I had 2 cosmetic procedures done thru Sonobello one in July of 2017 & and another one June 1,2018 and I had the same procedure done 2x and they made me pay for the same procedure 2x. I had originally ask to for a total lipo on my belly and it was not done right I stil had some Fat there I schedule and appointment to speak with office manager C and I told her that the procedure was not done right I did let her know back on May of 2018 and her response was "are you trying to get a free procedure" I said no I paid for everything she suggested to get a 2nd procedure and the results were going to be a lot better I got the same procedure again but I added all my back fat to be removed and I paid for both procedures close to 12K. The procedure on June 2018 I felt it all I was not even under anesthesia I was so much under pain and I did advised the nurse that it was painful they did not care. I did let them know that I was not satisfied with the results and they seem like they did not care. I had let office manager Candice know of matter and she doesn't care. I have to go back to another doctor to do the actual job that it was done form the 2 procedures and I had to pay them 7,800. I want my total refund back very dissatisfied with their procedures. All that is advertised is so not true and plus they don't the job right and they make on purpose to not do the procedure right so the pt keep coming back to have it done but to pay again for the same thing. All I want is my entire refund back don't want nothing else but refund.

All of the Sono Bella staff, except for the doctors, are very polite and welcoming. The doctors are rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. I had surgery done on my lower abs, upper abs, and waist. After the horrible pain and sleeping all day for a few days, when I could finally get up and do something it was still a very slow recovery even though I used everything that Sono Bello gave me which included a scar cream, bruising pills, pain pills, a bruising and pain rub lotion, and two compression garments. I wore the compression garments and used everything that I could for the full six weeks that I was told to. Still after six weeks there were no visible changes in the areas of my surgery. My stomach area was very squishy and flabby like Jell-O which I figured was the liquid that was injected into me before the surgery that I could not get rid of even though they told me to drink water and a lot of it, which I did. They proceeded to have me see their head doctor which flew in from Arizona, who was about as rude as they come. He wasn’t going to do the revision because he said I had gained 5 pounds, which I told him in women we can fluctuate 5 pounds in a day depending on what we drink and what we eat and he did not believe me. Anyway after talking to the office manager, she had talked the doctor into doing my revision which he still did not want to do all of this he was only going to do my abs and not my waist. Finally he told me he would do the full revision and blamed it on the previous doctor not taking enough fat cells out. So I went and had my revision done causing more scars on me and this doctor did not go inside my belly button he went above my belly button which then took three months to heal, caused a scar over where my belly button ring goes so I couldn’t put my belly button ring back in and now the hole is completely closed and I cannot wear my belly button ring. So again I had to go through the pain, the sleeping, and the not being able to really do anything, six weeks worth of the stupid compression again which I did and drinking plenty of water which I did. Only to realize that very little change had happened again. So threatening to take them to channel 2 news about it, the manager of the office decided to give me eight sessions of what they called Venus. So I go and do once a week a session of Venus for eight weeks which takes me one hour to get there, and absolutely no results. I just went for my final check up and still had gained the weight, my belly is still jiggly in the area that I said is liquid, and was told that it was fat and maybe a medicine that I am on is causing me to gain weight. I was told that all areas that have the Lipo will never ever grow fat cells again so why do I still have fat cells in those areas? I truly think Sono Bello in Creve Coeur is false advertisement and fake products. It cost me almost $6000 to have those three areas done and I am still disappointed In the way my midsection looks, I have multiple scars, and do not look very much different than one year ago when all of this started. I do not recommend this facility for anyone looking into liposuction. I would recommend looking into a plastic surgeon locally that does not have offices all over the United States. My husband keeps telling me to get a lawyer and sue them to at least get my money back for not providing me with a service that they said they would. They hype it all up making you think you’re going to come out of there in one day with this beautiful flat stomach and hourglass figure but when in all reality you come out a tiny bit thinner, disappointed, and thousands of dollars poorer. No one there can say that I am lying either because they take lots of pictures of your body before, during treatment, and for six months after. So if anything after reading my review I hope that I save thousands of men and women who are looking into using Sono Bello for their liposuction. Please go somewhere else and spend your money wisely. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Victoria was my contact person and she said that she could hold their special price as long as I put a credit card down. It was not to be charged for the surgery. My older sister was going to loan me the money and I would pay her back so no interest. Victoria made me an appointment to come in to talk about the things I needed to have done and what kind of deal she could give me. She is really amazing at her job because she could sell ANYTHING! She was very intense and intimidating; she can make you feel like you need something you didn’t want and make it seem like it was your idea to begin with. I had talked to a few people before I had my appointment with Victoria and they warned me not to go to Sono Bello and this included a surgeons. I didn’t care because Victoria had convinced me that it was my decision to have surgery. My sister was suppose to be available to call us during my appointment because she travels for work and was in Texas at the time. I was so worried that I hadn’t heard from her and my appointment was coming to the end. I expressed this to Victoria and she told me to relax and that it would all get worked out before surgery.? She said since the doctor was there to meet me and check out the areas that needed to be done (it took less than 5 minutes) there was an opening spot on the schedule for the next afternoon. The next morning I couldn’t get in touch with Victoria to see if my sister had come through. Finally I got a text back from Victoria and she said she hadn’t heard from my sister but we were doing the surgery in two parts anyway. WHAT?! This is completely new information to me, I never agreed to. I then realized they had charged $7500 to my credit card that I can’t afford. I told her “no way” I cant afford this! Since then she has been telling me that someone name Tara from corporate would be in touch no later than May 6th and my money would be back in my account by then! Neither have happened & my sister still wants to pay for my surgery.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been more than patient and I can’t even get anyone to act like an adult and talk to me on the phone to just tell me when I could expect to receive my refund. I haven’t received a refund and I haven’t received any copies of receipts of evidence of a refund. This is just yet another excuse to prolong this situation. Each person I have spoke to has told me that Tara from corporate but nobody can tell me what office she works out of and nobody knows her phone number!

I went to SonoBello for a free consult. Bailey J, Senior Patient Care Consultant computed a price and a surgery date. I was initially over the phone told I can choose a female or male Dr. I was not given the choice. I was told to initial the areas and I would see the Dr. 2 days later. I met with the DR., but had to pay the whole thing up front. {I was confused to why before meeting the Dr, but obliged as I have NEVER done this before}. After meeting the Dr and the surgical tech I was NOT comfortable having this procedure. I felt VERY uncomfortable undressing in front of them to take pictures and got the creeps. The DR spoke so fast I had a hard time keeping up. I came straight home to cancel the procedure. They gave me the run around and had me speak to Bailey who kept trying to convince me all was ok. I then called back a few hours later and was handed off to the Office Manager. She would not take NO for an answer either and told me to just show up they had already gotten everything in order for tomorrows surgery. They do not listen to the needs of their patients, very unprofessional. The very next day at 8:01 am I called and told them I would not be in at 8:30 for my surgery. That man asked why, I told him and finally someone took the word NO seriously. The office manager called me later on and said that technically they do not have to refund me my money due to it being with-in a 5 day cancellation. I explained I wasn't even their for 5 days form start to end. So this is moot! She then said she would refund me my money except for $995. They can schedule you all within 5 days but not give you back your money when cancelling? This business is terrible and I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go here. Read all the other complaints. Had I read those first, I would NOT have come myself. This place is a sham. Consumers beware!!! I will also be filing with the Texas Medical Board, maybe other should too!

I cancelled my apt for surgery 4 days not 5 days in advance. I have waited all this time for a refund and last week they said I was not getting anything back.

Hi my *** is not that good so sorry for that .. on April 27 2018 I had lipolacer done well I paid to get lipolacer on my lower abdomen upper abdomen hips wais ... so the best day I noticed that I only had one part of my body done I did call and told the nurse I went to my visit in a week I told the nurse she told me to give it time and she see me in a month I did call again to make sure they document this so the person on the phone told me everything I said was document and the so I went back in a month I told told the nurse again she told me she was a we’re and I told her can’t you write it down she told me he was and I ask I am going to have this fix she told me yes to give it time and I ask her do I have to país again cause I did spen a lot of money for this and look at the way I look she told me no will fix the problem and you won’t have to pay nothing just give it time I waited for 6 month I went to another location cause the location that I had my lipolacer done was being renovated so there the nurse check me and again I told her about my issues my the lipolacer and she check me and told me I’m sorry but don’t worries it will be fix the location is under construction but as soon as we open again I will contact you I be call seen and finally they open on May 24 I always call like ever mouth until this day they keep telling me well someone will get to you I keep tell them it be like a year and nothing my body is so disforme dont like looking to it I’m so depressed and so I’m still waithing for someone to talk to me and nothing like I said every time I call they keep telling me everything is here I have it written here but I’m still waithing for a phone call and is now a year the I had it done please help me Thank you

I went to sono Bello thinking I was going to lose a little bit of weight or maybe even inches they showed me the fat they took out of me two great big speakers of fat and I didn’t lose not one single ounce of fat or inches at all I paid thousands of dollars and gotten no results whatsoever.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Prior to your procedure your signed a consent agreement, instruction sheets, and a BMI disclaimer all that state in bold this is not a weight loss procedure. Fat weighs much less than muscle or bone accordingly your shape will be improved without weight loss. In October 2018, I underwent liposuction at Sono Bello. After having two children, I was eager to get my stomach back to pre-baby status. Liposuction: upper and lower abdomen, waist and hips.The problems began first with scheduling.I was given two different start times and they were fairly early in the morning so at the last minute, I had to schedule a ride to and from the facility and this really caused issues in my own personal schedule. When I get to the facility, 2 different nurses could not start my IV and caused my upper vein to completely blow which caused pain and a terrible bruise that lastedfor weeks.Next issues with compression garment arose. I was told my the nurse to wear the compression garment until my new one arrived in the mail. The first day after surgery, I changed my dressings and noticed a visible dent below my belly button, all the way across my lower abdomen. I quickly called my surgeon who did not return my call until the following Monday (2 days LATE) I informed him of the defect. He advised to continue wearing my compression garment until I saw him the next week. Spoke w/nurse and she advised the opposite. I didnt receive the compression garment in the mail for almost 2 weeks after the surgery; also the facility 'ran out' of scar cream/was on back order for over a month and I know have permanent scarring. The manager was aware of the issues and provided 2 complimentary skin tightening procedures. I then had to purchase another $1200 worth of Venous skin tightening procedures; all of which have yielded zero results in the defect in my lower abdomen. The surgeon kept telling me to allow the full 6 months to see final results. At the 6month post-op appt, the defect is still visible and the surgeon states now I need tohave a complete tummy tuck. I am completely devastated! #1 I cannot afford another $10k and #2 I refuse to be botched any further. I have spent $8500 in total and completely depressed with how my stomach looks!

I went in for a consultation April 9,2019. I was scheduled for a pre op appointment. I called to cancel my appointment with them and was told my only option was to do the treatment with them or have to pay $1,100 cancellation fee, plus they will be keeping the $1,000 that I had put down towards the procedure. I should have the right to cancel without any fees. I did not sign any papers saying that they would keep my deposit and I would have to pay an additional $1,100 in order to cancel.

I searched and researched my options thoroughly and decided to contact sonobello for a consult. I was VERY clear on what my goal was - a flat stomach- and expressed repeatedly that I also considered a tummy tuck. I was assured repeatedly by what I can certainly say is not a clinically trained professional intake representative and a untrained plastic surgeon that based on my weight, height etc that I would for sure achieve the results I seeked with their "treatment". Low and behold, I paid over 7k for services and look worse now than when I walked in. I am more deformed, have constant abscess *** pockets in my scar line - to which I received the response of "oh yeah you will need to seek a plastic surgeon to correct the loose skin and for the *** issue , yeah we can't do anything about that. Really. It was your surgeon (if we can even call him one) that stitched me up and from that, one was not done correctly causing it to poke through my skin causing a horrible infection. Plus, I went through EXTREME swelling and bruising down my legs to my ANKLES when I had zero work in those areas only to hear, oh yeah that's not normal.

Now, I am having to look at paying (again) to have a REAL plastic surgeon help correct my now deformed appearance. I truly hope that anyone considering their services just walks away.

This is honestly a horrific service that they provide and am astonished they are still in business and will be seeking legal advice in hope to have them pay for the unservice I received. Please know that I went to this company with intent that they were prominent and certified for what they can perform.

I had a liposuction procedure June 20, 2018 and did not get the results as advertised. Fact the advertising is false. They claim to get rid of fat in as little as one day with very little downtime. Had I not been retired I would have been down for at least a week. During my six month appointment in December of 2018, I expressed to Dr P the doctor who performed the surgery, that I was not happy with my results. He told me to drop ten pounds and come back in March then he’ll see if he would go in perform a touch up. The reason I had the surgery in the first place was because I wanted to get rid of unwanted fat which is part of their advertising. I had tried everything to get rid of the fat around my waistline. They never called me in back in March for the appointment like the did for all the other appointments. During my recovery it was hard contacting someone whenever I had questions about my recovery. It was only when I complained that someone would call me back. This procedure was over $5,000 dollars. Not to mention I had to purchase new clothes because I couldn’t get into my regular clothes because of the swelling. Ever time I see that commercial I get so upset because it is false advertising. I see the pictures and get so upset. What a waste of money!

I went to sono bello for a Consultation about their advertisements about Weight loss surgery I talk with a person name S Anann I explained to her the reason why I wanted the surgery and she told me that it could be done I informed her that I was a diabetic in my A1C was 7.5 she told me that I have to get it down a little and they would have their doctors to contact my doctor Which never happen however she lie to me and told me that Jody which is their nurse has contacted my doctor my doctor stated that she had never heard of them and it would be in my records if they had called and they would not release any information about my medical records without my signature to anyone S Amann told me in order to Schedule a date they would need $1000 But when I sign the agreement plan the date was not on their And I didn't notice it until I got home When I got home and notice the date wasn't on the greement I called her back and she told me to that she was looking at the first 2 weeks in April she said they just waiting on my A1C to go down When I asked for my money back she told me that she will put it back on my card and she never did. She lied to me and I Confronted her on it she told me that the corporate office want a letter from my doctor about my A1C I receive no service from them no Surgery no consultation with the doctors she just took my money and didn't call me back I just want my $1000 back. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Unprofessional, disorganized and that was only the clerical side to the office. Lost complete confidence that they would be able to care for patients properly. And getting a refund was extremely difficult.

It's like going to a used car lot for lipo. it's extremely high pressure! If I could give no stars I would. I went there on Friday March 22, 2019 for a consultation on lipo for one area and was pressured to having 4 areas done. When I got home I had buyers remorse it was too expensive and decided to not go through with it. I called the next day the 23rd and was told I could not cancel without still paying in full regardless if had the procedure or not because it was less than 6days to the surgery THEY picked the day knowing that I couldn't back out because of the timing. So I'm forced to have surgery I don't want! RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I inquired about Sono Bello over two months ago. As time passed, I decided that I did not want to go through with the process. I called and emailed on February 25th, requesting a refund of funds I had already giving the Sono Bello. The funding in question is $4000. I explained that even thought I did not have a exam date yet, that I understand that the refund policy is that I get my money back less $900.

Its March 20th and I have yet to receive any of my money back. I've called, I've emailed and all I get is the run around. People say they going to get back to me. They say they will follow up via email and nothing happens. I've been in constant contact with Mursal Z. She is the Patient Care Consultant

Mursal Z told me on March 14th that she would look into this and said her colleague David handles these requests and he should have some answers. I still have yet to hear anything about my money.

At this time, I'm requesting a FULL REFUND of $4000. Again, I never had a exam scheduled and it should not take this long to receive my money back. No one is returning my calls and no one is giving me honest answers. This is not how you should run your business just because someone decides to not move forward with procedures.

In June of 2018 sonobello made me a face lift for which I paid $ 12,500.00. I am not satisfied with the result of the surgery that has been a bad dream for me. In January of 2019 the surgeon saw me for the first time after the surgery and explained him my concerns. One side of my face looks different from the other with one of my eyes smaller and swollen. The skin of my jaw looks like waves. It does not look smooth. Before the surgery it looked better. It looks as if two different surgeons had worked on my face . They showed me a picture of the one that they took me the first time. It looks like they touched it because my face looks different. I have thought about what I have seen the times I have gone to the clinic that has students in practice. They told me they were going to call me for a touch-up appointment and I'm still waiting for them to call me. It's had been two months since my last visit. I want to recover part of my money so I can go somewhere else to fix the damage they did to my face. I do not trust putting my face in their hands for any arrangement. How I regret having trusted and put my life in their hands.

The patients’ procedures were performed in October 2017 without incident and were successful with a high volume of fat being removed and a cosmetic improvement.
This patient signed many contracts and consents prior to being treated. Those consents clearly line out the possibilities and limitations of this procedure including but not limited the fact that results are not guaranteed, and we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance. In addition, this patient also signed a HIGH BMI contract, that form states based upon the patients BMI that cosmetic results would not be as dramatic as that of a lower BMI person. We have copies of all signed forms available for inspection if needed.

We have seen Ms. post operatively and scheduled her to meet with her surgeon when she expressed some dissatisfaction with her results. The most recent visit was in December 2018. At that visit she was counseled by her surgeon that the area of concerns she has regarding her results are skin laxity and additional fat removed from that area would not result in additional cosmetic improvement.

This complaint should be closed in favor of Sono Bello as all services were rendered, positive results were delivered.

I had surgery done on 12/28/17 by Dr. Z. I was seen once a week after the procedure by a nurse. I was told that I would be seen again in March. In March 2018 I moved out of state. While living out of state I tried making an appointment with the closest office that was 4 hours away. I made 4 appointment and 3 of them where canceled or changed by the office. Making it hard to be seen being 4 hours away. The reason I wanted to be seen is because the lipo surgery that I had was horribly done leaving me disfigured and out of proportion in the areas that were done. I needed to be seen by another doctor so that the issue could be addressed and fixed. In August 2018 I came back to the town the original work was done. Because I was traveling I was set on a strict schedule. But again, the Sono Bello office canceled my appointment causing me to not be seen again. I left several emails with only one return email. I want to have the horrible work done addressed. I can't even look at myself in the mirror ! I'm disgusting to look at. I would like to have my money refunded so someone else can fix the work that was done.

I had liposuction done, it was botched. I have lumps on my neck from where the doctor stabbed me. I have contacted Sono Bello MANY times about this. They said they guarantee their results, but have ignored me for a year. I was told I was approved for a revision I would just need to wait, they would follow up within a few days. That was November of 2018, I have not heard from them. I have requested to talk to managers, corporate, and get a refund. They refuse to acknowledge that I am even a concern. I do NOT trust them to do a revision after this. I was in excruciating pain the entire procedure because the Doctor did not numb me, he and the nurse just held me down while I flailed in pain. The areas I paid for have NO improvement despite me even losing weight on top of what they did. They lied to me to take my money, they have been rude and keep avoiding me.

I had the Upper/Lower Ab and Bra roll procedures done and was absolutely amazed with all except for the Bra Roll Lipo..
I’ve noticed absolutely no difference what so ever..
Also the Nursing Staff are very cold and don’t seem to care about your questions or concerns...
Positive: 2/3 of the procedures worked
Negative:Bra roll still there and the
Nursing Staff are very cold to your needs.
