I am not happy or satisfied with my results.
It’s been over 6 months and my stomach lipo is horrible looking! I have lumps on my abdomen and a large area on my left side abdomen is hard and protrudes.
I’ve told them several times at the follow up visit I was not happy. Nurses agreed a revision should be done. When I saw the doctor he was very dismissive and said it’s just loose skin. I think I would know if it was. It’s a hard lump that hasn’t gone down! He definitely under corrected one side. I loo worse than before I went in.
I totally regret this procedure at soon bello.
I was told I was gonna be seen at 6 months again and then it got canceled. Now they want to see me at 10 months after surgery.
Nothing has or will change. I followed everything I was advised. I even had lymphatic drainage massages. Which I had to figure out for myself that this could help.
I was told by the doctor that because I was small it was hard for them to get it right.
The contouring was not easy.
Well I wish I would have been told that prior to taking my money !
I would like to have another doctor look at my results.
I went to another plastic surgery center for their opinion and they basically said my doctor did a bad job and he didn’t know what he was doing.
I do not want a revision because I went through enough with this procedure.
Ended up in the emergency room that night because I developed an infection of some sort that made my leg extremely red and had a fever for 5 days !
All in all this was a bad experience and not worth the results!

I paid for the services of the company to contour the entire torso. The doctor failed to treat one area. The lower back. In addition, the doctor added additional scars during surgery (2), and the agreed locations(7) are larger and darker than expected. I notified the coordinator, made an appointment to troubleshoot. I notified the doctor, that from day one, until the present, there was never any swelling, pockets of tissue, or pain in the lower back, like the other areas that we're treated. None. I let him literally feel where the treated flanks and the untreated lower back begin and end based on the swelling and pain of the flanks, and the left over deposits that hang and bunch in the lower back. The doctor didn't have a concrete medical explanation, just grasped theories(I.e. that some areas dont feel pain, late swelling) and other explanations that made no sense. Moreover, his admitted displeasure with his own work, lead him to offer a redo in a year. Which is moot being that I am training and making better choices. Furthermore, all of the other areas have the expected results, for this point in the healing process(2 Months) as outlined by their literature. The coordinator forwarded my issue to the practice manager, who acted as if he didn't know the nature of the issue and I had to explain again. Our email exchange happened on 8/15, I just got a response on 8/26, after I reached out to both on 8/25. His rebuttal was to wait 6 months and that I am contractually bound to repay them for dissatisfaction. Again, the issue is a lack of services rendered. I am training and in 6 months, the result will be based largely on that, which I imagine he surmised, and I explained this via email. Again, I felt like the doctor recognized the mistake, made concessions without an admission, notated as such, and the Practice Manager is shielding the practice with their policies and the notes. Totally negating their promise to their services, placing the brunt on the customers.

We’re sorry to hear *** is not satisfied with the results of his surgical procedure. He purchased laser assisted liposuction with a board certified plastic surgeon, which was performed on 06.19.19. Although we encourage all of our patients to allow for a full six months of healing before considering additional liposuction, we have set an appointment this month for *** to meet with his surgeon to discuss his results. His surgeon can also review any concerns around scarring. We appreciate the opportunity to work with *** in achieving his body contouring goals and look forward to seeing him for his post-op so we can work towards a resolution.

I am rejecting this response because:
The complaint was issued due to a lack of services rendered, and additional scarring, not results. The company is fully aware of this,and are conflating the issues to cause both confusion and a lack of accountability. In addition, using my name in their rebuttal, is a clear violation of Revdex.com standards, and is arguably and intentionally liable. At this point I am seeking legal counsel and media.

Am very disappointed in sono bello.I went to their office in January of 2019 for consultation for a procedure.Me and one of their consultants when over everything about the procedure and I decided to go with them.the consultant told me I needed to put down $500 dollars for deposit so that they can keep my spot.I was find with that after a week I found out I was pregnant and would no longer be doing the cosmetic surgery.I called the Edina office and spoke to one of the ladies at the office who transferred my call to the same consultant that I saw.I explained to her that I was no longer interested in the procedure and I would like to get my refund.she told me if I could call her back she will process my refund. I called back they said she left.I explained the situation to the person I was talking to but she said she couldn't help me I should wait until I get to speak to the same consultant I talk to about my procedure.since January to March of 2019 I been trying to get my money back they keep giving me the run.I called today again they telling me,the consultant I talked to dont work there no more and my money is not refundable.they telling I have to use it onto another procedure if not I cant get my money back.Am really confused about this company.this is my problem with sono Bello. I just need my 500 dollars back.times are hard and every penny counts.I been trying to reach out to them nothing.I just need my refund that's all am trying to get.

On 7/11/19, I went to Sono Bello for a consultation to determine by their staff if I was a candidate for their Micro Laser Liposuction. I met with Victoria Z, Sr. Patient Care Consultant and she said I was. However, in the interim, (Friday, July 12th, 2019) I contacted my Surgeon and my Primary Care Physician to discuss this procedure, due to a recent life-threatening health issue which began on 5/29/19, as I am still under their care. Victoria and I began corresponding (via text message because that is how Sono Bello requires all communication) Saturday, July 13th, 2019 about the cost and surgery availability. She received approval from her Director to reduce the cost to $4,253.43. We agreed upon scheduling the surgery for Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 with a pre-op appointment Monday, July 15th 2019. Sono Bello required 50% down, which was $2,126.43 with the remainder to be paid on Tuesday, July 16th 2019. At which point, I provided my credit card# for the $2,126.43. My credit card information was provided prior to receiving the financial agreement from Sono Bello. However, on 7/14/2019, both my surgeon and PCP contacted me and BOTH ADMAMANTLY STATED "DO NOT HAVE THIS PROCEDURE DONE due to Sono Bello using "local anesthesia". They advised me to CANCEL THE SURGERY IMMEDIATELY AND COMPLETELY, which I did on 7/14/19 @ 10:44pm via text message (as that is how Sono Bello told me they communicate). I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the charge as well, which they did and also "to block" Sono Bello from any future charges, which they did. I provided copies of all text msgs to my bank, along with other info between myself and Sono Bello clearly stating I was cancelling the procedure. My cancellation was 24 hrs after Sono Bello took my credit card info. On Monday 7/15/19 Sono Bello some how was able to bill the remaining amount of $2,127.00. on 7/17/19 @ 8:44am Victoria responded stating I had to work with my bank and Sono Bello Corp b/c she couldn't help.

I tried contacting you today to address a few questions I have, however, I was told you were off. Realizing the letter states I have seven (7) calendar days to reply, I called your office again and the lady advised, I should "accept" the business' response, add my notes, as well as, email you directly to give you a heads up. My concerns are that the vast majority of the complaints against Sono Bello, the consumer's replied that even though Sono Bello stated "a refund has been processed" they still did not receive their refund. I want to ensure I do, in fact, receive the full refund in the amount of $4,253.43. I want a copy of the credit receipt from Sono Bello reflecting they have, in fact, issued a credit to my credit card in the amount of $4,253.43. I will add these notes to my acceptance response, as directed by your office. I have checked my credit card yesterday and today, and the refund has not posted as of yet. I realize it has only been two (2) business days since their response, so I will continue to check my credit card daily. Again, your office advised I should email you directly to provide a heads up of my response to the letter. Your office also stated that if Sono Bello did not process a refund, my complaint ID # *** would be reopened by the Revdex.com to continue working this dispute/complaint to make certain they issue the refund as they clearly stated they would in their response to the Revdex.com. I’ve had the worst experience ever! First I’ll start with my consultation. The consultant I spoke with appeared as if she was very professional & knew what she was talking about leading me to believe I would have amazing results. Telling me fat cells could not reproduce which I still have plenty w/ little results. So with that being said I’ll finish, the De. Told me in the pre op visit that the results would be amazing . I am Diabetic & he told me if I lost 15 -20lbs I could probably come off of insulin. There was no talk about limited results what so ever! I’m 3 months out &
It has taken making extra appts to see the dr. The nurse told me at 2 months that I did not need to wear the compression garnet unless I wanted to as it was only to make me comfortable at this point due to nerve regeneration. I go to my 3 month follow up w/ limited results & finally seen the Dr after making the extra appt like I had just said & the Dr came in & totally talked in circle avoiding the issumue only saying that my results were gonna be the way they were & there was nothing he could do about it. Then preceded to say I had lost a lot of weight while the nurse standing there & repeatedly telling him I had only lost 1 lb which was only one lb then I weighed at pre op appt. then Dr asked if I had been wearing my garment I said the nurse told me I didn’t have to if I didn’t want he says oh no we missed something along the way ignoring the that the nurse had given me the wrong info. I feel like this is a perfect storm for a male practice suit & if it is not corrected. Not to mention I’m paying almost 9000$. Also I will mention the procedure is one of the most painful things I’ve ever endured . They told me it was almost limited to no pain at all. Also telling me the anxiety pill they had given me to relax me would be given as one extra dose if needed which informed them I felt no affects from the first & they ignored it & never helped me with another one which I was told I would receive. This was a nightmare experience. Like I said I will contact an attorney & the local news station& Revdex.com Bureau

I went to Sonobello in August of 2015 to get my stomach & back done. They told me that they were going to get all the fat cells removed on the left side of my stomach which rolls over my *** area & both sides would be flat. It worked for a couple of weeks & I even told them regardless of all the diet & exercise that I did I was starting to see the roll in my stomach & back come back. They told me that the fat would not come back & I was overthinking it.
I even spoke to their Twitter page who told me I should be able to go back & get it corrected.
Three years later, I look like I did before the surgery & I feel $8000 was wasted because they will not correct it. Now I will need surgery to correct their mistake.

While the fat we removed is permanently gone we don't remove 100% of the fat and if proper diet and exercise is not followed it is possible for the remaining fat cells to grow. I did ask for them to give me another procedure (within that 1 year) as well as showed them what was happening & like I was told it would go away & not to worry.

I did do & still is doing proper diet & exercise. I have shown my doctor & as I was told they did not do the surgery properly.

I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue and they refuse cooperation.
On May 23, 2017, I had a consultation in San Diego. A friend was also interested so I asked to record the conversation. I have both this recording and a transcript. It proves their assurance that the Venus facial process as recommended was viable in my traveling business life and timing was feasible. This did not prove to be the case.

My concern was the repetitive nature of the 6 treatments. I explained clearly that I travel constantly and am not in one location repeatedly. I was given a list of locations corresponding to my schedule and told only that treatments could not be done too close together. Under those circumstances, I agreed.
Treatment #1: San Diego - May 23, 2017-completed. #2: Bellevue location - June 1 abbreviated, but completed. #3: Orlando, FL -June 12- appointment not available. #4: New Jersey- location was not as listed. I saw this becoming an issue and requested a cancellation of the contract, but was refused and was urged to continue. However, I was refused an appointment in St. Louis, MO as too much time had elapsed between treatments.

Repeated resolution requests have been refused by both San Diego and Bellevue offices. Care Credit was paid to protect my credit status. I offered to pay for the actual treatments completed and requested again a cancellation of the contract but was flatly refused repeatedly.
In the course of this process, my residence had been sold and even at home, I was not near a location of the business. They tell me only that I can use the treatments, but I don’t want them even if I were near! I want my money back!!!!

The regional director of operations has been able to connect personally with the patient about their concerns. The patient is out of town until mid-September, and we have agreed upon a date to speak and resolve her concerns, once she returns. The patient was thankful for the direct communication from Sono Bello, and is looking forward to the discussion, as we finalize a resolution.

I had cosmetic surgery (whole body liposuction) at Sono Bello in *** with Dr. F, and was not happy with the results. Dr. F and Shaena M - Patient Care Consultant told me I would look like a new person if I had these procedures done. Every time I said ok to one procedure, Shaena said I would look even better by adding another. This went on until I was paying for both upper arms, back, love handles, waist, inner thighs, outer thighs, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, pubic area, inner knees, outer knees banana rolls and finally ankles. I told her no when she said I should do under my chin and neck. Shaena said my family and friends would not recognize me because all my fat would be removed. Shaena told me I would have to buy a whole new wardrobe because none of my clothing would fit me anymore. That was not the end result. The staff who measured me each time I went for my follow-up appointments claimed I lost inches. However, my clothing did not fit any looser than before the surgeries. Instead I now have lumps on my stomach, which another plastic surgeon said could not be repaired. My hips/waist are uneven, the space between my ankles and calves are swollen, and my elbows are deformed, not to mention all the scaring I have. The surgeries themselves are very painful, as well as the months that followed. I was fully awake for each procedure and felt every poke and prod Dr. F used on me. I struggled for a very long time with the way I looked after the surgeries. I went back to Sono Bello and asked Dr. F to fix the lumps, deformities and unevenness, and he told me to wait until I was fully healed to see the lumps and deformities disappear. (6-8 months) My body did not improve and I became very depressed because of it. I refused to go to any swim parties because I did not want anyone to see how bad my body looked. I followed every post operation instruction given to me, and I did not even closely achieve the results I was promised. Recently, I worked up the courage to go to a new doctor to see if there was something he could do for me. During the exam, he more than once told me I should seek council, as the work that was done on me was shoddy and most likely irreversible. I do have the name of this doctor, but I am unsure if I should give his name here. I have contacted several attorneys and all of them turned me down because the lawsuit would be hard to win due to the waivers I signed for each surgery. One attorney believes I should be compensated for the $20K I spent on the procedures as well as punitive damages due to the deformities on my body. He recommended I contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint with The Illinois Department of Professional Regulations because he felt I was taken advantage of, unfairly treated, and misled. He reviewed my medical records twice, and he was disgusted with the results they promised and the actual results received. I also have this attorney’s name, but again I am unsure if I should mention his name here. I am reaching out in hopes that something can be done to rectify this matter. I have all my medical records including pictures showing how Dr. F ruined my body. Sono Bello sickens me with their “One-day fat removal” advertisements, and all their before and after pictures they have in their office and on the television. How can a company get away with false advertisement and trick people into spending thousands of dollars just to endure physical and mental pain without their desired results?

My wife and I went into the San Antonio branch and spoke with V for a consultation. It sounded like a good deal and We was informed from V “in order to get the special we would need to put a deposit of $995.00, that is fully refundable because they aren’t into keeping our money if we decide later that you don’t want the procedure.”
We ended up having a family emergency and had requested $495.00 to be refunded which was done so after about a week of back and forth with the office.
Here it is 4 months since going into the consultation and my wife after research decided not to have the procedure done. For the past 2 weeks we have be calling requesting the remaining deposit be refunded and have been dodged and told someone will call us back from corporate. My wife has never set an appointment to meet a doctor or had any other sit downs in the office. The local office is now saying it is not refundable and has to go through corporate. We cannot seem to get this resolved at all!
Beware when dealing with this company they seem to rely on a bait and switch scheme by having you put a deposit down with the indication that you can have a full refund then if the situation arises that you do cancel they say no you cannot be refunded!
From our experience this place is a scam and can be related to a used car lot with the same to be said about the consultants/sales reps.
RUN AWAY DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR SALES PITCH!

I had a procedure dont over 6 months ago and was waiting till the allowed me to see the doctor again and now they cancelled my appt because the doctor wont be in. I wanted to have my file transferred to another doctor but was told they had to submit request to corp office, I asked for corp office information and was told " they dont have corporate office information" which is odd because I was talking to Angelina who claims she is Director clients or something along those lines. I tried reaching out to customer service, they too wouldn't give me name or contact information on who I can speak to. I have serious concerns that I addressed in my last visit 2 months ago and was told by the nurse that I could address them when I had my 6 month appt which is now cancelled because " the doctor wont be in that day" even though I made the appt over 2 months ago.

We experienced a provider change of schedule which impacted our ability to see the patient on the designated day. The patient had requested to meet with the surgeon about their results, and we had set the original date. We have been able to connect with the patient and rescheduled them with the new surgeon, per their request. The patient is aware, and we look forward to meeting with the them to discuss their concerns.

The Regional Director of Operations has reached out to the patient personally, and apologized for the miscommunication and provider scheduling issue that transpired. The RDO has confirmed and rescheduled her appointment with her original surgeon for October 26th, at 9am. Patient was only available on Saturdays, and understood that this caused a delay in availability to get her in any sooner. Ms. is satisfied with the plan in place, and looks forward to meeting with our surgeon at the agreed upon date.

I went to Sono Bello on August 3rd I got signed up to have four areas done there are about as nice and sweet and charming as possible I also gave them $300 for a deposit on Wednesday the 7th I read some really bad reviews on the Revdex.com web page about them well I've had five surgeries in my stomach and the last one was really really rough I started worrying that this position didn't know my medical background it wouldn't be a a good idea to have the procedure done so I called Victoria I explained my concerns first you told me I couldn't get a refund and then when I told her about the reviews on the Revdex.com web page she informs me that the Revdex.com web page was only for mad people so she sent me some links so I can see their reviews which the last review for them was 6 months ago the last review on the Revdex.com website was August 2nd again told her I did not think it would be a good idea because I have a high tolerance and pain medication since I take 6 hydrocodone tens a day she agreed with me that may not be a good idea she said she would get me a full refund and I was like all right great we're on the same page I'm not going to lose out on any money I also informed her informed her that I would give them $100 for their time and all they had to do was give me $200 back she said she had to put it in with the doctor to see what he said that was Thursday the 8th all day on the 9th I have not heard anything from her she will not return my phone calls she will not return my texts after she guaranteed me a full refund she is now ignoring me after threatening her this morning was going to channel 5 news and calling my attorney she informed me that I was no will no longer welcome to contact her anymore and that I needed to contact the customer care center instead. So look if you're reading this review don't go there I didn't even have the procedure done and they're giving me the run-around all I want is my money back for a procedure that I didn't even get and again I think it was very rude of her to say that the Revdex.com was only for people who are mad Sono Bello is a f* rip-off they are wrong for taking hard-earned people's money so I will suggest do not go there do not waste your money go to a real plastic surgeon instead oh and I still haven't gotten my money so I'm still fighting with them.

I met Victoria from this company on Feb 25, 2019 at the office in Cincinnati,OH. I listened to the what the procedure would involve to get fat removed from several parts of my body. Was offered a DISCOUNTED price of $9553.43 IF I would agree to fill in one of their empty spots and make payment that day. The paper that had the full price was of course not given to me at all. They also had me sign a contract at the same time before I have even met the Doctor. I made a $5000 payment that day and the appt to meet the Dr. was scheduled for the next day . I went home and basically had buyers remorse, I could not sleep knowing that I really could not afford to have this done. The next morning around 6am I both texted Victoria and called the office saying that I couldn’t afford it and was cancelling my appt to meet the Dr. I asked for a full refund from both people. They assured me that they would pass my messages on. Since that time I have had numerous conversations about the refund. I was told on THAT day that a TOTAL refund was requested from the corporate office and that it takes about 14 days to process and maybe another week to show on my card. Almost one month later March 22 still no refund , Vicky sent a email to Corp . April 2 Vicky said the Full refund wasAPPROVED and would be back on my card within a week. I have made several more attempts to receive my money back but as of today Aug 5, 2019 I have received NOTHING . I have more notes on all my contacts with the office and the Corp number listed but I am running out of available characters that I am allowed to type so I better wrap this up. If you need more info I will gladly supply it as I am a senior on a limited budget and I need my money. I was told numerious times that Tara, the director in the Cincinnati office would call me but I never did hear from her and if she did try she NEVER left me a message. PLEASE HELP ME that $5000 pretty much wiped out my savings account. Thank you for your time and help.

This could be possibly the worst experience I've had with a company in all of my 42 years. I went there and paid over $11000 for them to do work and was told I wouldn't would be comfortable while having it done. I followed through with my commitment of making the appt , paying the money in CASH, and showing up for the procedure. They only did a portion of the procedure due to the pain level I was in. It was so incredibly painful I was crying and felt everything and they were giving me solid pain pills while laying flat on the table (as though anyone could swallow like that so I had to literally chew them in my discomfort) it was so bad the surgeon stopped the procedure. Afterwards, I shared my concern about not being able to handle the pain again for him to do the work that was left undone. (which was the most expensive!) and was reassured that I would get a call from him and that if an agreement for him was not met where he could make me comfortable by giving me anesthesia, etc that I would most certainly get a refund for ALL work that was not done the first time! Well they have give me the run around and it took me having to go through the motions and getting upset for me to get anything back and NO they never gave me the full refund due to me. They are saying that I am choosing to not have the procedure done and was never the case. Everything they say never happens. I was told a "regional person" would be contacting me as well and yet have never heard a word from anyone and when I ask for a contact person from corporate I'm not given that either. I would say this is a scam to get your money and then they just don't care how they leave the patient. I plan to speak to other people regarding the matter because all I've asked for is a refund for the work that was not performed the day of my procedure. I will be letting everyone I personally know in the Nashville area about my horrible experience and on every review panel I can find on social media asking about my experience. Right is right and wrong is wrong. They have had months to make this right and have still not done so. I've very upset and still expect the rest of MY money to be given to me.

I went into Sono Bella and got a consultation, after the consultation the doctor came up with a plan for me and set a date for July 12 to do the procedure. I went in on the 12th at 8 am when I got there the original doctor that did the consultation wasn't there. They informed me that he has left and Dr. Arnin *** M knows the plan and he will be doing the procedure. They prepped me and took me into the room to start the procedure. the nurse placed the IV and then I was given the anesthesia medication. When the doctor walked in I just asked a question for clarification about how he was going to cut me open. I just wanted to make sure that he understood the plan that was discussed previously. So with my hands in the air (away from my stomach) I asked him "Can you please make sure to go horizontally when cutting. He said "please don't touch yourself" I told him I am not touching myself I just want to make sure that you are doing what I had discussed with the previous doctor. He got up and said "you know what I am not doing this, I am not doing the procedure." I told him okay can you just come back so we can finish you already start and gave me the medicine and even the nurses didn't know what to do. He left me laying on the time and walked out. No one told me anything and they just left me there. My friend was with me drove me home I couldn't move or do anything because the medicine kicked in. I couldn't even keep my eyes open. I have no idea how I got to the house 7 hours later when I was able to get up and walk. I called my daughter to take me back to get a refund since the doctor is refusing to do the procedure. the office assistant David F, said that he is filling in for the other doctor and he didn't feel comfortable. My question was will why didn't he say that in the beginning. I don't understand how that is my fault. I was told that they will go ahead and file paper work and send it to the main office so I can get a refund. we called they were rude.

I wass scheduled for a consultation, as a nurse I asked specific questions regarding the out come of the procedure, I was told I would not have a six pack abdomen, though I would have a flat abdomen and all the extra fatty tissue would be removed from my back and sides. During my third week I saw no changes , I notified the MD, I was constantly told the changes would come. I look the same as before I had the surgery. I notified the facility manager, I was inform to come in to see another MD that told me he could clean the procedure up and show a better look, when I returned the same MD said there was nothing he could do to correct the procedure. I feel I should not have to continue paying on this procedure that I have no good results, I asked Sonobello to refund care credit the remaining balance. I do not want any refund for my self, only to pay off the balance of the loan for a procedure that I see no difference. When calling trying to work with Sonobello, they have been rude and not responsive, nor follow up on calls, I have to call other facilities to try and reach the facility manger.

Waste of $5,000 , for the last year I have continue to ignore the fact that I was scammed and wasted my hard earned money. I followed the directions exactly and seen no changes in fact now my stomach looks worse than it did before and it is harder to lose weight. This is a scam to get your money. You will have scars for no reason and will be in pain for no reason.

I am really displeased with the outcome of my surgery. I let the doctor M try and fix it a second time and it still is not right. I went for my 3 month from the correction surgery and I told the nurse I’m not happy at all with my results. She asked if I wanted to see the doctor for what? Is what I asked her. I just want my $5400.00 back because every picture in their book some worst than I results looked great. ALL THEY COULD SAY WELL EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. No FALSE ADVERTISING IS WHAT IT WAS. Even my doctors told me I should receive a refund because the lady waited to tell me after she received my money no refunds. I don’t want anything else done to my body from them. If you cannot do the job be honest don’t take a people’s money and have them looking miserable. I let you have two chances and the results are terrible.

I am being contacted by Melinda (the practice manager) about my review. She told me I had to take it down or face legal action. I paid sono Bello $5000 to do a procedure which had zero results. They suggested after six months to do a revision which still had zero results. Then Melinda suggested I do eight weeks of a treatment called Venus which was just ridiculous with zero results. so I am now out $5000 and look exactly the same as they did in over a year ago. I followed all of the rules and took their medication did everything they told me to do post-op and still nothing. Then when I post a review with a one star and tell my side of the story I get threatening phone calls. What happened to freedom of speech I didn’t think it was illegal. I want something done with this company or at least my money back.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not want more scars, pain, and no results. I’m very dissatisfied with my procedure as NO results where achieved. I can no longer wear my belly button ring due to one of your doctors puncturing the top instead of going in through the belly button. This caused a horrible wound that took two-three months to heal. I have enough scars and can’t take the pain anymore.

I had a liposuction done on my lower and upper abdominal and on my waist back in September of 2018. After 6 months when I went back for my appt, I requested a revision because there were some areas that needed to be fixed. Pictures were taken and after I waited for an hour, the office manager works in and tells me that my surgeon (Dr. S.) was on medical leave since he had an accident and had knee surgery. Therefore, she said I would have to wait until he returns for the possible revision. She proceeded by giving me another appointment so I can see another surgeon there. I went to the appt and not only did I wait for about an hour, the doctor was rude and did not have any kind of empathy about why I needed a revision. He told me that "we are not symmetrical, therefore I will never have a perfect body, but he would mark the areas that need revision so I can wake up from a dream of trying to have a perfect body". What doctor would tell a patient that? So, he marked the areas, fotos were taken and I was given the pre-op papers to sign just in case the revision could be done and I would not have to come back to the office prior surgery. I was told that I would be called to schedule the revision, but I requested for another surgeon since I was not happy with the one who saw me. Two weeks had passed and no call back. When I did call, I was told that now Dr. S. was returning and he will be reviewing all the patient's files that need revision and I would get a call back in a few days. A few days turned into almost 2 weeks when I call back to follow up and DJ tells me that Dr. S. is now not returning since he has his private practice now. I requested for another Dr. and she told me the system was down, that she would pull my record and call me back that day. It has been 3 weeks already and have not heard from anyone. I paid 5K for this surgery and need it fixed. I look worse than before the surgery. I just want it fixed by a nice surgeon and move on.

Not even worth a star. I had an appointment today at 12:00 at the Orange California facility. They text me with a reminder in the morning and stated to be there 15 minutes early. I was there 25 minutes early. I was never approached by a Sono Bello employee, I sat there waiting until 12: 35 pm. NO ONE even attempted to talk to me or explain why I was sitting there. Whomever worked today - needs to be FIRED!! This is so unacceptable words can't even explain. If this is how Sono Bello treats new patients or patients period, I think they really need to focus on who they hire. THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!

So pissed!!
