I was with the doctor she had come into the room and contradicted something he said, and he changed and went along with her - so why would I not listen to Sahar. Who knew how INCOMPETENT she was better than them?
7) The back and forth with Sonobello representatives lasted from days after the procedure (in November) where I clearly said I would NOT be doing the remaining procedures and I wanted my money back (to which Sahar said, "No problem") but it took from November to late January or early February to get my refund and then I had to go through their administrator for that and I only got back the portion of the procedures which weren't done. And, since they changed what was done (after I was medicated) the "new" procedure clearly cost more than what I agreed to before the procedure.
8) There is very little change to my stomach even though I still wear these darn wraps. AND ... clearly, he did not remove all of the fat b/c there is one pocket above my naval that is clearly a fat pocket. So much for charging me for upper and lower abs.
I could go on and on about the poor service that I received. I will simply say - don't waste your money. Sonobello staff repeatedly told me that I was an exception - I am not buying it. There service is horrible and the work they did - horrible. What a waste of money. I would have had more success (peace of mind) literally flushing the thousands of dollars down the toilet. Ugh.
Proceed with them at your own risk.

2 years ago I paid Sono Bello over $5,000. For Lipo treatment and Venus treatments of 3 areas. Knee, outer thigh and inner thigh. I was told the procedure would take a year to notice results. I’m 5’7” and weighed 140lb the day of surgery. I did all Venus treatments regularly and wore the garment every day for 4 months. I never lost one pound. I had 3 larger holes on each leg that I was told would go away in year. The holes are so deformed that I have not worn shorts since the day I left nor a swimsuit. My body is ten times worse condition now than it was before surgery. I’ve grown very depressed and saved a long time for a procedure I thought would help build my confidence not make me worse. I left messages with the nurses but never got call from dr nor did the company offer to fix my deformed legs.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We do not have records for a patient by your name in any of our NW locations. Please refile with your local Revdex.com in Florida so the business who served you can address your concerns

I would NEVER recommend anyone go to this company. I had lips on my entire midsection and, after 6 month post-op, I still have not lost any inches due to the surgery. I've complained with no resolution. I will be filing complaints with national and state boards.

The staff was supper sweet! My doctor was super sweet! Results, super disappointing! I live in Atlanta, I wish I had done more research! For the money I spent there, I could have fould a place that would have done a better job! My advice, research your doctors work!!!!

After a consistent soft pressure and emotional to body image I purchase services. I called to cancel the service, and I was informed that there is $959 non refundable deposit which was covered by fingers when signature was obtained. In addition another soft pressure to reschedule and that all will be okay and I would have the option of cancelling if I still was inclined.
I called again to cancel, and found out the person who sold me the services is no longer an employee. Then was once again received soft contingent pressure to retain the services and have other financial payment options which I declined and requested full refund over and over again. I was told there is a request form to sign, which I never received. Once again I called, and again was hard push to retain the services, and I once again requested full refund. This time the person finally agrees to send me the refund request. A week later and no form, another call, and finally the form is send via email. The form is completely filled out with my Personal Information, Credit Card information, and Health information send via UNSECURED EMAIL.
I personally took the form to the office, and informed SARA W, the sender of the email that was a violation and the email was send UNSECURELY. I received a call on May 17,2018 that only 50% will be refunded. I informed SARA W that was unacceptable and full refund is due as the company NOT ONLY PRESSURE SALE THE SERVICES, THEY HAVE VIOLATED SEVERAL PRIVACY LAWS BY EXPOSING MY PEERSONAL DATA TO PIBLIC EMAIL SERVICES SUBJECT TO DATA BREACH. THE CONSEQUENCES ARE AS OF YET UNKNOWN.
THEREBY, I REQUEST A FULL REFUND PLUS INTEREST PAID TO CREDIT CARD DUE TO DELAYS OF REFUND AND MISLEADING THE REFUND PROCESS.

Customer Response • May 23, 2018

Hello,

Sono Bello has refunded 50% and their system shows that they did a credit transaction on May 18, 2018 for another $3750. Therefore creating an illusion that the refund was completed when I contact the Scottsdale office.

However, nothing has shown on my credit card since May 17, 2018. I have touched base with my credit company and they show no other transaction from Sono Bello except the May 17, 2018.

Therefore, the complaint shall remain.

Thank you

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Sincerely

Had liposuction procedure done was told procedure would give me a flat abdomen lost only a little amount of waist line. Was lied to and then hit up for 3000.00 dollars more to remove more fat from abdomen when all fat should have been removed as promised the first time. I also found out I wasn't the first customer sonobello has run this scam onProduct_Or_Service: Lipo for flat waist line

We are sorry to hear that this patient is not happy with her results. She purchased and received surgery with a board certified plastic surgeon and during her consultation with the surgeon, reviewed risks, benefits, and expectations. Although we are sorry that we did not meet her expectations, our photographic records indicate that she had a significant result. We are happy to discuss other options for body contouring for this patient but the service she purchased was delivered appropriately as purchased.

Buyer beware --- I spoke to the client coordinator regarding my financial situation. I indicated to her that for some reason there was a extreme delay in my income tax return due to me having Obama Care Insurance. That is another issue, but she seemed to understand. I told her that I am very hesitant to give someone my credit card information ahead of time before I actually have funds in my account, but she assured me that someone would contact me before charging my card. Of course, that never happened. No one contacted me and my card was charged $500 dollars. Long story short- Sono Bello said that they would email me out the form so that I could get my funds back that was 4 weeks ago. My credit card was through *** Credit union they refunded my funds to me then out of the blue with no warning reversed out the refund saying that I needed to settle this with Sono Bello. I'm curious if this is a reputable company? If, you charge everyone who come into your office whether they get the procedure done or not and never refund their money...this company is making a fortune. Is it a reputable company or a scam? Right now I feel as though it is a scam and I've been took for $500 dollars for just walking through the door.

I went into contract with Sono Bello two years ago for a face lift procedure. At the time of the contract it was agreed that I had to have my A1C below 8.0. That took some time but I thankfully was able to get my number below that threshold. The next step was to meet the new "Doctor" The day of the appointment I was very nervous and over medicated so my numbers were very low. This has never happened before. The "Doctor" came up with a number of steps he wanted me to follow before he said he would do the face lift and reschedule the procedure. Remember now I have been waiting for two years for this procedure. They set up and cancelled the appointment three different times. So finally the day of the appointment the "Doctor" said he was not going to go through with the procedure. "Saying that he did not fell I would be a good candidate. I did everything this man wanted and them some. My two doctors wrote letters on my behalf., my numbers were great according to my doctors. As far as I am concern this was a bunch of BS

We’re sorry to hear ***s experience was not optimal. It is our understanding the patient was informed on 04/13/18 and 04/17/18 that we would be issuing a full refund in the form of a check. The refund was initiated on 04/13/18 and is set to be mailed on 04/20/18 to the patients home address.

Customer Response • Apr 20, 2018

That is outrageous for a number of reason. I do not know why they could not have sent me a refund when that so called Doctor lied to me and said he was not going to due the procedure I spoke to my primary doctor and she still does not know why he pulled this crap. Sono Bello should have expedited the refund. This delay was crap. I want my complaint to be on the record as to how they operate I still would like a phone call from a senior manager from Corporate. I have a number of issue I would like to share with them.

We are sorry for your frustration. All money paid to Sono Bello has been refunded. We value the opinions of our surgeons and their experience. We can appreciate that another doctor may have cleared you for a procedure however only the operative surgeon can make the call as to whether or not they feel it is safe to proceed with surgery.

Customer Response • May 15, 2018

Sona Bello still owes me monies above and beyond my refund. I occurred additional costs that I believe they owe me in the sum of 1000.00. If they do not cut me a check for said amount I want my complaint to stand.

Unethical. Beware. I was so excited to schedule my consultation but was very disappointed in the outcome. I visited the Sonobello (bellaire, tx location) last month. I thought I would consult with a doctor, but I was checked out by a sales lady Jessica D. She spoke to me like she had medical experience and even asked me to undress so she could view the areas. She lied and told me my BMI was one specific number and it was incorrect. I paid for half the procedure cost upfront, and was told I could pay the other half 2 weeks prior to the procedure. After leaving the office and speaking with my husband I decided to meet with my PCP to ensure this was safe and that I would be ok doing it with only local anesthesia. I I met with my primary care physican and she advised me not to have the procedure because I would be a high risk candidate with my bmi being so high (which was a total different number than what Jessica gave me). I called to cancel the service and was told I needed to come in to cancel, which would mean me leaving work to simply cancel an appointment. Jessica attitude completely changed, she was rude and showed no compassion. I was also told I would not be refunded all of my money. I find this unethical and dishonest to say the least. I found out after the fact that Jessica is a salesperson. She is not a doctor and not licensed to give consultantions or ok a person for treatment. I will report them to the Revdex.com and I've already filed a police report as well. I will also report this to the medical board if this issue is not resolved. My advice is to not go unless you meet with the actual doctor. Do not pay them until you are 100% sure. They made an unauthorized copy of my credit card and I didn't know until they charged my card a second time without my consent. I would also advise you send a little more money and go to a board certified surgeon who provides service in the hospital and not in a clinic setting.

We have issued a full refund to this gentlemen. We take our patients health and safety seriously. While another doctor may claim that it is safe for a procedure we ultimately rely on our experienced physicians to make the best possible decision of when it is safe to proceed.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a full refund. No empathy and of course no mention of wrongdoing. Jessica D is not a doctor, nor licensed professional healthcare provider. She misled me with the information she gave me to make a sale. My primary care physician is licensed and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. I’m requesting a full refund and once it’s received I’ll close this complaint with the Revdex.com.

SONO BELLO. .I am very displeased and angry with Sono Bello The surgeon they chose to perform Laser Liposuction on my abdomen, waist line lower abdomen and back bulge was rude, unprofessional, controlling, verbally abusive and the list goes on and on. I was told by the Practice Manager they also have "a crazy doctor" working at the Brookfield, Wisconsin location. Sono Bello is quick to take your money and nonresponsive to making things right for what I endured at the hands of an abusive surgeon.

I'm 2 weeks post op and the negative reviews are nothing I've experienced at Sono Bello. Every person I have come into contact with at this facility has been knowledgeable and professional on every level. The doctor couldn't have been more informative and answered every question I had. The nurses are well training and amazing at what they do or put up with when it comes to their patients. I'm still healing but I can see how beautiful my upper/lower abs and back will be once the swelling goes down. They are thorough and have gone above all expectations. Especially after reading negative reviews. Some of the negative reviews aren't even about the surgery and outcomes, they're whining about not getting enough attention when they first walked in for a consultation. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello to anyone looking to contour their body.

On November 15th, 2017 I went in to Sono Bello for an upper and lower eyelid lift. It is now January and I have a huge lump in the corner of my right eye and a scar that has such uneven skin that it literally has a shelf of skin sticking out. Make up makes it look worse. The scar on the other eye is at least flat but it looks like they drew it with an etch-a-sketch. I have called to Sono Bello office, they just smile and tell me to wait 6 months, as if time will suddenly make the skin go flat again and the scar go away (not likely) I tried to contact the main office in Seattle, they won't even call me back. There is no interest in my problem at all, now that they have my nearly 5K. During the surgery the doctor was flippant and acted like they were doing me a favor, I was leaving the surgical suite and she was sitting in the hall texting. I guess I just inconvenienced her day. When I left I had blood running down my face, they did not even try to clean me up. It was like I went to a foreign country or something. My first visit was high pressure sales. I can only compare it to a time share presentation. AVOID these quacks and hacks! They deserve NO stars!!

I had my stomach done in April of 2015 and going to Sono Bello is probably one of the worse decisions I've ever made. My stomach has fat pockets forming in areas and it is uneven/lumpy in appearance. I work out 3-4 times a week and still cannot get rid of the fat pockets thats developed only after I've had my sono bello procedure done. It's not worth the money or time, I paid over $5,225 only to be unhappy with my results. Buyer Beware!

I explained to Veronica what I wanted (work on bat wings under arms) and she told me what procedure to buy. I had to pay everything upfront $2500 and the contract I had to sign said no refunds. What is one going to do? I had to sign it of my wish for slender arms would not be realized.. After having half of my procedure done I noted that nothing had changed. All my fat was still there. So I spoke with the manager who told me that I would never get rid of even half of the fat under my arms. I was shocked. Then why did Veronica not tell me this. The manager said Veronica would call me that day to discuss everything. I didn't hear from her. I waited to hear from someone for 3 days but ended up having to call Sono Bello. It appears Sono Bello didn't care about unhappy customers. Why should they? They already had my money and a contract I signed that said "NO REFUNDS". When I finally got to speak with Veronica she all but called me a liar and said she didn't know I wanted the fat reduced on my arms!!!! Again, I was shocked. She told me to finish the program and then go to a gym and lift weights, She never told me at the beginning of all this that my procedure entailed paying more money at a gym because Sono Bello's procedure wouldn't work. BEWARE FOLKS!! Some of their procedures work. BUT SOME DON'T. And beware of Veronica. She talks fast and furious. Double check you have got the procedure you need for your purposes. Because she pulled the wool over my eyes

Dawn S was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and I never felt pressured to get the procedure. Dawn was able to get my surgery scheduled very quickly due to a tight timeline I was working with. I truly felt that she was there to make me comfortable with whatever decision I made.

I had this procedure done at the Edina Sono Bello office. I spent quite a bit of money for no results! It's interesting that I was told they can only remove 10 pounds at a time, but the ads show dramatic results. False advertising? I was going to opt out once I had booked my appointment, but didn't. I sincerely regret that now.
