I'm extremely displeased, dissatisfied and feeling duped with the results after investing over $7K in what I was told would be a significant transformation within 60 days. My results are close to minimal and almost unnoticeable. I read in a review Sono Bello was a sketchy franchise & service would be troublesome. Thus far it’s been deplorable & it wasn’t when the selling was positioned to me. I should have taken heed to that review. My body after 3 months has some significant indentations that were not there previously. Everytime I shower I get even more angry because I feel duped. It's aggravating that this company takes advantage of people with a corporate approach to a very serious decision. I will never get that time or money back & I certainly don't have the results I was promised. When I complained about the lack of after care & wanted the same surgeon to follow up with me they stated I need to drive to Tyson’s Corner to be seen by him. My surgery was in Maryland and I didn’t know he was “stationed” in Tyson’s Corner which is extremely far. After 3 almost 4 months I still do not receive the emails. I feel scammed and it has really significantly changed my life. I saved for those funds and now my savings and self esteem are gone. I wish they would have been honest upfront instead of promising the miraculous results and not delivering. To make matters worse, they have a manager by the name of Stacy, I believe who was very intrusive and rude while I was speaking to the receptionist. I called to advise I would be 15 minutes late and the rep on the phone stated it would be fine. Well, I got there 17 minutes late and was told I may have to come back. After, asking why was 2 minutes such a huge difference I was told very rudely by the office manager who was not a part of this conversation that she knows “it’s hard for me to conceptualize” as if I don’t understand not being on time. I Visited Sono Bello Located@*** On 9/4/19. Spoke to Brittany and scheduled Lipo/Tuck Procedure on 9/26/19 and paid $5182.79 Deposit On a Credit Card. Hurricane Imelda Happened on 9/19/19 and flooded my Father-In-Law's House. There was damage to the floors and walls. He is 89 years old and not in the best of health. I went to Beaumont and had to stay for 10 days to help him because he had no flood insurance. I called to cancel my procedure and requested my deposit back. I was told that because I didn't call within a 14 day period, my money would not be refunded; they would keep it for my reschedule. I no longer want the procedure and need my deposit back. It didn't matter to them that a Natural Disaster nullified an elective procedure.

My name is *** Sono bello did my consultation which I was lied to when I inquired on massage packages they told me it was included coming to find out you only get one complimentary in Early August of 2019 surgery cost 8000 with down payment of 589.00 on September 7 2019 The surgery was performed I woke up during the procedure where the Dr was so ruff I was crying in pain and they didn’t give a F he claimed that he will put more anesthesia but he didn’t I was so scared and in pain crying for 45 minutes. After the surgery I was contacted by consultation Rep to speak to a new patient to get them on board to sign up when I informed her that I woke up during surgery she then said “YOU WONT BE A GOOD PERSON FOR THE NEW PATIENT TO SPEAK WITH” (hence cause the experience was terrible and I shouldn’t have been awoke) I have b4 and After pictures of my surgery and Also pictures of the fat they removed from me *** State Law allows You 4 liters of fat these people didn’t even remove a full liter they did nothing and unfortunately reading you guys reviews on them I can’t wait till 3-6-9 to a year I have serious concerns I’m going to see if I can sit with a lawyer because these people have to realize money doesn’t grow on A tree You can not charge 8000 Nd remove nothing then lead you on saying it’s swollen it’s swollen you won’t see results...ITS NO SWELLEN ITS FLUID THATS MAKING THE BODY PARTS HARD NOT SWELLEN THEY ARE LIARS I don’t think they take their job seriously OR CONCERNED ABOUT ANY OF THIER PATIENTS LIVES AT THIS POINT it does look nice beautiful place on the outside but the complete staff dr’s ARE A JOKE DO NOT GET SURGERY DONE HERE IM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE

In September of 2018 I signed a contract for laser liposuction to be performed. $10,000 was forwarded at that time. I scheduled the appointment and had to cancel due to health issues. Over the course of the year I had 2 surgeries and numerous doctor’s appointments and it was advised by my physician that the procedure was not in my best interest due to my health problems. Over 4 months ago I tried to contact the Woburn, MA center to discuss a refund. They told me that I had to contact the sales representative, Brittney, who initially signed me up. Every time I called she was either seeing a client, on the phone or not in the office. I demanded to speak with the manager. Finally the manager said that after reviewing the file, she was going to issue a refund minus the initial fee and a pre-op visit with the doctor. That totaled a loss off $800.00. A bit steep since they did have my money for an entire year collecting interest and I always kept them abreast of any changes with plenty of notice. A check for $9200.00 is supposed to have been received 3 weeks ago. I called the center to find out the delay and they said that the manager was not in and would relay the message. The check is supposed to come in from corporate office to the center and that I would have to go to the center to pick the check up for security reasons. When contacting the center again, they said that the manage was on the phone and could not talk to me and that the check is supposed to come to me directly from corporate and whoever told me the story about coming to pick up the check was misinformed. They said that the check is supposed to be cut on10-29-19. I called corporate and was connected to accounting. Accounting said that it is through Operations and Sales and did not know how I got his number and that he was not even supposed to talk to patients. Then he said there were 2 corporate offices . (No record online) would not give me the number to operations. Please help resolve

I still find that their handling of the situation was vague and unprofessional and I should not have had to contact the Revdex.com to take measures to receive my money back. I had liposuction done on my stomach in February 2018.The procedure did not work. I sent a message letting them know I was not satisfied. They made another appointment to redo the procedure everything about the procedure was done differently by a different doc. The whole time I was in pain they did not give me anything for the pain afterward. Since than my stomach is deformed very uneven that I’m embarrassed. I believe something has to be done I hear a lot of horrible stories about this place

I had a free consultation for upper & lower abdomen lipo. The consultant Victoria Z, had me first show my stomach then unzip jeans so she can feel my stomach. She told me that I have nice tight skin and this procedure would give me the results I want to accomplish. I partially signed an agreement on payment however when I met Dr.B*** he told me I need an additional skin cutting procedure because I would have sagging skin. I reached out to Victoria and ask for a refund as she had given me invalid information during my consultation. She said before I can receive my $500 refund I must receive an second opinion from Dr. M I went for the second opinion and he told me I will have excess skin and will need the additional skin cutting procedure. I again, followed up with Victoria to informing her and a have her proceed with my refund. She told me the refund was take 3 weeks from 6/13/19, that never happened and still hasn't happened. I have countless text messages, emails of Sonobello stating they will issue my refund and it still hasn't happened. I opened a credit card dispute 7/17/19 and was told they now cant refund me until I close the credit card dispute, the dispute was closed on 9/14/19. The manager Sherrie hasn't followed up nor has Jennifer in Sonobello National accounts. If I had of been told that I will need additional procedures upfront, I would not have even considered Sonobello. I have been patient with this madness from Sonobello but enough is enough. I'll be going to the Ohio Medical Board next. This business is not recommended and I'll be sure to spread the word of just how shady Sonobello really is. Giving a consumer a false consultation to upsell additonal procedures is appauling.

I went for a consultation at Sono Bello on 9/11/19 and met with Andrea. She came back with a quote for $8500 and said they suddenly had an unexpected opening on Tuesday 9/17/19. I told her I was not sure because I had not met with the surgeon yet. She said I would meet him at my pre-op visit and not to worry. She put the papers in front of me to sign. Sona Bello preyed upon my insecurities as an older woman with children. I am 5’5”,140 lbs and they still prescribed every procedure available to charge me. At no point did she ever say that, upon signing, I could not cancel because I would be within the 6 day forfeiture period. The next day, I felt like I was pressured and decided not to do it. I called to cancel at 9:30 AM on 9/12 and had to leave a message with the receptionist. I had to call back 3 more times before Andrea finally called me back at 5. I told her I wanted to cancel because I felt like I was rushed in. She said people get cold feet all the time and to just meet with the doctor. At no point did she tell me I could not cancel, and said they could always alter my procedure list. I was not convinced and told her I would think about it. The next day I received a call from a Lauren, on her personal cell phone number, trying to confirm my pre-op appointment. I told her I had cancelled and would not be coming. She said she had work done by the same doctor and “his bedside manner was incredible, and his work is *** amazing”. I had never met or talked to this person prior to this. I found the harsh language and use of her personal cell phone (not Sono Bello CID) very offensive and unprofessional coming from a medical facility. I told her I cancelled the procedure and was not doing it. She said I was still responsible for the full balance, no matter what. I don’t feel I fall under those terms as I was never advised there was NO cancellation due to the date I was pressured into signing. I ended the phone call there.

I did receive said check at 6pm Friday night. I deposited it on my bank app right after. There as of yesterday there is a hold on the check until November 30th. This is very unusual protocol and will continue to be suspicious until the check actually clears. I am horrified and offended by the way Sono Bello is conducting this situation. What seems to be the hold up with the check clearing?

I went to Sono Bello for a consultation back in August of 2018. The consultation was very nice and I put down a deposit of $1000 that day. I scheduled for 8 different ares, including inner and outer thigh, upper and lower abs, arms, waist, back bra roll, and flanks. This was referenced as the "whole car" as it was a lot of my body and I was told it would be done in two different surgeries. The surgeries went OK...I did think the surgeon's bedside manner was lacking but I got through it. When my swelling went down, I noticed a lot of dimpling on one side of my lower abdomen and also around my bellybutton and also a lot of fullness on my right upper abdomen as well as my right side and inner arms. When I went for my 3 month post op, I discussed my concerns about my abdomen and was talked into $1000 worth of "Venus" after the first free one. I was told it would help around my bellybutton as well as the areas where there was dimpling, but it never did. When I went for my 6 months post op, the nurse even agreed that she saw the dimpling (which I know is from being too aggressive) and also noticed the fullness and new ROLL on my upper abdomen as well as the fullness on my right side that is not on my left. The doctor brushed it off and made an excuse about my "posture" and said he didn't think it needed a revision. I spent in total almost 15000 when it is all said and done, and I would really expect better customer service. It is very evident when you look at me that certain areas were done better than others. I never expected to look totally symmetrical but I DID expect not to have new rolls and for a good majority of the fat on BOTH sides to be gone. I can still grab fat on my right side where the lipo was done and I have a roll of fat on my right upper abdomen now from the lipo being done on the left side and not on the right. I feel like I was ripped off completely and I feel like I was pushed to the side when I voiced my concerns. I wouldn't recommend them!

Surgery day was a nightmare!! they changed times, lied about why and the procedure- horrific. If I look good and feel good by time daughter's wedding then it was worth it. I had everyone telling me Id be ready all the team, not 100% better. But wedding celebration week ready.That was far from reality. Stressed this before/during and after multiple times. So went in day before for the prep for next day surgery. Again I told the doctor I am only doing this if I can look better and feel better by this date which was like in 4 to 6 weeks. Not 100% but at least ready enough to enjoy my daughters wedding with no issues.. Gave him the date which was about a 4-6 weeks. He said to my surprise NO you won't be, ok no problem, so we canceled the surgery and I went home. I was very grateful for his honesty. THEN I GET THAT CALL FROM THE MANAGER. Stating Dr. was wrong, you are going to be fine by then, went on and on promised me I would be fine. etc. etc. other team members agreed. But thinking back probably had no choice. Knowing why I am doing this This is the most memorable time in mine and my only daughters life I waited 33 yrs for this. Sonobello is a big company would of never thought. And guess what lucky me we have another doctor who has time on his schedule tomorrow. Again,stated to this doctor, he said I wont be 100% but I will be ok for the wedding. WELL THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING FOR ME!! Arrived still looked swollen- feet and ankles swelled up. I called they said that happens- all the fluid goes down the legs to the feet causing swelling. What part did they not get, want to look good and have no issues. Daughters was mad I did this, miserable week- so close to the wedding and couldn't believe what they said and did. Called, they give no refunds but offered no charge services. I said no more, I am right I was upfront day one, everyday, with everyone. If I wasn't so adamant about it I wouldn't be filing. They plain out lied for the $$$$

She purchased and received surgery with a board-certified plastic surgeon and during her consultation with the surgeon, reviewed risks, benefits, and expectations. I heard about Sona Bella and followed up with an interview with them regarding laser lipo. The price was over $6000. I was to have laser lipo on my abdomen/waist and bra line on my back. I had the procedure done Friday, May 24th. I did not meet my doctor until I had been giving a pain pill and was actually in the midst of the procedure itself. It was fairly comfortable; they played music and cut up throughout the procedure. I was pretty much awake and had a couple of surges of pain, whereby they zapped me with more lidocaine. I went home and began healing pretty well. I wore the garments as requested. I went for a one week follow up and then a one month follow up and was NEVER able to see my doctor. They only took before and after pics. After a week or so, I began itching horribly. I kept calling Sona Bella just to get told it was normal and to take Benadryl. I called and called, not to receive any return calls. I finally made an appt. to see the doctor himself to discuss the horrific itching. I was called and told that he felt there was no need to see me. I finally had to rid myself of the garments thinking that maybe they were irritating me. I was taking 3:00 a.m. showers in order to be able to sleep and going to bed with cold backs on me to keep from itching to death. I went to family physician and was given steroid shot and Hydroxyzine to possibly help me. My PA explained that I had nerve damage from the procedure and it may take some time, maybe years to get straightened out. I cancelled my 3 month followup with Sona because I was no longer interested in before/after pics. I am now searching for the type of doctor that can possibly help. I'm losing my mind, itching day in and ESPECIALLY at night. I get very little sleep. No allergy medicine or creams can touch it. If I knew then what I know now, I would have NEVER gone there. I was NEVER warned or told of the possibility of nerve damage. I paid $2000 down and used ***.

After seeing the commercials, I went in for the initial consultation with the sales lady at Sono Bello. She proposed a saving benefit of buying 2 areas and get 1 free. I was promised a flat stomach and my back-bra roll would be gone. She even showed me comparison pictures of how I would look later. After the surgery, the bottom part of my stomach was smaller, but no change on the top.
More than 6 months post-surgery, they set up another consult with a different surgeon. He told me that my upper stomach was muscle, and very little to nothing could be done to that. About the bra roll, the doctor said that I needed skin removal surgery, which he didn’t recommend since it would leave scars. Had they mention these possibilities at the first consultation, I would never have put myself through all that pain, just to end up so disappointed with the results.
These procedures were very expensive, and not to look like I was promised, leaves me grossly disheartened. After spending all that money, and not getting what was paid for, I feel that I should be refunded.

I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a refund. The doctor canceled my procedure due to health reasons. I have phoned repeatedly, texted and left messages. No one calls back! Horrible customer service practices. I was going to reschedule my procedure in 6 months as suggested, but after this frustration I would never consider dealing with them again.

This company does not care about their customers/patients. Not only did they perform lipo on a wrong body part, but the doctor was careless during the procedure. He was so busy talking to the nurse about how whiny another patient was that he went in too deep and not until I jumped in pain did he realize what he was doing! This place is a total chop-shop. It looks nice on the outside, and they are very nice initially, but then they ignore you if you want to talk about any concerns.

During the procedure, I was in a lot of pain, but was afraid to say so given the doctor's comments about the other patient. However, when he hurt me, he asked if I was in paid and when I said yes, he said he would inject more pain medication.

The clinic advertises that the physician will call you that evening to make sure you are ok, but I never got a phone call and was scared because of how much pain I was in. I followed the medication regimen I was given but I can tell you that when they tell you you will be "uncomfortable" it means you may be in a LOT of pain, I was surprised because I tend to have a high pain tolerance, but I was also scared and disappointed hoping it was normal and not something else going on from when he went in too deep with the device.

They told me I had to wear a body suit for 4 weeks after the procedure for best results. However, they ordered the wrong size body suit. They had to place another order for the correct size, so I did not have one for almost four weeks.

They told me that if within one year I was not satisfied with the outcome, I could have the procedure redone, no questions asked. At my six-month check-up I let them know I was not happy with the results. this is when they started to ignore my requests to address my concerns with someone.

Call after call, since May of 2019 to present (September 27,2019) no return calls and phone tag is all I get. They promise to have a manger call me back, but no calls is ever returned :(

There were areas she voiced concern about that we were working on a resolution with. Unfortunately, this patient went to an outside surgeon for her concerns and proceeded with a surgery with them. This negates our ability to honor our Satisfaction Surgery policy. When that was explained to our patient, she requested free surgery on additional areas, which we cannot allow, per our Satisfaction policy. Our center has been in contact with her multiple times, including this week. We have reached out to her again to help her, and are working towards a solution we can assist with to get her to a better place. We will also make sure we discuss pain thresholds as that was an area of concern for her.

These are a bunch of lies. NEVER has "TRISH" called me back. Finally, and in response to this complaint, I received an email from her last week asking when would be a good time to discuss my concerns. This is the very first communication from her since verbalizing my concerns on several occasions throughout this past year. I can prove by my phone records that NO call has ever been made in response to my many calls, concerns, and willingness to work with the company. The only call I received was from a receptionist a couple of months ago saying she was calling to schedule my procedure which had been approved to be redone. I let her know I needed to talk to a manager about my concerns before rescheduling anything. No one has ever reached out to address my concerns. She said she would have someone give me a call.

The person who called, I assume on her behalf, to let me know that no refund would be issued. This was last month. At this time I asked if they would be willing to have a different surgeon, preferrably Dr. Sayah, perform the procedure on two different areas. Angelina asked if I would be willing to come back for a procedure and I told her yes, as long as it was not with the doctor that performed the procedures originally last year. She told me "he is long gone" and that she was not the person who could help me, but she would let the manager know my request. She said I should receive a call the following week.

There was, of course, as usual, no call. I called mid-way through the following week and Angelina explained that Trish had gone on a long awaited and deserved vacation after five years of not having a vacation. She again promised a call the following week, on Tuesday. This would have been September 24th. No call back was received ont he 24th or any other day. I waited until Thursday, 09/26/19 and called the office to speak with Trish. I was told that she was at a different office but would call me right back. Again, surprise, no call! It was interesting to find out a manager has been in place for five years because when I asked to speak to a manager previously, they told me there was no manager. They were looking for a manager at the time.

Like I explained on my original complaint, these people don't care about their customers/patients. They are a chop-shop that looks nice on the outside but is broken on the inside. Not even my concerns of the performing doctor were addressed –by him or anyone else. You would think they want to improve their services and the quality/safety of care, but their lack of care interest just proves that they unfortunately don’t care.

I went to see another physician for a different procedure, and noticed the difference in quality and concern right away. I was not getting a response from Sono Bello so I decided I needed to have the work redone sooner rather than later and I paid for the work to be done and done right. I must say I am so very happy with the outcome and so satisfied with the quality of care received. It opened my eyes to what should have happened last year. It really is such a shame that I was injured during the procedure, that I did not get the outcome I was looking for- and was promised, and that no one ever cared about my concerns or outcome.

I am Patient, 5ft 5ins and of petite build, BMI 20 (you have photos). I first encountered with you center on 04/13/2019 at 11am appointment with Patient Care Consultant (Laura *** B). After removing my clothes in her office, based on my BMI, I received quotes for the areas of concerned. The areas were Upper and Lower Abdomen $2790.00; Waist for $1395.00; Back bra roll for $1395.00 plus other internal fees totaling $6,504.54. The no refund policy was discussed by her and well understood, plus the touch up surgery. Based on the fact, the initial Pre-op was performed by her, I asked her a general question: “what if the Doctor cannot perform what was requested? She informed I would receive a refund.”
On 05/14/2019, the payments of totaled of $6,504.54 (which included the initial $1000.00 on 04/13/2019) was submitted to you. Eventually on 05/18/2019, I saw Dr. S at 11am for my surgery assessment. He informed me I have a pooch in front and that he will not be able to get rid of and overall, I needed just sculpting of the waist and the back to obtain my desire result.
nonetheless, the doctor continued, cleaned me with antiseptic. I went on the table laying on my back and he started to administer the lidocaine into my abdomen which severely painful and intense. Subsequently, he assured me after I turned on my back it would less painful, however it was the same. He stated, this was due to my prior surgery on the same areas. As such he should informed earlier that I could feel some discomfort in the areas. He started performing the removal of the fat from my back and bra roll. I asked him to remember my waist, and he said yes. I was never turned back over on back for my lower or upper abdomen treatment. Then eventually, the doctor left the room without even informing the nurse
.It was alarming to me that Dr. S could not ascertained my looking at me that he performed surgery on the front of my body, because it was not done after I paid for the services.

This patient was seen at our Beverly Hills office for surgery on May 25th, 2019. At that time, all areas that the patient purchased were completed. However, we realize that as she did not come to all of her post-operative appointments that were set, that her recovery path needs to be re-discussed with her. We have reached out to the patient and have an upcoming appointment set with her to discuss this. Her other concern was in regards to pain threshold, we realize that everyone has different experiences with pain, and will also go over this with her at her upcoming visit. Her experience and resolution to her concerns is important to us.

I put down payment with Sonno Bello for services before I moved from Minnesota to Nevada of about $900.00. I had to cancel surgery in Minnesota due to I severe illness. Tried to reschedule in Nevada but could not make pre op appointment due to issues with my disabled son. Had to cancel surgery and miss pre op due to my son's issues. I missed one appointment only 1 and Colleen said I could not get my deposit back due to this. This is wrong. It was only 1 appointment. To keep my money is really wrong. I was told I had to put deposit immediately to secure it.

All our patient sign an informative financial agreement that details out all non-refundable fees and charges and those are printed in highlighted and bold text and initialed by all patients before accepting any funds. We will investigate how to make this more obvious to our patients in the future. As a customer service gesture we will refund your deposit.

About one year ago I went for a consultation
with Sona Bella and was shown some brochures about the procedures.
They showed you Before & After photos in a magazine let me tell you none of that came true. They ask for a $1000 down and a payment plan until it was paid off the other 7500. After I had the procedure done 3 months later I wasn't very happy so when I went back for my 3 month appointment they told me to give it 3 more months and then when I went back in 3 months they said give it another 3 months sometimes it takes almost a year to see results.
The girl that took care of me in the Room before the doctor came in said I had just cause that he should redo some of the work. The office manager heard I was not happy and came in the Room to talk to me and she said the same thing the doctors should redo some of the procedures.
When the doctor came in he did nothing but give me a hard time and told me if I didn't like the work and was not happy to go seek nutrisystem. At that time I couldn't a felt any lower about myself. After that I talk to the office manager she said she would put in a complaint about the doctor to the corporate office and they would get back with me in 2 weeks every few months I would call and they would tell me the same thing they would get back with me in a few weeks still yet I have not heard from anybody.
I think Sona Bella thinks we all have money to just though away. I work very hard for my money and I think I was treated unfairly.
I never looked anything like the pictures in the brochures. It would be different if 1 or 2 people put in complaints, But it's been numerous amount of people with almost the same complaints. I really think that we should be compensated for the work that was not completed.

I paid in full over 7k to have procedures to upper/lower abs, waist and arms. On my surgery date, the doctor, told me that it would be to much for me to have all of the procedures done at once, so we decided to do my upper/lower abs; recovery was unbearable at times, several and too many, incisions/scars, and I have several disfigured areas (in which, my doctor did explain that I would have little disfigured and he will make those corrections). I called back, at the end of July to schedule the corrections of my abs and to have the other procedures done. Lord and behold, I was in complete shock, to find out that my surgeon was out on medical leave until the END OF AUGUST. First, this doctor failed to be forthcoming with this VERY important info., that he was scheduled to have surgery. I was NEVER aware of, because, I would have asked for another surgeon. When I stated again ,this is NOT acceptable, just to be told by them that I couldn't see another doctor, since he was surgeon. I said, No this isn't right, you have my money, then she said, it would take 6 weeks or more to be approved to see another doctor. I will never recommend Sono Bello place of broken heart for me. Then, I received a call around the end of August and was scheduled to have my procedures done on Saturday, Sept 7th, but received a call a few days before my appointment and tell me the doctor will still be on medical leave. I've asked again, to get another doctor and was told they would call me back. My stomach looks terrible/deformed.This is a physically and mentally, a horrible experience. At this point, I just want to be refunded most of my money back, and have someone correct the disfigurement/deform of my abs. This is the worst, mind bothering experience I ever had. Still calling, and with people that are clueless. Highly disappointment in ever way possible. Again, I will never recommend this place of broken heart. So many people have asked me about this place; It's sad, that I can't say...

I read this review below and it was like verbatim to my experience with sono Bello: a while back I had the same procedure as below and it was also told to me that it would be a good idea to get upper abdomen and not just lower abdomen and the sides which I agreed to with a bill of $8000 with care credit ( synchrony bank). When I went back for my six month I said nothing has changed and they said well there’s nothing else we can do they indicated my past pulmonary embolus kept him from doing Anything and I spoke with my pulmonologist who indicated that my Sono Bello treatment have nothing I repeat nothing to do with my pulmonary embolus I Feel that I was sweetly coerced into additional surgery by the former financial person
I also only want what I owe to care credit paid I believe I paid enough

I had my first procedure with Sono Bello in July. I was so happy with my results that I planned a second procedure. I put $999.00 down to book my appointment. A few days before my appointment, my grandfather passed away and I was having some family issues and had to cancel my appointment. I requested a refund and was told by the practice manager it was taken care of. That was August 14. To date, the money has not been returned and the practice manager has refused to return any of my phone calls since. Unfortunately, when the time comes for my next procedure I’ll be forced to go to elsewhere after this ordeal. I just want the $999.00 refunded to my credit card or a check sent to me ASAP.
