Sono bello leave me in death,I got a loan to do my lipo and I haven't seen any improvement, when I went to do my follow up,I ask them why I still looking the same,my stomach was the same,they told me to watch what I eat,I'm 168lbs & 5'7ins.my Total cost was $8,550.00. they don't even deserve 1star,I would never recommended my worst enemy to them

To Whom it May Concern;

I am writing to express my complete lack of confidence in your Carmel Road Facility.
After my surgery, which I have learned is the most important thing because that’s what brings in the money, All my Venus treatments were Scheduled at 10:00am. ALL.
After the first one on Jan 5th, on Jan 12th Natasha called me saying I was late and did I want to reschedule, I said, no, I’m in the parking lot as there was a wreck on 77. It takes me 1.5 hours to get there. She said OH Okay. At that moment I was 9 minutes late. By the time I got to the top floor she said have a seat then went to call her supervisor Heather. Never was it mentioned that I offered to a lesser amount of time treatment so that my visit was not a complete waste of my time, or my nurse’s time as I was already instructed that there is an allotted time for each venus.
After being beyond upset, Heather calls me with apologies that Natasha is new and she would like to offer me 2 more Venus treatments for my trouble.
Thursday 24th I get a call “confirming” my appointment for 10:30 for 1/26 and I said No, that’s not right, all my appointments are at 10 for a reason. I was instructed no that couldn’t be because someone else was in that “Spot”. Saturday I get in my car to head that way and get a call that “UM, we are behind because we have a patient in surgery and we can’t leave them unattended. So you will have to wait some…(I guess that was supposed to be okay) But 9 minutes late was not okay on my part. I then said what time am I scheduled for on 2/2? They said 11. By this point I’m furious that once again im pushed aside and they explained to me that there was someone else in that 10:00 slot. The nice girl I spoke to said she had only been there 4 days.
There is another problem. WHY is Natasha New? Why is this girl calling me new with no clue as to who is changing my appointments and why? There is something Definitely wrong and I’m writing to let you know I will NOT be back to be jerked around.
There has been no mention of seeing Dr C and apparently that’s not important, Only NEW Patients and NEW Monies. There is Not one thing changed about what “ever” he did to me because my body is still the same and I have basically trusted this company and spent a great deal of money for NOTHING>
I would Like to appeal this $5354.30 and I would like a FULL REFUND. Not to mention my time/gas and aggravation for paying for something I did NOT receive. The Venus treatments were not “THROWN” in for “FREE”, It’s all included in this scam, I’ve already done some research and am continuing to do more.
1. I expect FULL refund within 30 days

I feel I was misled/LIED to about the financing involved with this company. I was told specifically when I asked that the interest was included with the total balance listed on the financial agreement that I signed. There is NO interest listed on the agreement and I was told there was NO interest. Now I have no loan but realized they opened TWO credit cards for me with interest rates of 16.9% and 14.9%!! I am an immigrant with limited english and I feel I was really pressured and misled/lied to.

Also, I have seen NO RESULTS whatsoever. I don't believe four areas of my body received attention and that is what I paid for.

I am on a limited budget and I am very careful with my money. If I was told about the interest I would NOT have signed the papers agreeing for the procedure.

Visited Sono Bello was I could be checked to see what they could do to help me with their services. this was to be a free service to see what I would have to pay. I decided to have some of their lazer surgery done. I left a 1000 dollar deposit,I was to pay the 8000.00 dollar balance the day of procedure.I should have known something was wrong with their high pressure atmosphere.I was called before I met the doctor they needed the payement before the end of week. I went the following week to meet the doctor'The doctor noted a rash I had and was cursing in the hallway because I was 10 minutes late.They were supposed to get me another doctor.Got a prescription for three pills that day.this was Tuesday morning the surgery to be Friday.I went to my doctor Wednesday to have rash checked out.and I was told not to have the surgery done till we got the rash under control which I called them to let them no, and asked for a refund It was then I was told because they did not have a weeks notice.I would lose all of my money. It was then things got heated.they over nighted documents for me to sign that said I would Forfit the 995 deposit I had paid the first day. I did not sign and I still have the sticky notes as where to sign on these documents and the lady signed the sticky tabs. They kept the 995.00 and returned the 8000.00. I want the 995.00 returned. It was not my faught they did not have a weeks notice it was their schedule and rushing the procedure.

I visited Sono Bello in Charlotte NC on Carmel Road On Feb 16,2018 to have liposuction procedure done. I had my procedure went well after weeks of and months of follow up appointments I still have the same look and no visible results. I contacted sono bello and Spoke with Dr C about my procedure and also filed compliant with office manager but I was ignored and nothing came about. I was never contacted anymore about my procedure and I feel like I was mislead and taken advantage of and when I tried to reach out to business no-one acted concerned.

On January 31, 2019, I had my consultation. After 100% assurance from the consultant that I could make an appointment, go home and discuss it with my family and cancel the appointment with a 100% refund, I booked a service and put a $6745.00 deposit on my credit card. On February 01, 2019, I contacted the business and canceled my service. That day, I spoke with the consultant in person and she confirmed that I would be refunded my full deposit, but it may take a few days to see the refund in my account, since it was a Friday evening and corporate would not receive the request until Monday. On Thursday February 7, 2019, I contacted the consultant again to inquire about the status of my refund and she indicated that she would follow up with corporate. I did not hear back and texted the consultant on February 13, 2019 with no reply. I sent another text on February 14, 2019 and again was promised 100% refund and she would check with corporate. In 13 days, the charge will begin to accrue interest that should also be paid by Sono Bello since I did not receive service and was promised 100% refund. After viewing several similar online and Revdex.com complaints for Sono Bello, I fear that this may be their common business practice and corporate will not take any refund action until an official complaint is filed. The consultant was nice and promised, on multiple occasions, that I would receive a full refund. I am hoping that she is sincere and is not aware of this corporate practice.

They charged $ 6066.54 on Feb 9 - 2019 for a liposuction surgery supposed to be done on feb 20 -2019 after I signed some documents , and when I went to see the doctor on feb 13 ,they want me to sign another documents witch is contradictory to the verbal agreement ,and when I decided to cancel the service ,they said the money you paid is not refundable , and I told them that no service was provided to me , I didn't see any doctor, and I am not going to use your service because what you have said to me before and the advertisements or brochures you gave me does not match what the papers you want me to sign ,at the beginning you said that I will lose all the fat in my stomach and the papers said that it's not guaranteed and it's not sure that you will lose any weight or fat , and the answer was the operation is going to be done a week later ,and we cannot refund you the money

Hi , this email is in response to your email , my answer is Sono bello are lying and lying again , I just contacted my bank and they said nothing was transfer to my account and nothing is pending or on the way ,if any money was credited back it should take around 3 days max , now it's been more than 11 days , my suggest is to have Sono bello issue a cashier check and I will go pick it up from Beverly Hills branch . The last time I spoke to Sonobello people she said the same thing about the money is in my bank already and when I asked her about a copy of the transaction they falsified the same transaction when they charged my card and sent it to me as a proof , and when I told her to look at the date of the transaction she didn't answer me back , thanks for your help again and I am waiting to hear from you soon

In April 2018 I had liposuction in three areas which included upper and lower abdomen, back (bra area), my weigh in at time of surgery was 183. The consultant and Dr. G stated I was a very good candidate and would have excellent results. I followed all directions, keep all post-op appointments. I became concern around the 6th month when the bruises on my back had not healed and an area of fluid on my back burst leaving an open wound. I immediately called Sonobello made an appointment and saw the nurse. She took pictures of the open wound for my chart and the doctor and gave me a scar cream that was to assist is the healing process. Unfortunately, this never happened the the wound turned into a horrible keloid, while my body contour according to their email check ins and updates explaining what stage of healing your body should be in. Almost a year later I am left only with the surgical scars, a horrible keloid and still a bruise, additionally, no my weight has stayed the same - not one once after all that was promised. I met with the Dr. and his team (nurse & office manager) two weeks today, they offered me another surgery that would absolutely give me the results I paid for. I declined , asked for my medical records, signed the release form to send them to me and requested a refund - as of today and after several attempts to contact them. I have had no resolve, no medical records and no refund.

Prior to undergoing surgery you signed numerous consents and agreements all of which stated that scars are possible from this procedure and keloids is an unpreventable, unpredictable complication that you consented to the possibility of. We can assist with your results and healing concerns but you must return to our practice and meet with a physician for evaluation.

I worked with this company for a gastric procedure, Thin Air balloons. I completed both placebo appointments with no problem, and had my first balloon placed August 28. I had a pretty bad reaction to the balloon, vomiting and nausea, but it faded after the first three days. My second appointment was for Sept 18, for my second balloon. Unlike the first balloon placement, they rushed me in to the room, tried to make me swallow the balloon, which I couldn't. The first time there were dim lights, music, they made it very soothing. The second time, it was like a factory assembly...get in, get out. I wasn't successful. They rescheduled me for a time when I could have a driver and take a sedative to see if that would help. I tried again on October 30th (that was the soonest they could get me in). I had to take a day off work and have a friend take time off work. Again I was unsuccessful. Again it was a lot of pressure even with the sedative. I set another appointment for November 7. I showed up and waited for hours. My husband took time off to take me. After waiting for over two hours. They told me they wanted to try with some kind of throat coating, which they didn't have and they would reschedule me. I called in December. They did not return my call. I called in January, the manager finally returned my call and said we could try the third drop again, but by this time I only had a 6 week window and couldn't take more time off work. I asked them if there was some kind of discount we could do since it wasn't my fault it wasn't successful and since they did not return my calls. Brielle told me that their "business manager" would call. He never did. Today I received a certified letter that they had been trying to reach me about removing my balloon. I have no voice mails or emails. This practice is very unprofessional, and their treatment borders on malpractice. As it is, I'm nearly a month overdue to have my balloon removed.

I got an unsolicited phone call from the Tocoma Sono zbella office telling me they had this amazing doctor coming to their office and wanting to know if I wanted him to do a lower fscelift on me. I had not even converted a face lift st this point however she was very adamevt that he was the best industry. Even telling me he had done her mother’s. The catch was I had to pay right now. Like right now right now. I wasn’t in town so I had to take a day or two. I did go to meet him. Then it kept getting pushed back. And at the time it just seemed understandable. Things happen. Finally have the surgery. Day after I have a giant blood clot that I knew was wrong and it has to be drained a few times. My pain tolerance is pretty high but I just felt like something wasn’t right. I’m overly swollen. But Ive never done this so I’m trying to let things settle. As it does I’m comunicating with sono bello felling thrm things don’t seem right. Under my chin seems very hard. I have a double chin. Seems like a face lift you’d look better not worse. They keep telling me it’s just swelling. I keep waiting. Now months later I look worse than before surgery. I’ve had steroid injectors to try to soften the hard lump that hangs under my chin. I’ve gone into sono bello several times. They have told me the doctor that did the surgery Is no longer available to help resolve the issue and they have no face surgeons at that location. Almost 8000 thousand dollars and I’m worse than before the surgery. Pressuring you into a surgery by glorifying some amazing surgeon that then vanishes seems like a scam. I have gone to a second Surgeon who has seen before and after photos. He has no idea what this guy did. I believe I should get a full or partial refund.

Sono Bello is a scam to take your money. I had liposuction surgery on my abdomen last June 2019. After my six month checkup, I was unhappy with the results. First they never return my calls. Then after I did get someone they set me up an appointment with Dr P to discuss my displeasure with my results. I felt they could have gotten rid of more fat than the did so I wanted them to go back in for a touch up to get more fat. Dr P told me to lose ten pounds then at my next appointment he would see if I needed a touch up. The purpose of the surgery was to get rid of stubborn fat. If I could lose ten pounds then I wouldn’t have needed the surgery in the first place. I spent a lot of money for this surgery. They need to refund some of my money back. What a scam.

After much consideration for everything I have been through and everything that has been done since my first visit to the *** CORNER VA SONOBELLO OFFICE I have decided this would be the best way to go because I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS, and I had scheduled another follow up appointment for Friday February 8th 2019 at 2pm BUT I just cannot put myself and my body through another disappointing procedure so I have decided to call and cancel the appointment and file this complaint instead because it is necessary My first visit to this office I met with Patient Care Consultant Mursal Z and went over and discussed all my concerns/problem areas. The price given to me was $9,386.30 for my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, waist, back bra roll, and surgical fee. My first procedure was done 11/29/2017 which consisted of my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and waist. Next I had a post op appt and was told I needed to also do the EX Procedure during the same time as my back bra roll, I was told it would save me from paying the surgical fee twice if I did it this was but that the EX Procedure would be an additional $2,995.00. I agreed because I thought that it would help with my results. I had the second procedure done 02/20/18 which consisted of my back bra roll and the ex procedure. After this procedure I gave myself time to heal, I went back in September 2018 and was still not happy and felt I was not where I should be as far as the results I was expecting and told I would have. On 09/28/18 I had a a REVISION PROCEDURE on my upper and lower abdomen. I am now in February 2019, My expectations WERE NOT MET. I was told I would be ready for my wedding vow renewal in August 2019 I AM NOT! I was told my stomach would be flat IT IS NOT! I was told I would be ready for a bikini I AM NOT!!. I have spent $12,381.30 PLUS ALL THE INTEREST ON THE LOAN I HAD TO TAKE OUT TO GET THE PROCEDURES DONE AND WHAT ARE MY RESULTS???? MY STOMACH IS UNEVEN AND LUMPY!

I am NOT willing to return to the same location that has provided my previous surgeries, I am not happy with the results and I have lost the trust with the location at *** Corner VA beause of the promises and false hope I was given. I am willing to meet with a surgeon at the location in Woodbridge VA and go from there, I want this complaint to stay open until I meet with someone and I will go from there. I still dont feel confident enough to go through with any other procedure or revision surgery, but I am willing to start with a meeting before going further.

I have attached currents pictures of my body and areas that I had done in the procedures, you can see very clearly my stomach is not flat, you can see lumps and indentations on my body, the scarring, the bulges that were guaranteed to be flat, and back bra roll and sides were done as well.

I have more pictures as well and can attach also.

In Aug 2018, I received liposuction on my lower abs and waist. I was suppose to get more liposuction on my back bra roll but due to other medical concerns I could not proceed with the surgery. I've contacted this office, Credit Care Services, HP Processing (sonobello's credit card services) and corporate several times a month dating back to September 2018. I am still being billed for services NOT rendered. The credit card affiliates have received written statements from me stating that my back bra roll hasn't been done, yet they are still charging me. They expect me to pay for a procedure that I am not getting done. The corporate office hasn't return any calls. The last call I made to this office in Garfield Heights, Oh was on Jan 2 2019, to discuss what's going on because the paper work they have sent to their credit card affiliates (operative narrative) indicates I have received surgery on my back bra rolls and that is false. I haven't received a call back.

As this business advertise no down time after your procedure, it is not true. I had Liposuction on November 31st and have been going back twice a week so they can drain excess saline from the procedure. I went on December 29th so that I could be drained again and for confirmation to travel to North Carolina. I arrived at 11:55am while my appointment was at 12pm, after waiting 40 minutes the receptionist informed me that they were backed up and short staffed. I told her my appointment was @ 12 and neeed to been seen because I wanted to travel. An hour later, I was called to the back and told that a Doctor was just getting out of surgery and the doctor would see me. The doctor never came in to see me. After waiting I proceeded back to the front to reschedule and there I was told that my appointment was at 11:30 not true, I have my appointment card that states 12pm. Though I did not have the card with me, I told her that it was not right for to come and not be seen. Long story short, they were busy seeing new patients for procedures and not interested in my well being. This situation has me feeling like I am no longer of importance and scrared when I am having to be drained. I feel hurt and embarrassed knowing that they are all about money. The nurse that I see twice a week explained to me the first time she drained me, that she was the the only one that could do it as well as the doctors but you do not see the doctor after you have your procedure done.

I contacted Sono Bello for weight loss options in November. In the early part of November, I had an appointment with Rya *. W to discuss options and was told it was a one day process. Ms. W informed me that it would be a $500 deposit which I paid at that time. I also completed special financing that day for $7000. The following week I went to their facility on Carmel Rd. and paid an additional $1000 for the procedure. They was unable to perform the procedure due to me having a high blood pressure. Since I was unable to proceed with the procedure I asked for a refund. At this time I was given back my $1000 and informed them to not send in payment for the special financing. I was told they would not charge me any money to special finance without having procedure done. While on vacation on 12/14/2018 I realized Sono Bello had took an additional $352.83 through their special financing company. After this took place I reached out to Sono Bello and their Special Financing to find out why I was charged additional money when I did not have the procedure. I have contacted their offices several times, leaving messages with no response or call back. I am no longer want to do business with this company and want a refund for my $500 deposit and my $352.83 that was charged to my bank account. I am on a fixed income and would love to quickly resolve this matter. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I went to have liposuction done and I told them, that I have asthma. They said no problem. I put down my deposit and showed up for procedure on time. They checked my pulse ox said it was to low and wouldn't do the procedure! They said I needed to see my Doctor, which I had just seen my Respiratory specialist just a little over a month before, and she said everything was normal! I rarely ever use my inhaler and my pulse ox is 96! I agreed to go back and see their other Doctor and my pulse ox was 97! He made me very uncomfortable, and kept taking about a ***! My husband had a Doctor's appointment the next day, and I talked to her about and she was not comfortable with me having it done there! She felt since they don't have oxygen on site! They said they would send a form to my Doctor, so she could say no to the procedure and they would refund my money! It has been over three weeks now and no refund. I just want my money back, since they never said my asthma could be a problem!

Sono Bello is today's version of a scam artist company. 10 years ago I was put on a drug that caused me to gain 45 lbs. I managed to lose 15 but no matter what I did those other Thor you wouldn't come off. And I imagine most people just like me I'm willing to try any type of snake oil in the hopes that it works. So six years ago I went to Sono Bello, and if you're asking why it took me so long to file a complaint, the reason is simple. They are advertising so much then I wanted to let potential victims know they are not exactly what they claim. I, too, saw the commercial and wanted it to be true so I scheduled an appointment. Right then I should have ran because as I was filling out my profile there was one particular question that asked if you could do a, b,c, or none of the above which I checked none of the above. I was called to the desk and told that if I left that answer I would not be a good candidate for the procedure and I assume that's why the question was there was that I probably wasn't a good candidate for the procedure. Rather than following their own procedures, they obviously didn't want to give up the money and couldn't have cared less whether I was a good candidate because without asking she changed my answer. So we were called to the back for initial consultation and I asked several questions and got very vague answers which I thought was rather strange that such a large company with so many locations do not have some kind of profiling database of similar type patients and an average results. So I actually was reduced to asking if they thought I'd even lose a dress size and they wouldn't even ask that and there again I should have ran, but instead we went ahead and paid for the procedure and scheduled it. The clinic was two and a half hours away from our house so we were advised to stay overnight and drive home the next day. I showed up for the procedure expecting this minimal discomfort, which I don't know who dreamed up that phrase, because mine was not minimal, mine hurt like hell. But I took a pain pill afterwards so I wasn't too bad that late afternoon and into evening but at 2 that morning I sat straight up in bed and I screamed my husband's name telling him that I needed a pain pill immediately as I was in excruciating pain and that pain lingered for weeks. And of course they tell you is minimal down time. Again I'd like to know who made up that phrase. I was down for a month. I had to take a pain pill every morning and lay there for about 20 to 30 minutes before it kicked in before I could get out of bed and when I ran out of them it averaged two to three hours for me to slowly crawl out of the bed so it definitely wasn't minimal down time to me. And I wore the compression suit as I was supposed to but I kept looking to see if I saw any results and everytime I contacted them they just kept saying oh sometimes it can take up to six months because I wasn't seeing anyting. What is spent six years and the only result I got was that they deformed me. Obviously anybody who's 30 pounds overweight knows that you have excess weight in your midsection and it's usually loose. All this procedure did was make it very very hard and it starts higher above the breast bone and then tapers off down towards the belly button so it's ridiculous looking and forget about sucking in that gut to get into your favorite pants because you're not going to move these muscles. So if you're 5 to 10 lb overweight and you have a little roll and you're willing to put up with the pain or you have a tight tolerance for pain this may be correct for you. But I'm warning anybody else who is 20 lbs or heavier to just be very careful in your expectations and even though their advertisements to show people who are heavier becoming very thin be sure to ask how many procedures it took to get to that point and how much money they spent because I guarantee they didn't do that in one procedure. As far as I'm concerned it was the worst money that I ever spent in my life. And shame on the Revdex.com forgiving them an A+ rating when they have what's 75 to 128 complaints. I don't care how much business they do that many complaints indicates there's a problem and most of the complaints say the same thing so they've got some areas they need to fix and giving him a pat on the back with an A+ just leaves your organization subject to objectivity

I had received liposuction from sono Bello in Tacoma March 2017 after I received the liposuction I new he didn’t remove enough fat the doctor says he gave me his after procedure cell number to contact him with any issues I contacted him 2weeks after surgery & he did not respond . I wanted them to remove more fat so I go in for my post op check up & I tell my nurse I was unhappy with my results & cried she said there nothing they can do till after my 6months check up. I was so disappointed I could just tell it wasn’t right. so I go for my 6month check up they still try to make excuses why my stomachs still big & that I had to wait till it’s healed I know my body I was very unhappy from week 2 after surgery & they did nothing to help during my procedure warranty time to get it reduced they just want money it’s a total scam. & now I’m stuck with a bill & a horrible procedure they did not want to fix . I never got to see the doctor & I requested to see him . I wanted a smaller stomach my stomach never ever went smaller it went back to normal size after a month.

I had a procedure done in April - with Sono Bello - I’m not over weight by any means . Just needed help in a couple trouble areas . Now those areas look deformed and have dents in them . I went back to the dr and talked to him about these areas . He said for me to lose 5lbs .. like I was the problem . Then I spoke to the office manager about it . She did nothing . So then they sent me a questionnaire to fill out - it took the same office manager a month to get back to me . She kept saying she was sorry for the over sight on her part . But the problem still remains . It need to be fixed and or my money back. This is a rip off they are just about the money . It is now December and summer just around the corner .

To whom it may concern

Our physician met with the patient in September 2018 for her six- month post- surgery follow- up visit. Upon reviewing her records from this visit her surgeon noted she had an adequate amount of fat removed during her liposuction procedure. He addressed her concerns regarding her results and noted that she had gained additional weight post -surgery from her recorded pre-surgery weight. At that time patient was counseled on a healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes. Her surgeon recommended that she schedule a follow up visit with him to reassess her results once she had time to lose some of the additional weight gain. Our records indicate she has a follow up visit scheduled with us in February 2019. We strongly recommend the the patient return to our office at an earlier date to meet with her surgeon. If the patient gets back to her original weight as discussed in her satisfaction documents we will have additional tools and resources to offer her and increase her satisfaction.

This patient signed a contract and a consent explaining the procedure prior to being treated explaining results may vary from patient to patient. Those consents clearly line out the possibilities and limitations of this procedure, including that this is not a weight loss procedure but not limited the fact that results are not guaranteed, and we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance. We have copies of all signed forms available for inspection if needed.
